Download to a file, real-time oscilloscope traces accessed through the web: How?
Our new Textronix oscilloscope was assigned an IP address, and we are
viewing this oscilloscope's traces over the web using the IP address
assigned. Now, using LabVIEW, we want to download into a file an
oscilloscope trace at a particular instant in time, and we want to do
it many times as we want. Is LabVIEW 6.1 capable of doing that? If YES,
then how? What features do I use?

Do a search for the Tektronix model under drivers, you should be able to find a labview driver for the instrument. The Tektronics scope I have (TDS3034) used TekVisa to what looked like "fake" a GPIB bus. When I installed Labview and NI-488 TekVisa would no longer work, I used the serial port on the TDS3034 instead.
Hopfully this points you in the right direction.

error.png 20 KBIt is difficult to tell from the small segment of code shown, but it appears that the New File function is in a loop. Is it possible that the loop iterates quickly enough that it attempts to create the file twice with the same time? One way around this it to check first to see if the file exists. If it does, than append a 1 (or 2, or 3, or ...) to the filename and try again.

Yes, if you are asking about using Time Machine to backup the Mac.

You are not thinking of deleting the photos and files on your Mac, are you? If you do this, you will have no backups for those files.
Another concern is that Time Machine backs up the changes on your Mac. At some point, Time Machine will automatically delete the photos and files from the Time Capsule.....you just don't know when this might occur.
In other words, only delete files from your Mac that you can afford to lose. -
My 'old' files have been backed up onto time capsule (Leopard), I have upgraded to Lion (thro snow leopard) and now checking back to retosre some old files i can't see or access beyond the date I upgraded to Lion? Help please?
Use the manual methods.. but it is possible for TM to wipe the old files in trying to fit into the space.

Please can anyone help me as apple will not help unless i sign up for a new product agreement which i cannot understand as every thing worked before this so called very latest software that everyone cant do without ?????I had the same problem with some apps and printer setup software. SInce Rosetta has been discontinued on Lion my only solution was to restore to 10.6 since the manufacturers either have not yet or will not release updated apps. In this case you have to determine how important those old PPC apps are to keep around and if there alternitives that are available to replace the functionality. I would expect a broadband provider to update thier apps if it is something that is required to connect.

If you are logged in with the same account that you bought them with, and they are still in your country's store and you haven't moved countries since buying them, then they might show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app for redownloading, and the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. If they are no longer in the store or you've moved countries then do you have a copy of them anywhere ? If you still have the iPod with them on then you can connect it to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to your iTunes library so that you can take a backup copy and sync them to your iPad. -

After purchasing the Export PDF Online software when I attempt to perform a "File/Save As" when viewing a document on the web it locks up windows explorer. I receive "FIle Save As - Not Responding"
I think you may be correct. It is coincidental with my upgrade to Adobe Reader 11.0.10.
I have installed IE 11 (11.0.9600.17690)
It may be an Adobe Reader problem in that the "tools/file save as" dialog is completely empty. No local directories are displayed for saving to. When I try to Close(X) the "File Save As" box it pops up a message box on top that says "Adobe Reader is not Responding" It locks up all of my IE windows, not just the one with the PDF doc.
I need to go go Task Manager and stop the IE task. All my browser windows are then closed.
That is the only way to recover from the "Adobe Reader is Not Responding" message. -

All of the instruments are listed. It prompts you if you want to buy all of the instruments if you try to use one that is locked. If you bought your device after the iOS 7 release, you're fine and all of the instruments are unlocked.

It works great in my home network but what if my house burns down!
I was thinking I could have my time capsule at my buddies place and vice versa and backup across the web.
That way if either of us has the likes of a fire or theft we can retrieve from the other person's place.
I assume we'd have to create some form of VPN through each of our routers to be able to find the remote time capsule volumes/drives. If we use time capsule's for that or an AirPort Extreme is that "easy"??

UCCX Scheduled CB for a later time or through the web?
Anyone have any guidance on how to accomplish callback at a later time, say 4 hours from now for example or tomorrow. Additionally, if anyone has any examples on how to schedule a callback through the web which then generated a UCCX call without using Outbound that would be great.
Thank you!Simply take a callback as you normally might, when getting the input from the caller on their desired callback time calculate the delta time ( you might consider factoring in EWT) and delay until then before queuing.
For web callback, if you have Premium use HTTP triggers and standard web invocation methods. If Enhanced then you'll have to be a lot more creative or use a solution such as ours which can facilitate the callback and invoke the applications on the UCCX.
Hopefully that's enough to get you going in the right direction. -

I do not own neither a Mac nor an iOS devices. May I still be able to use all features of Time Capsule, including remote access over the internet?You will have setup issues.. as the latest AC model requires a Mac or iOS device.. eventually apple will release a windows version of the utility.. and the current one does partly work but Apple seem in no hurry.
You can find a Mac or iPad equipped friend to do the setup.. once setup the Windows computer can use it.
BUTT you cannot access it from remote..
Not with windows. You need BTMM and iCloud account. AFAIK even with those you cannot reach the TC.
You can do it manually.. using a vpn. Buy a proper vpn router and use a vpn client on the windows computer.. the TC would be in bridge to the network..
Apple really did not make this for windows.. and SMB access is only provided on LAN access not WAN.
