Don't have any sound only the sub is working

Hello everyone
for the past two days, when i put music through the airport the sound is only coming out from the subwoofer and not the other speakers. All wires are properly connected. Any clues?

Temporarily, plug a pair of headphones into the AirPort Express. If you hear "everything", the problem is not the AirPort Express.
Check the audio cable and your amp/speaker settings.
If there are no "highs" when you plug the headphones directly into the Express, check the sound equalizer in iTunes.

Suddenly I don't have any sound and the mute is not on

I have checked the systems preference under sound and the only output device that shows is internal speakers built in output. The mute is not on either the system as a whole and in iTunes. You havn't got notifications muted have you ? Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to notifications can be muted either by the switch on the right-hand side of the iPad or via the taskbar (whatever the switch is set to control, the other function is controlled via the left end of the taskbar). Do you have sound coming from the audio output port using headphones? If so, when the plug is pulled out, is there a red light?

If you were looking for help, I assume you would have told us about your sound card, how your system is configured, whether you are using a desktop/window manager, which one, the articles in the wiki you have researched, and what you have tried.
Edit: I'm apparently in a bad mood. I'm going to go outside and do some yard work. It is a beautiful 75 degree F day here in So Cal

Since I updated my HP Envy H8-1513C i don't have any sounds coming from my monitors. I also can't seem to get any sync cords for my iphone 4 to work with my computer. These always worked before the update???

I recommend going through the troubleshooting section in this document to see if any of that can resolve your issue.

Again, you wasted your money. You can ignore raymond73's post, as you won't be able to turn off Find My Phone or delete the iCloud account associated with this phone, without knowing that info.

Please make sure all the jacks are properly inserted in all ports. Check also the SPEAKER SETTINGS in Audio Settings of your TV. Make sure EXTERNAL or AUDIO system is selected.

I am trying to download the new version of Firefox but when I try its says to close all firefox connections but I don't have any open. The only open window is the one to start the download only

Do you have the "Green Arrow" icon on one of your toolbars? That usually will list your most recent downloads with a button to open the folder where they are saved.
If you don't have that, you can open the full download list using either:
* Ctrl+j
* Tools > Downloads
* History > Show All History, then click Downloads in the left column
Can you find the download listed there and click the "Open Containing Folder" button?
Are you downloading Flash or Acrobat/Reader?
For Flash try: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
For Acrobat/Reader, you may not need an update.
Firefox's plugin check site only recognizes the Adobe XI (11) series as current, but if you have checked for updates in your Adobe Reader X or Adobe Acrobat X product (Help > Check for Updates) then you do not need to update the plugin. For this older Reader/Acrobat version, please rely on Adobe for information on available updates and not the plugin check site.
