Download for Lightroom 5 listed as "not applicable"

When trying to download Lightroom 5 upgrade - after receiving confirmation email from Adobe - there is a message that reads "not applicable" where the Download button should be.

    Make sure you have cookies enabled for your browser and clear your cache.  If the problem continues try using a different browser.
    It is not clear what you mean saying it says it is not applicable.   If none of that helps, if you could include a screenshot of the message it might be helpful.

    I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
    If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?

    Perhaps you don't have the correct driver selected.
    Try to Add it again, but instead of Auto-Select, choose Select Printer Software, then make sure you have the correct printer selected.
    If the driver you have says "Gutenprint" then that isn't the HP driver and might not have all the features.
    If you have the correct driver, the only thing you can do is contact HP and ask them to add the features.

  • Hot Fix error message for KB979344 "this update is not applicable to your computer", on Windows 7 64 bit with SP1

    I've been having issues with an external Esata drive.  Instead of being seen as a removeable drive, it is seen as a hard drive.  This has caused us nothing but problems since our full disk encryption software automatically starts to encrypt
    the drive rendering it useless.
    The real problem I'm having is installing the Hot Fix, KB979344, for this issue.  when tring to install, I get the message, "this update is not applicable to your computer"  I've looked and this hot fix doesn't seem to be part of SP1, but
    I could be missing it.  Any thoughts?

    Hi Keithk,
    This hotfix is already contained in Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
    Please add the registry key to check if the issue persists. (For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.  )
    Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Storage  
    Create a DWORD Value, name SATAHotplugPolicyOverride,
    set 1 in Value Data.   
    Restart the computer to check if it works.

    Good day! I'm trying to display a note in FK03 (related to Services for Objects - Attachment List) and I only see white screen pop up window. No message and text information. When I tried to use another PC I can successfully view it.

    It is my understanding that the IXOS licensing is based on users retrieving of documents not necessarily the viewer so the licensing implications of having non-IXOS viewers accessing documents using the generic archivelink viewer is still likely to result in licensing implications if an audit is conducted at any stage.
    The transaction for specifying the viewer is the OAA3 and OAG4.

    While they make their apps for mobile devices, they also have everything online in their web site.  It normally requires an account, for a fee (there are also free basic accounts with limited features).  There is nothing to download as far as I can see.
    What *****, IMO, is it seems you have to actually sign up for a free account to even see their fees for the full accounts - a horrible and cheesy marketing ploy as far as I'm concerned.  Any truly honest business should post their fees up front and easily found by anyone interested.
    Even the iPhone app is free, but requires a free account creation to use, and then a for fee account to unlock "full" features.

  • New iMac - software is on the laptop. I should have one more download for Lightroom but can't find my disc. Am I SOL or can they not allow me to download it online?

    I just got a new iMac desktop. I need to install Lightroom on it. I had it on my laptop and I cannot find the disc anywhere. Shouldn't I be able to download it online with a key code from the original program? I cannot get thru in chat support with adobe and I tried to call and it doesn't work either. This is my only hope someone help.

  • JS Validation for Drop down List is not working in Oracle PL/SQL Package

    Hi All,
    I am facing an issue with JavaScript validation done in Oracle PL SQL package.
    System Requirement:
    There is one screen which contains two fields viz. FLD 1 & FLD 2 and one 'Submit' button.
    FLD 1 and FLD 2 fields are drop down list boxes.These are mandatory fields.
    The screen is developed in Oracle Mod PL SQL package.
    The html coding and java scripting are embedded in the respective Oracle PL SQL Package procedure which generates this screen,takes the input values provided by user,does the
    field validations and submits the form.
    Issue:
    The javascript validation for FLD 2 dropdown is working successfully.
    When the user leaves this field as blank,the embedded javascript pops up an error message 'Selection of FLD 2 is manadatory before submitting the form!'.
    As FLD 1 is also a mandatory field,the javascripting validation should pop up the similar error message 'Selection of FLD 1 is manadatory before submitting the form!'.
    But,this first field validation is not at all working.
    The system allows to submit the form even if the 'FLD 1' is left blank.
    The javascript code sysntax for validation of FLD 1 & FLD 2 drop down list boxes as follows:

    1. Your problem is actually related to JavaScript, not SQL and PL/SQL. So, this is the wrong forum to post. The closest to JS is the Application Express forum {forum:id=137}. Clearly state that it is not an Apex issue and that you are looking for JS help.
    2. Your JS code, the way you has posted it, is syntactically incorrect, so if you post on Apex forum put the correct code and in tags as described in the FAQ

    In the outbound auto dialer:
    Is it possible to set a timeout for the imported numbers in the list, so within that time, if no agent available then the number will be removed (so will not dial the number) even after the agent login.
    Can this be acheived in the outbound auto dialer? How?

    For UCCX there isn't any such feature - you could name each campaign after the date which you upload it on, and then manually remove each campaign after a number of days past the upload date.

  • Download for iTunes 10.6.3 not working

    I am running itunes 10.6.1.7 on my windows 7 notebook.  itunes prompted me for new update 10.6.3 and clicked to download.  But nothing download and there is no indication that a download is done.  Connection to internet is fine. No errors.  Any clues?

  • Firefox update downloads for setup but then disappears; not in download box or on screen.

    Firefox tells us when we connect to the internet that it needs to update to a new version 5.0.1 When we hit the download button, the download screen pops up and says the setup is downloading. Once done, nothing shows in the box or on the desktop, so how do I go further to install?

    Im having the same issue. I've done live chat several times only to be disconnected when they say they are transfering me to creative cloud technical support. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

    Every update, including all Critical Updates for Windows 7, show a status of "Not Applicable" when running a "Computer Detailed Status Report"
    The computer is current in updating its status with the WSUS server.
    I am hoping that you can suggest reasons why this would be.

    It is only the one computer that has all of its updates listed as 'Not Applicable'
    Some of these are the same updates that other computers show as 'Installed'
