Downloaded Videos Gone Missing

I downloaded three episodes of top chef today and only one made it through. When I go to check for purchases it says that they all have been downloaded but when I go to search my computer through the title of the episode they are there only with info not with the actual video. I have double checked my account info to make sure I actually purchased all of them and they have been. What should I do? What can I do?

There is a report a problem button in purchase history in your iTunes store account.

ITunes videos gone missing

I recently bought a couple of music videos from iTunes. Now when I go to watch them on my Powerbook, via iTunes, I get an error message saying 'the music video could not be used because the original file could not be found. do you want to locate it?'. On the other hand I CAN view it on my iPod (new classic).
Can anyone help me solve this conundrum?

If this doesn't help you, then you'll need to transfer them from the iPod to your iTunes library. Read [this post|http://discussions.apple.com/message.jspa?messageID=6923237#6923237] from me or [this|http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=6893383&#6893383] from Zevoneer.

Assuming the videos and TV shows are itunes purchases, yes, you can redownload them on another iOs device or itunes on a computer using the same Apple ID you purchased them with. You videos and photos would be available in a back up, if you have one, or via photostream if you were using it. Otherwise those will not be retrievable.

The drop arrow on the Video DownloadHelper that I downloaded yesterday is missing!

Yesterday I downloaded ''Video DownloadHelper''. It worked fine, and I got like ten songs, give or take. I shut the computer off and left a little later; when I got back around 9:30 PM my brother had turned on the laptop. I opened Firefox to download more songs, but Video DownloadHelper had no drop arrow! The icon for it is still there, but there's no arrow. I've heard several other people have had this problem, too.
(I downloaded VDH onto my Toshiba Laptop with Windows 7, by the way.)

I've uninstalled and then reinstalled Download Helper several times! I've tried the suggested link (version 4.9.2), but with no success in getting the drop-down arrow to appear. I've installed a previous version, but that also didn't work!! Went into preferences and confirmed all the proper boxes for displaying info were checked! I even cleared cookies... didn't matter! I'm on a Mac/Snow Leopard.
Any other suggestions, anyone?? Thanks in advance for your input!!

My 3D And Analysis menus have gone missing in my PS CS4 Extended

Hopefully this is the correct place to post this. I have PS CS4 Extended version, and I had the 3D and Analysis menus like it's supposed to have, and now for some reason, they have gone missing, they are not there in my top menu items anymore, there are 9 there now instead of 11, I just noticed this recently, and when I open the program, on the splash screen, it just says Adobe Photoshop CS4, and not Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended like it used to, is there any explanation for this? I have it installed on my laptop, which is a hp dv6 1360us, and it does have the proper hardware to handle 3D and the sort and there have been no changes to that, so that really can't be the issue. I do remember using ccleaner about a week or 2 ago to clean up my computer and in doing so I accidently removed a few files that had photoshop in the filename, registry files, so could I possibly have messed up my photoshop by removing those files? I don't really know. I did a system restore, and got those files back, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my version of photoshop, and I still have the same problem. If anyone could possibly help me sort this out it would be awesome and I'd really appreciate it.

Was this a 30 day trial download of PS CS4 extended and maybe you purchased, from Adobe, PS CS4 (not extended) serial number and entered that?
the serial number that is entered determines if PS CS4 is Extended or not.
I would contact Adobe Customer service. There is nothing anybody can do on here with a serial number problem.

Why has my purchased music gone missing

Hi i recently synced my iphone 4 and realised that most of my music has gone missing. After usiing itunes the same day I was trying to play tracks in my library and got a message saying orignal file could not be found. As I looked through the list of tracks I could not play I realised it was all the music I had purchased from itunes that was unable to be played. I do use a shared computer so I cannot say if any changes were made but have been sharing the computer for 2 years now and nothing like this has happened before.

Delete the songs and redownload them:

Real Player and Realdownloader are not downloading videos.

These apps were working until 7/2/13. The popup does not appear on the top right of the video. They do work with IE. Now I've deleted them with Control Panel and reinstalled, but no luck. I'm running an XP box.

Solved the whole Real Player-Firefox issues. Simply go your control panel, select "Programs", under "Default Programs" click on "Change default settings for media or devices". Find Video Files and choose Real Player logo to Import Music, Video and Pictures using Real Player. Click "Save" at the bottom of the window, then closeout and restart Firefox. You should see the "Download this Video" icon in YouTube videos once again and download at will. One caveat, it seems to work great on amateur videos and the like. I had an issue downloading some music videos. It's kind of hit or miss, you will have to keep trying to download a video if it doesn't work initially. I noticed that it downloads videos as a .dash file and then Real Player downloader will convert the file to mp4 or whatever format you have it set to in your preferences. These directions are for Windows 7, you will have to find the equivalent control panel options for other Windows OS. Good luck!

Sleep setting has suddenly gone missing on 20GB 4'th Gen. refit

When my 20GB, Gen 4, Ipod died, I had the extended warrenty. True to their word, when Apple couldn't fix it, they replaced it. I think the new one they sent me is a refit, but it has worked fine until now. For whatever reason the "sleep" setting has gone missing from all my menus! Very Strange. I thought perhaps the latest update had something to do with it, but my 5'th Gen. 40GB, video Ipod, was also updated... and it still has a sleep setting.
I have been putting the 20GB to "sleep" by holding down the clickwheels lowest point, the screen goes dark... but when I restart it, it's been playing, because the battery is always dead.
Am I missing something here? I know it seems strange... so that's why I've come back to discussions. Anybody?

Looking through ipod forums, suggestion to reset ipod, and all menu's within. Continue pressing "menu" to main. After resetting "sleep" reappeared right where it should be.

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

Other people have a similar problem with iBooks (and I've only heard about it happening with iBooks) and it not appearing after they've download it, but it has then usually appeared after doing a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

QuickTime videos GONE

My QuickTime videos ALL have disappeared from my year-old iWeb website pages and several homepages. Safari prompts me that (after a year??) I lack the needed QuickTime plug-in and the videos are missing from other Browsers also. I have QuickTime Pro 7.2 installed on my computer with no recent upgrades to QT or Safari.
Does anyone know, please, why QuickTime videos would just disappear from healthy year-old webpages? Haven't checked the sites for a month so don't know how long they've been gone.
My Dotmac account payment isn't due for over a month and these videos have been fine for the past year.

WIA is Windows Image Acquisition, it is a proprietary Microsoft driver model and application programming interface (API) for Microsoft Windows Me and later Windows operating systems that enables graphics software to communicate with imaging hardware such as scanners, digital cameras and Digital Video-equipment. - Source
Please follow the instructions below.
Please hold down the windows flag key and the R to open the Run box.
Type services.msc and press Enter
Locate Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)
Right click and open Properties
Stop the service from the General tab and then Start it again
Verify that the Startup type is set to Automatic rather then manual
Also, look for 'Shell Hardware Detection' in the list of services. If it is not enabled/started, make sure to enable/start the service, and make sure the Startup Type set as Automatically from its properties.
Locate the 'Remote Procedure Call (RPC)' in the list of services. If it is not enabled/started, make sure to enable/start the service, and make sure the Startup Type set as Automatically as well.
If the issue persist, the HP Print and Scan Dr might help, otherwise I suggest contacting Microsoft.

WAN choice in FN-F5 dialog for TP61 has gone missing

After upgrading to Win 7 (i have a T61 originally marked as a type 6458-CTO) the WAN choice has gone missing from the dialog shown with the FN-F5 key. 802.11 and Bluetooth are still there and working. **I have installed** all the latest drivers I could find on the Lenovo site. **I have checked** that the cables re connected. And **I have tested** with another card (from a working computer without Win7). All to no avail.
