Does Tomahawk FileUpload work Fine with the latest Apache/Java EE tecnology
Hi all,
I am beginning to think that Tomahawk FileUpload (tomahawk-1.1.3.jar) cannot work fine with EJB3.0?
Has anyone tried this combination yet? I was trying the steps given using the following link:http://wiki.apache.org/myfaces/Setup_For_File_Uploads
but to no avail.

Every time I try to back up my Macbook Pro with an external hard drive using Time Machine, I receive the error of "the disk does not have enough space". I have a 500GB external hard drive and only 120GB Macbook. It worked fine before the latest Maverick's update. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My guess would be it has created an entirely new backup of your drive when you upgraded to Mavericks.

Nothing. It's nothing to do with PSE; this is a limitation of Photos, as is the loss of being able to use an external editor without exporting copies of your images.

So i got my iphone 6 and the music works fine with the bluetooth on my lexus until i plug it in to the USB charger. Then you can't hear the music. When i have it unplugged the music plays fine through the speakers.
When i get in the car, if the audio is set on bluetooth the music will start playing automatically without me doing anything even if i don't have the music (itunes) running.Hi . I recently installed an Airport Extreme 802.11N that I bought in May 2013. It replaced an Airport Extreme 802.11N that I bought in July 2007. My USB printer (Lexmark E350d) worked fine with the old Airport, but I'm having trouble with the new one. When I try to print, I get a USB Waiting message on the printer, and when I force a page to print by pressing Go on the printer, I get a page that says ERROR: syntaxerror OFFENDING COMMAND: true. . . .cvt . . . fpgm . . . x . . .lglyf . . . <..J head . . . STACK: / [ -mark- /sfnts I’ve tried shutting down the printer and disconnecting it and the Airport, but that doesn’t help. I reset the settings on the printer. I upgraded the Airport firmware and removed, reinstalled, and upgraded the Lexmark printer driver. After I upgraded the firmware and printer driver, a few pages printed correctly, but then I got the same syntax error page as before. Any suggestions for getting the printer to work correctly?
Use a powered USB hub between the AE and the printer.. the usb port does sometimes have issues.
Try deleting the printer in the Mac and reinstall it.. the change in AE can represent effectively a change of printer.. it is important to make sure that is all up to date.
Beyond that.. USB printers.. ughhh! Consider for two toners you can go and buy a proper network printer. -
Hi, I can't update my Photoshop in the CC. all other programs are working fine with the updates. only photoshop isn't. I've already tried to uninstall, and install again and it didn't work.

iphone 4S - Windows Vista - 64 Bit (and photoshop elements 9.0) is not recognizing my iphone as a camera - therefore I cannot download pictures from my iphone. iTunes works fine with the iPhone, but I do not see it in "My Computer" when connected via USB. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes....still nothing. Any ideas?

My Apple desktop computer, 2.4 GHz Intel duo core, OS 10.6.8, stopped recognizing the WD My Book connected via firewire. It works fine with the USB port so it's not the drive. Help please?
It can be the bridge. It could need firmware update. or the FW ports may be an issue. LaCie seemed to invent the phrase/tip 'resetting firewire ports' due to the issues with their drive cases.
You can try an SMC Reset.
So far I have avoided name-brand and tend to see them mentioned. Often with a new OS (though you are on 10.6.8, but when 10.6 came out there was a common complaint and thread of users: FW or USB worked but not the other interface). -

System Preferences>Network, top of window>Locations>Edit Locations, little plus icon, give it a name.
10.5.x/10.6.x/10.7.x/10.8.x instructions...
System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & - icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.
The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.
For 10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8, System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers...

I am using infragistics UltraWebListbar to display list of menu in one of my page.
It was working fine with the earlier version of the firfox. But it crashes after updating to version 12.

I am buying a new macbookpro which comes with Lion. Lion has Quicktime X. Logic Studio comes with Quicktime Pro 7. Do I have to download Quicktime 7, or will Logic Studio work fine with the Quicktime X player? Will there be a Quicktime Pro X soon?
your new lion-machine should have quicktime 7, too. if it doesn't, and if it doesn't show up after you migrated your stuff from you old machine you can always reinstall it from the logic dvd's, it's part of logic. my recommendation is to always use quicktime 7, since it's got many features that are absent in quicktime x. quicktime x is nothing but a polished video player. in quicktime 7 (pro, comes with logic) you can even do edits and paste your music onto video files. i use it all the time, especially since logic 64bit doesn't export to video anymore.

Connecting through HDMI worked fine, until the recent firmware update and the 10.7.5 OS update. Now, both retina display and projector dosplay go blank, with the screen coming back when unplugged from the projector.
Clone your system.
Never apply updates w/o one.
And yes there is a page with all the Apple Downloads to do manually and then you can keep it on hand. Same for the OS X Lion or ML installer - save them before running. Still on 10.6.8 so you have OS X 10.6 DVD.
Combo updates do not do any harm. There could be issues to the drive directory beforehand.
Mac Pro has been shipping with Lion since summer 2011, though you can even now still reinstall iwth 10.6.4+ -
My apple extreme wireless network is working fine with two Macs but ios devices (iPhone & iPad) will not connect. I can see the network and it's telling me I'm connected but Safari says I'm not connected to the internet. Everything was working until the ISP went down. Any suggestions?
Thank you, I've tried the support tips (resetting the network, checking security settings, etc.) and rebooting the network devices several times to no avail. I've actually been working on this for several days (when I can afford to have the network down).
What I have to determine is what has changed in the setup...from when it WAS working just fine with all devices. -

The flash features on the Battlefield 3 site - battlelog.battlefield.com do not work when Firefox updates itself to 15.0.1 It does not load the pages correctly or does it let you select/ click on anything in the flash parts. When I uninstalled 15.0.1 and reinstalled Firefox 14.0.1 I unchecked the option to let firefox re-upgrade itself and battlelog works fine.
I do not wish you to break Firefox on Battelfield 3, but have you tried using the latest version of Flash Player. You should also remember that using outdated versions of Firefox increases security risks to your computer and personal data.
You may get an answer to this sort of question faster by asking on a forum related to that game site, (and if you do please post back with the solution preferably with a link).
Possibly you could consider using Firefox 15 and later as the day to day browser, and Firefox 14 only for the problem games.
*The simplest way to do that may be to install Firefox portable (I assume that will run a Firefox 14 version)
* A better way would be to install multiple versions of Firefox. That is often considered advanced, but I imagine most experienced computer users could do it easily (I can provide links to instructions). That has the advantage that the problem could be looked at a bit more closely, possibly even filing a bug if it appears to be a Firefox regression causing the problem.
