Downloaded 4.0 and the ReminderFox symbol disappeared. Have I lost my reminders?

ReminderFox is by far the most significant add-on for me, and I have no backup method for keeping track of some of the reminders. The ribbon symbol did not transfer to 4.0 and I'm not familiar with the file structure.

I had this same problem, and it took me a bit to figure out.
Firefox 4 turned off the Add-on bar by default even if you had it showing in Firefox 3. So we just need to get it back on again. In version 4 of Firefox, click the new orange Firefox menu option, then hover over Options and click "Add-on Bar" if it doesn't have a tick mark next to it.
You should now see ReminderFox in the bottom right of your browser.

Restoring a backup is specific to the backup program you are using to do your daily backups - consult it's manual, help file or author's support site
Back up your iPhoto library, Depress the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library starting with the first option and trying others until you are succesful

So when you plug it into your computer, you're not getting a message in iTunes that it has discovered a phone in recovery mode?
Reboot both the computer and the phone and try again.

I have tried pressing the home and power separtely for over 10 secs, and have pressed them together for over 12 secs, and there is no response.

Ok, here is what I have so far. Appdelete the iWork and reinstalled. Pages and Number work, but not Keynote.
Now, I downloaded a couple apps that I need, and no matter what I did, the spinning ball came up and the download stopped till it unlocked itself. It is really frustrating because the download was not completed and whatever came through would not mount. Could this issue be the internet connection? Permission fix showed a lot of Airport issues. My ipad battery ran out while verifiying the last update. Now all I see on the screen is the plugin symbol with an arrow and the itunes symbol. Help!
