Document under status posted (T-code FB03)

there are 10 line items on one g/l account , out of which 8 docs are under open item status, and other are under posted status...now my question is
(1) how do we get posted status....under what condition a doucment which comes under posted status ..instead of open status..
(2) how can i clear document with posted status with t-code: F-03

there is an option of open item managed there. Posted status eg discount is posted to an account. Open item is when you have an invoice which is 'open' You have to pay it.

    If you want to clear open items, you GL accounts should have been set as "open item managed".  You cant clear the items posted to Balance managed accounts.

  • Inbound IDOC error - status code 52- application document not fully posted

       In Inbound IDOC, the status code is 52 ---> Application document is not fully posted(satus of the inbound idoc is in yello colour). I want to reprocess this idoc in BD87 t.code in order to convert the yellow colour to green colour. Before reprocessing the IDOC, i need to rectify the problem and then reprocess the idoc in bd87. am i correct? if yes, what i need to do to solve the error --->application document not fully posted. Please guide me friends.

    If you are FM to process the inbound  IDOC,
    possibilities are like below .
    Reason 1 :
    In partner profiles, check is it trigger immediately or not ? for particular partner profile which u r using .
    reason 2 :
    If you are using BDC code to update the data .if any screen contains error then also you will get the status in yellow .
    reason 3 :
    Have you tried with  TCODE  BD87 ,  might be it is processing error also .
    i have worked on same probelm so  if u r not solved with the issue after trying above 3 reasons .

    I am attaching how we documented the process in our troubleshooting guide.  Graphics were not pasted.
    21.3       Manually run IDOCs reported as 52.
    It is possible that IDOCs are found in status 52 for the daily updates.   In principle IDOCs 52 can not be re-proceeed, but there is a way to push the appropriate data from a source system, e.g. ERP.    Following is the process.
    21.3.1     You find IDOCs in status 52 in WE02.
    21.3.1     Open table EDIDS.
    Perform 2 searches for parameter STAPA2 and STAPA1 in status 52 and download the entries for each column to an MS Excel file.
    21.3.2     Adjust the MS Excel file.
    The strings STAPA2 and STAPA1 have to be truncated and separated into 3 different fields for processing:  First 2 characters are the Plan Number, next 2 the Object Type, and next 8 the Object Number.
    21.3.3     Manually process the entries via transaction PFAL from the source system, e.g. ERP.
    The entries must be processed in the following order sorting by Object Name:
    u2022     STAPA2s first, then STAPA1s.  
    u2022     Each organized by O, S, P, C, and CP.
    21.3.3.1     Running individually for each entry.
    By running PFAL with the individual entries:  Plan number, Object Type, Object Number,  Update mode,  Target Logical System name  ... the respective IDOC will be passed to target system for processing.
    21.3.3.2     If there are many entries for processing.
    If there are many STAPA2 and STAPA1 for processing.
    u2022     Create a text file like the one below with the entries as mentioned above.
    u2022     Logon into the source system and make sure CATTs are allowed..
    u2022     Via SCAT, create a CATT that emulates the execution of PFAL entering Plan number, Object Type, Object Number, Update mode,  Target Logical System name  ... the respective IDOCs will be passed to the target system for processing.
    . Create the text file with the entries.
    .  Execute the CATT ... the respective IDOCs will be passed to target system for processing.

  • Document in status not posted' trip cannot be changed"

    Dear Gurus,
    I have a situation here that,  iam unable to change the expenses, iam getting the following message.
    "document in status not posted' trip cannot be changed"
    The Posting run was created for this trip, which was  accidentally deleted,  from PRRW.
    Now we wanted to change the expenses from PR05, but we are getting this message.
    How to go about this situation.

    Please use the report RPRDETEC to check the inconsistency. You can either delete this trips in the cluster table or manually repair it by writing your own z report.

  • IDOC status 52 - Document not fully posted

    Hi all,
    On transferring HR data from R/3 to CRM shows two IDOCs, one which is posted- status 53, and the other with status 52 - document not fully posted. IDOC details show that central person for employee and relationships could not be created. The org. structure is replicated but employees are not.
    Now there seems to be a reason behind this, this is the second time I am having problems with IDOCs during HR/CRM integration I have had the same problem when earlier a system client copy was taken and faced the IDOC transfer problem in the copied client. In fresh installations the integration works fine. Are there any system buffers to be refreshed or anything else on the technical side or am I missing settings on the CRM side ?
    Please help ASAP.

    For an employee(18730) 1st idoc has been generated on 03.06.2013 from ECC to CRM with these infotypes data (0,1,105) but idoc status is 52, and again changed on 04.06.2013 infotype (2) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM and same again changed on 06.06.2013 infotype (6) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM. But still Business partner has not been created in CRM.
    We are facing for few employees related this issue.
    I have been checked SLG1 and WE02 in both ECC & CRM, Please find the attached screen shots for your kind reference.
    Please let me know is any other process to solve my issue.

    If you want to post code that makes it easier on someone else to cut-n-paste, then put the code inside of the [ pre] and [ pre] tags (no blank space in between). If you want code that looks pretty (i.e., with syntax highlight, etc) but hard to cut-n-paste (at least for someone like me who uses Windows WordPad as a source code editor), put the code inside of the [ code] and [ code] tags (again no spaces in between). pre is an abbreviation for preformatted text!

    So you can manipulate the text on the payment advice but when you post the payment with reference to this advice, the line item text is not getting copied. I tried to look into the code of the F-28 transaction to see where the SGTXT is being set. I got lot of places, but still could not figure out which one will be applied under which circumstances. Since I don't have an example in my system to debug, I cannot experiment here.

    Based on this, what I can figure out is that you cannot avoid the text 'Spcfy in p.adv:' which occupies about 15 characters. Then you can manipulate the AVIP record(using the previous post's exit) and set the field SFELD to SGTXT and the text itself into SWERT. You will get to choose 18 characters worth text.
    Remember, SFELD is configurable field and you can add that by going through the config path

    in the BSEG table, I cas see that a certain G.L. document, posted for a certain account, has its "Planning level" (FDLEV).
    If a choose that document by t.code FB03, ad look for that field, I can't find it...

    Kindly try the following option where all the component information is available -
    1. Log on to SAP system.
    2. On any transaction, follow the path -
    Menu System -> Status -> SAP System Data section - Component Version - Click on Component Information disply icon.
    3. One window with the details of the components, release, highest support etc. pops up. 
    Here you should get the information of your interest.

  • Document from last posting run in 2007 are not yet updated

    Hi Guru's,
    When I run the AJRW fiscal year change 2009, it was not successful because a system message says" fiscal year change in company code XXX, possible only after year end closing 2007.
    So I execute AJAB-Year End closing in 2007, in Tab " Closed Carried Out - it say "NO", when i double click  it says: "Document from last posting run in 2007 are not yet updated"
    So i check it in SM35 to see when did this error started, i found out it started at around mid 2007, July, status is In background instead of Processed. Out of 15 thousand transaction, 14 of which got an error.
    Please help how we are able to post asset accounting for 2009.

    check the error log why the transactions are not processed. Recreate the session with transaction code AFBD giving the year and fiscal period and check the error log. It will give the clue why the transactions are not processed.
    Those might not have processed due to GL account assignment or cost center master data issues.

                        There is no such comparison as both have nothing in common .
    FB03 is used to display the documents which are posted in the system and stored in different tables for examples BKPF in which header information is stored and similrly BSEG,PAYR And BSEC etc.
    the intial selection criteria is for viewing that particular documnet is Document Number ,company code and fiscal year.
    if you are sure about the documnet no then go to the next selection criteria where many parameters are present and you give selection criteria.
    SQ01 is 'maintaing query' screen.which is used both  functional (though it is technical it is functional friendly) and technical people.
    the main use of this is even without coding we  can generate some customised reports but the restriction is it cant pull the huge data from the tables (incase if we are pulling it form data base tables as the can be pulled from different sourses ) .
    before maintaing a query infosets and usergroups should be created .

    For a perticular company code the Document Date and Posting Date is same in FBL5N but it is different in FB03 . Any clue y it is happening this ways ????

    Please guide on the configuration steps for doing STO between Plants unders the same company code.
    We have company code 100 in that Plants A B & C are theie. Each Plant can do STO to other Plant.
    How to configure this scenario?

    Please follow bellow path
    1. Create a vendor for the Company code of the receiving plant using account group 0007 via T-Code XK01.
    2. In the purchasing data view assign the supplying plant and the schema group
    3. Create customer with the sales area of the vendor.
    4. The shipping conditions, the delivering plant and the transportation zone determine the route in the STO.
    5. In the pricing procedure determination relevant to the STO assign document pricing procedure and customer pricing procedure to get the pricing in the invoice.
    6. Maintain condition records for pricing condition.
    7. Maintain carrier as a partner in the customer master.
    8. In OMGN select the supplying plant and assign the company code and sales area. Similarly select the receiving plant and assign the company code and sales area (The company code to which the plant is assigned to).
    9. Assign the delivery type and checking rule to the document type.
    10. And finally, assign the purchasing document type to the supplying plant and the receiving plant.
    11. Create the STO using T-Code ME 21N and save.
    12. Check for release strategy if any and release using T-Code ME 28.
    13. Create delivery in background using VL10G.
    14. If delivery is created, it is an indication of correct configuration and master data creation.
    Stock transfer between two plants in different company codes is known as inter company stock transfer.
    Material should be maintained in both supplying and receiving plant MM01
    Stock should maintain only in supplying plant MB1C
    Create receiving plant as a customer in supplying plants company code and sales area XD01
    Assign this customer number in receiving plant details OMGN
    Assign supplying sales area in supplying plant details OMGN
    Assign delivery type NB for in combination of supplying/ receiving plants.
    Create STO ME21N
    As it is normal there in the item details we should get shipping date i.e. customer number
    Go for Delivery VL10B
    Shipping point *****
    Select PO go for execute
    then select the delivery then go for delvy ............create delvy,,,, delvy number generated.

    enter the picking qty

    -create a dummy customer in supplying plant's sales area(if u have one sales area, create in tat comp code n sales area)
    -assign this customer number to receiving plant's details along with the sales area,
    -Assign the STO doc type(UB) to Supplying plant, along with checking rule
    -Assign the Del type (NL/NLCC) to Supplying n receiving plant.
