Don't post hrs or cost after TECO System Status in Internal Order

Dear All,
We want to don't post cost and hrs after System Status - TECO in Tools - capitalised as Assets.so pls tell me where we can restrict posting in System Status - TECO.
Abhinay Sachan

Hi
It would not be possible to enter any cost with status TECO. TECO itself mean Technical Complete.
You need to remove the status TECO in order to enter any cost to the Internal Order.

  • Post Invoice with cost difference - TECO in accrual order

    Hi experts,
    I have the following problem:
I want to post an invoice in MIRO with a different tax code (--> that results in a different cost) than in the original purchase order and already performed goods entry. The accounting assignment is done with an accrual (internal order). This internal order has been set to TECO and does not let me post an invoice with a different cost than in the purchase order.
Is there a workaround without resetting the status of the internal order from TECO to OPEN?
    Thank you,
    Stefan

    Hi Srinivas,
I need to set the VAT tolerance with 1 or 2 p.
Hence its not available in OMR6.
    Any other settings ?
    Thanks,

  • After TECO system  not allow any transaction for orders

    Dear all,
We have taken TECO for Production / Process orders but system is allowing to cancel confirmation / to cancel GRN / to cancel operations.
Actually we dont want to cancel any of the above said after TECO.
How to restrict this one. Explain very clearly if it is possible.
    Thanks,
    Regards,
    Sakthivel.S

    Hi sakthi vel
You should go to transaction BS22, then click on status I0045
After that change RMRU, RMWA and RMWF from Allowed to Forbidd.
    The problem will be solved.

  • Difference between TECO and CLSD in internal order/WBS

    Hi friends,
Can anyone please tell me what is the difference between These two status TECO[Technically Complete] and CLSD [Closed]  in internal order/WBS  elements.
    Thanks
    Wilson

    Hi,
    Good morning and greetings,
The term TECO stands for Technically Completed and this status is activated to do month end settlements to the IO so that costs accumulated till that point would be compared against the planned cost and would be settled for difference... The TECO status would be revoked after the month end to continue for further collecting of costs and would be settled finally...Once you invoke the status CLSD the system will not allow you to post any more further postings to the internal order.
Please reward points if found useful
    Thanking you
    With kindest regards

  • MIRO, posting at an assetnumber with a reference to an Internal Order

    Hi,
At this moment I am busy implementing MIRO. There is one big obstacle. The company is making investments, these investments have an investmentnumber (no link with the future assetnumber) I want to register these investmentnumbers as a statistical internal order. At the moment when a purchase order is made for this investment, there will be made an assetnumber and in this assetnumber I have made it possible to refer to the Internal order number. When creating the PO-number (ME21N) I refer in the PO-number to the assetnumber and also to the Internal order number. The next stage is MIRO. I am entering the invoice, posting the invoice. The transaction in MM is showing me all the details (assetnumber and internal number). However the financial posting is not showing the internal order number. The field AUFNR is empty. And therefore  SAP has also not created a controlling document. On the other hand, when I am posting this invoice directly in Fi (FB60) and entering assetnumber and Internal order number, SAP shows all these data in the posting line and there fore also generating a document in Controlling.  My question is: Is it possible to post in MIRO at an assetnumber and also on an internal ordernumber, that is also be posted in FI and generates a posting in controlling?

    Hi,
Thanks for your reaction. However, the point is that I don't want to create any real postings on this Internal Order. In the current organisation the Internal Order is only used for statistical reason. And so I want to use the Int.Order functionality for managing investments. There for the internal order should also be statistical So therefore no real posting, no settlement and WIP accounts. The problem is that SAP is aware of this problem, see note 380748, but the correction program ZACORR138  is in release 4.7 present, but not working.
    Kind regards Bert

  • Regarding TECO system status in Plant maintenance

Can anyone suggest me the BADI or exit for blocking TECO status along with SDRQ user status

    Hi,
Please check the user exit : IWO10004 Maintenance order: Customer check for order completion
I believe the above user exit gets triggered when TECO is set ..
Check whether FMs STATUS_READ or STATUS_CHECK is helpful or no
If system status or user status is not there in DB Table then u may have to read via structure ..
Check this link Block Order TECO on the basis of operation User Status

  • Role of cost center, profit center, G/L & internal order in pro. costing...

    Hi all,
What is the role of cost center, profit center, G/L accounts & internal order (if any) in product costing? If not in product costing then in controlling?
How the cost centers & g/l accounts are updated while overhead calculation, variance calculation & settlement of an order?
I had gone through the SAP library & relevant threads on SDN but still not so clear about the functionality.
Please explain me in details from a scratch .
Also is it necessary to have a thorough knowledge of FI to study product cost planning?
    Waiting for your valuable reply.
    SmanS

    Hi,
No it is not possible to transfer to GL Account from Cost Center. Assessment functionality is with in CO Module. In Internal Orders it is settlement and in Settlement Profile we can have GL Account as a receiver.
I am wondering what is the Business requirement for assessing it to GL Account?
    Thanks

  • Sales order costing after changes on configuration or sales order BOM

    Hi all
Our sales order items requruire an sales order costing. This is done automatically, when saving the sales order item:
    Settings in requirement class:
    - costing: X (costing required)
    - costing-ID: B (automatic costing and marking)
This works perfect, means the sales order receives a caluculation that is marked.
Now, something is changed on the sales order BOM with transaction CU51
It seems, that each time you change the BOM you have to ensure yourself, that the costing of the sales order items (via VA02 -> extras -> costing) has to be performed manually.
There is no SAP standard process, that does this automatically.
    Thanks for your feedback.
    Pius

    Dear Pius,
System cannot take the changes from the BOM and execute the cost estimate automatically.
Need to refresh system when the changes are happened i..e need to execute the Cost Estimate once again.
    Kind Regards

  • Allow goods issue after TECO

    Dear all,
i have one production order which is technicaly completed. But i want to do material issue as material reservation is pending for that order. Please give focus on issue and explain in detail on TECO and status of production order.
    Regards,
    Atul

    Dear Atul,
In my understanding it is not possible to issue the materials using MB1A for an order that is set with TECO even after making
    the settings in BS22.
1.Only confirmations can be made by CO11N/CO15.
2.261/101 movement will be happening if backflush indicator is set and auto GR is allowed.
3.In case if 261 is to be performed using MB1A means in my understanding the only is undo the TECO and then post the
components against the reservation no in MB1A and then change the status once again.
Please check and confirm the same.

  • Statistical posting to Cost Center using Statistical Internal Order

We have a delivery transction in SD which used both a statistical order and cost center as account assignment objects.  However, in the cost center report, the amount was shown in the statistical portion of the report.  Why could have happened?  Shouldn't the item be shown as a true posting?

When you post to an internal order and cost center one of these is statistical
When you say the internal order is satistical then you have actual cost on costcenters. When the internal order is not statistical the internal order get the actual cost and the cost center statistical.
In the fieldstatus group from the internal order you can make the field statistical requered. When you want only to have statistical cost on your internal order.
With CO-PA it is an different case, see the other reaction on this. But then it is better to use profit center accounting for reporting.
Note SD is posting sales (sales cost) and there should no reason to post it on a cost center

  • Post to multiple cost object

    hi,
if at the same time there is posting to more than 1 co object, for example to cost center and copa or other combination of cost object, how do i know to which co object is real posting and which co object is just statistical?
    thanks

    Hi,
When we post to Internal Orders and Cost Centers, then Cost Centers will be taken as statistical if Inter Order is a Real Order.
in the case where u mentioned Cost center and Profit Center, Profit center is always a statistical posting irrespective of the other cost objects.
So Not to compare PC with CC.
if simulteneous postings are made to Cost Center and either COPA or Internal Order (real), COPA Segment or Internal Order will have superceding effect than Cost Center
I hope you got the concept.
Please award points suitably if you are satisfied with the answer.  else please let me know for further clarifications
    Best Regards

  • Is there a way to redetermine the cost center for an internal order on a PO

When we create a PO for an asset we enter an internal order number and a cost center is determined from the internal order. Sometimes after the po is created the cost center on the IO changes. The po is not updated automatically on the PO and it results in the wrong cost center being posted to during the Goods Receipt and invoice receipt. Is there a program or batch job that we can run that will redetermine the accounting data on a PO?
    Thanks!

  • Bill accounting assignment - statistical revenue posting on internal order

    Hello,
I'm wondering if it is possible that revenues from a billing document can be posted as statistic revenues on internal orders while the 'real' revenues are posted into COPA.
We would like to see the revenues directly in COPA as we we write more than one bill to different customers for development projects which we are controlling at the moment with internal orders. When we settle the internal orders the revenues are always going to one revenue object with one customer (depending on the settlement rule in the internal order) which is wrong. Nevertheless we need to see the revenues in the internal order in order to control the p/l of it.
    Thanks a lot in advance.
