Does replication group have to be set for session replication

I have delployed an servlet based application on a 3 node cluster. I have a simple POJO that I use to carry data in the session from a "confirm?" to "confirmed" page. This object implements serializable and only has String and int members. I put it in session using request.getSession().setAttribute("dto", myobject). For some reason it is not being replicated to the other nodes in the cluster. My weblogic.xml has "PersistentStoreType" set to "replicated_if_clustered". I am not seeing any serialization or other errors in the node logs.

The only thing that I noticed is that the "Replication Group" is not set for any of the servers in the cluster. Does this need to be set for replication to happen?

          Having replication group is optional. It is used only if you are implementing failover in cluster. For session replication one has to generally configure 3 things:
          - in memory replication
          - jdbc replication
          - file sytem replication
          for im memory replication,
          Step 1:
          make sure taht a client is accesing the cluseter using either
          - load balancing hardware
          - web servers with weblogic proxy plugin
          Step 2:
          specify the persistance type in weblogic.xml

How does one manage these new render setting for previews?

I placed 4 HD clips from a nested into a sequence 5800 x 768 to mimic 4 side by side monitors for a multi channel video. Each clip cut from the sequence are at 1280x720 all sitting side by side. However when I rendered the previews, they came look all squished. However when I exported the frame it looks fine in Photoshop. (I changed the uploaded image to what it looks like in Premiere in Photoshop to demonstrate the appearance in Premiere.)
I imagine that the distortion has to do with the sequence render setting which for some reason comes out to 1918 x 253...or the pixel aspect ratio? How does one manage these new render setting for previews so it looks normal in the monitor?


Either way, I thought that this format would be a great way to view on the monitor 4 channels at the same time. I may need to place them on a “normal” 1440 x 1080 sequence in a line, bringing them down to 25% scale to make it work in the end. I did just try that. I think it will work...but when I imported and nested the old file, the scratch disks changed from the original set up on a D drive back to the main hard drive so I had to change it agin. Otherwise it works fine...so I’ll go with this for now

You have a valid argument; So I had this kind of test going. I had 50,000 messages of
type-1 first loaded into the queue. Then I had 100 messages of type-2 loaded on to the
queue.
At this point, I issued a conditional dequeue that skipped type-1 messages and only
asked for type-2 messages. I saw the full table scan.
Then I created another test case 1 million type-1 messages had to be skipped.
Still full table scans. I am not convinced that the doing full table scans is the best query
plan out there. Cost Based Optimizer tends to disagree for some reason. May be
it is right; But I have to avoid FTS when possible. As you know, not only blocks
used by the existing rows in the table get scanned, but also every block until the
high water mark level.
One might say for a table with volatile data that comes and goes on a daily basis, million is an extreme case. Howvere, I am building a general purpose infrastructure based
on AQ and cannot rule out consumers who misbehave.
Are there better ways to handle multiple types of consumers on a single physical queue ? I need to be able dequeue specific consumer types if necessary, and this has to be
done in a performant manner.
Other alternatives I can think are
1. Using a multi consumer queue such that there is one subscriber for each message
type. Use multiple agent sets in a listen method to listen to messages and then
control what agents we pass into listen method.
Any pattern suggestions welcome.

That's correct. Nor will it do it for me in the UK. As it say's in the Siri FAQ I linked to:

There is no concept of a "corperate account" for FormsCentral, each user would have their own subscription. The closest we've had was something called "Team Admin" where you could purchase a pack of subscriptions under one users name and they could administer those accounts granting access to other users. The Team Admin method of purchase is no longer available but it is possible your company purchased a Team Admin account.
Do you know what email address would have been used if a Team Admin account was purchased? There would be one "master" account.

Have you tried applying the update by going to Help>Updates within Photoshop Lightroom? The update should be using the same licensing? Did you perhaps customize the installation location? Finally which operating system are you using?

Lets say I'm using facebook on an App Tab and I click on a link and it takes me away from facebook (or maybe it just takes me away from the home facebook page that I had originally set as an App Tab). When I restart firefox the page that shows up is the last page I visited on that tab. Is there any way to set a "homepage" for each "App Tab" so that whenever I restart firefox the original page I had intended to be there is actually there?

Within a country, you can have different screens as per the different employee group, subgroup, personnel area, subarea etc. You can use further decision fields after MOLGA. Feature P0002 has PME04 structure and it offers more than just MOLGA as the decision field:
BUKRS     Company Code
WERKS     Personnel Area
BTRTL     Personnel Subarea
PERSG     Employee Group
PERSK     Employee Subgroup
ITBLD     Infotype Screen Control
MOLGA     Country Grouping
TCLAS     Transaction Class for Data Retention
With that said, if you just use MOLGA, you can only have one screen. For more than one, further divide MOLGA as per other fields mentioned above.

The recomended way of setting up Applleds is to have one common one for "the Stores" (iTunes, App Store & Mac App store) so that all purchases are shared, then a seperate individual account for iCloud syncing EACH
So for instance you'd have [email protected] for the stores and [email protected], [email protected] [email protected] & [email protected] for the individuals
Thats' what I've done here for myself, mrs & 4 kids.

Yeah, you are correct, but Iomega's drivers & APPs were one really destabilizing factor for OS9, as well as ruining a few ZIP Disks with that Death Head crash, and being a nuisance. Intech's drivers gave twice the R&W speed, never failed, never crashed, could Format & Partition them... also worked for MOs, JAZZ, SyJets, other Syquests from 44MB to 550MB, and any other drive regardless of IDE, SCSI, FW, USB.

Thank you Eric. We followed your advice and found the ethernet port on the back. At work they showed me how to tell the difference - besides being wider, the ethernet port has a long row of gold pins. I stopped by the Apple store and bought their modem. It's tiny.

Can the keychain from my phone and Apple ID link to 2 other different phones and Apple ID's and 1 new ipod and different id? Both daughters and wife use my credit card on their accounts.

We do this in my family now. We have one account for purchases, so it is used to share music and apps (I think that is in Settings/iTunes & App Stores). Each iDevice has this configured.
Then, each of us has our own iCloud account that is configured under Settings/iCloud. That then allows us to have our own Mail/Contacts/Calendars/Reminders/Safari Bookmarks/Notes/Passbook/Photo Stream/Documents & Data/Find My iPhone/and Backup. That Backup piece is pretty sweet and comes in handly if you replace your iDevice. You can just restore from it.
So we all share the Apple Store account but we all have our own iCloud accounts to keep the rest seperate or things like you mentioned are a nightmare.

Think of it as an internet based ("cloud") area for all of those items listed in my response. What you need to remember is photo stream only maintans the last 1000 pictures so don't count it as a complete backup solution for your pictures. Even though I rarely sync with a computer these days, I do still try to sync my phone with iPhoto (I have an iMac) so that I have copies of all of my pictures. 1000 may not stretch as far as it sounds.

It makes it sound like the only way to get sound from all of your speakers is to enable cmss and click that top option. The only way I can get sound from all of my speakers is to enable the bottom option. What is the deal, and am I getting the best/worst sound in the way I am doing it's

I believe to insert a hyperlink on this website you have to enable scripting. Generating?mp3 or?CD Stereo music out of your 4 satelite speakers and center channel requires either enabling the X-Fi CMSS 3D Surround(generally used for Movies)?setting in your Audio Console or, alternately, if using your X-Fi card with an external Decoder, you could (if available on your decoder) enable Dolby PLII Music enhancement or X2 Stereo enhancement. I personally prefer the results from enabling CMSS 3D Surround and then adjusting my center channel for an even sound stage although I have used Dolby PLII Music enhancement, via my external decoder and optical connection to my X-Fi External console, in the past with very good results. As far as the CMSS-3D Xpand Mode (generally used for Stereo Music Audio played on 4./5./6./7. speaker systems) it appears to be a somewhat more subtle version of the CMSS-3D Surround mode available providing the end-user with a slightly different stereo upmix emphasis. I like either mode as both are very convincing, not outstanding, but certainly acceptable methods of upmixing stereo to various external surround sound speaker and amplifier systems. :smileysurprised:Keep in mind that if you wish to play DVD Movies with Dolby Digital 5. or DTS soundtracks and you want all the discreet channels available then turn off the CMSS-3D.
