Downloading free trials of photoshop, illustrator and indesign cc failing

I am trying to download these 3 program for a free 30 day trial and they are failing to install. the message that comes up says "installation completed although some optional components failed to install correctly.
also this is the summary of what happened when I click the 'more information'

Download and install Bridge CC, then in the Bridge Edit menu > Color Settings choose the color settings you want to synchronize your CC apps to.

It sounds like when you try to sign into the iTunes Store, you are prompted to review your account information. You click review, but nothing happens. Usually what should appear here is your billing information according to this article:

Kindly refer : CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed.

How many times can I download free trial of Photoshop?

I dowloaded the free trial of Photoshop CS6 in April but wasn't able to try it because I got herniated discs in my neck and a pinched nerve in my arm. Today I downloaded it again but when the screen comes up with the buttons License this Software or Continue Trial it won't let me click on Continue Trial. So is it a one time deal when you can use the free trial? Thanks from a frustrated Mac user.
