DP_Cannot change Ratio of each product

Dear Expert!
In the Demand Planning,There is a Standard KF for Proprional Factors (APODPDANT). Whith this KF, When We change From "Absolute" to "Percentage" and change Ratio of each Product.
Now, I create New KF (Z_COCAU) to Perform similar funtions as APOPDANT KF. The Type of Z_COCAU KF is "NUMBER". But When I move from "Absolute" to "Percentage", I cannot change Ratio of each Product in this KF.
I don't know What's problem here.

Thanks for paying attention to my question! When you go to DataView "Proportional Factors", You can see Symbol "Absolute <=> Percentage".
Whith my question, my friends helped me aswer it by building Macro.

Can I transport changes thru Quality to Production without dropping data?

I have data on a Quality system which is being used and it has become critical to extent that the Quality system is treated as Production.
Now, there have been some changes in Development: 5 new key figures and 10 new characteristics. As a result, there have been modifications in the Infosource, update rules, ODS, Multiproviders, etc on Development.
The plan is to transport these changes on Dev to Production and load data on Production for comparison against the data in Quality.
(It may sound weird but that is the plan since there are some problems on Development)
My question:
Since the changes have to go through Quality to Production, will there be problem on the data on Quality?
The goal is to freeze the data in Quality. Can the changes go through Quality without the need to drop the data in Quality?
[Note that the objects are going to Production the first time: we do not overwrite any existing objects on Production]

Hi,
You need not do anything special while releasing the request. If anything needs to be done, Basis should do it.
For that matter, Basis should be able to copy the CO and DAT files of a particular released request, to the import queue of any SAP system and import it there. They would do that using operating system level commands.
For us lesser folks, ther are above the table methods:-)
If you go to transaction STMS in the development system and click on the 'red truck' (transport overview) you would be able to see the import queues of the D, Q and P systems.
You can double-click on each system to see the requests.
If you have released a change request, it would be exported and available in the import queues of the Q and P systems.
If the request has been imported the status will show with a 'yellow triangle'.
If the request is yet to be imported it would show with a 'green square'.
In a particular import queue, you may choose the request that is not imported and import it into the system.
Having said all this, it is quite possible that Basis may have configured the transport domain in a different manner. It is possible that the Quality system is configured for Quality assurance. That is why it is important to do this in association with the Basis team.

1. Basically I am taking photos with a monochrome setting with my 5D and the screen shows monochrome.
2. when i import this onto my computer and open with PS, it opens in colour.
3. when I change this to Monochrome in PS. (It cannot read my monochrome setting with my preference of the greyscale mix when I viewed it on my 5D)
4. my question is: is there a way so that PS can read the monochrome setting from my 5D and display the same monochrome setting as my 5D instead of a different one from PS.

you need camera raw 6.7 or better.
i don't know what version of ps you have so i can't say if it can be updated to use that, but update anyway.

Support message and change requests only for production system

Hi guys,
I would like to connect the solman helpesk with CHARM ( CHARM is still running ).
In CHARM I have to create a CR only for production system. ( don't know why - but works as designed).
In SAP helpdesk I can create support messages for every kind of system type but if I want to connect both (HD and CR) , the source system (ibase component) of the issue will copied to the CR and runs in error because of the rule (only p-system) of CHARM.
Of course I can change the ibase to production system manually in SDCR but it seems a very error-prone method.
Now my question: is it possible to change the ibase component due to the creation of CR by copy rule or something like this?

Hi Rayko,
We do not have this option.
Once in ChaRM, we assume that the changes will always correct an issue in the PROD system.
I would recommend to open the tickets directly with the PROD system IBase, once the issue is also happening there.

I send program change messages from my midi controller and the messages are accepted by mainstage 3 as shown in the midi message window,but i can't make a selection of my pathes even if i have set a program change number for each patch.Why is that happening?
I use a novation SL mki or a KORG Triton Le or a m-audio axiom 49 as midi controllers.The program change messages are transmitted by all the devices i mentioned above and shown as received in the midi messages window of mainstage 3.
Has anyone the same experience?

I have one requirement to create role for each product...
For example:
Inventory (INV)... I need to create a role, which will have select privileges on all tables of Inventory...like that for each production, I need to create...
I have one procedure:
(a) create role inv_read_role;
(b) spool the following statement
sql> spool inv_read.lst
sql> select 'grant select on INV.'||object_name||' '||'to INV_READ_ROLE;' from dba_objects where owner='INV' and object_type='TABLE';
sql> spool off
(c) Run the above spool file

I want to give readonly access to AP Tables to one database user or more no of database users.....how can we give...for that , we are going to create seperate role for each module in database..assign that role to database user...then he will be able to select only on that module tables......

If I make BOM universal , I need to ,make alternative BOM as Engineering BOM will have several levels and production BOM has all the components and assy on single level .
MRP might pick up wrong BOM .
Is there any T.code by which we can make mass copy or change BOMs . AS in system there are many BOMs which needs to be copied as is with new usage .

FM to change Confirmation number of Production order

Hello Experts,
I have a requirement where I need to change the confirmation number ( which is already created for a production order) AFVC-RUECK. I could see that the confirmation number is not modifiable once it is created and no opition to change it by BDC. But my requirement is to change it for a production order.
1. Is there any FM or BAPI to change it?
2. Or directly changing in the database table AFVC is the only option?
3. Or is there any other method in which we can do it.

aggregation is not changing status on LTVD. (Possibly LTVD has been already agregated). Newly maintained LTVD is not changing status of the product, its remaining negative whatsoever.

How to get to know change content for each change request

Hi, would I get to know the change content in each change request via SE09 or others before I release the change request?
For example, the following info was in SE09 tree view for a change via OB52. Would I get to
know what does "20000001 ZZZZZZZZZZ,20000002 ZZZZZZZZZZ" stand for?

To understand what is the transports, you need to understand the structures of the included tables, views, etc. Or at least be able to look the table information up in SAP.
For your example, table T001B (Permitted Posting Periods).
You can go to SE11 to see the fields in the table.
You can use SE16 to view the contents.
In this example you would be transporting the following:
T001B
20000001 ZZZZZZZZZZ
or
200 0 0001 ZZZZZZZZZZ
Client                           = 200
Record Type                 = 0
Posting Period Variant = 0001
To account                    = ZZZZZZZZZZ

Im on report development to list out Production Order Costing analysis. Where Iam using table of AFKO, AUFK and COSS, in that COSS table is for Cost Totals for Internal Postings which is taking too much time as performance issue to fetch the records as per my select condition (which is given below) for even my date period range is a day or two.

For production order nos. - AUFK or AFKO
For production order status - JEST & to know the status eg REL etc, refer TJ02
For costs - COSS & COEP (Pass order nos. to the field OBJNR as OR followed by 12 digit order number)
Add this logic.
{*IF NOT it_aufk[] IS INITIAL.
    SORT it_aufk BY aufnr.
    DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES FROM it_aufk COMPARING aufnr.
    SELECT * FROM coss INTO TABLE it_coss
               FOR ALL ENTRIES IN it_aufk

Catalogue: transform each "product entry" as an independent ellement?

I am creating a catalogue in Indesign.
i created a book and chapters for the different areas.
I have entried each product in an independent page. but whenever I want to reuse each one in another document, I have to manualy COPY PASTE the ellements into another file.
as the catalogue gets more and more extensive and complex, my usability get less easy.
how could I transform each "product entry" as an independent element?
is there any way to independently and easyly ling internal complex elements?
Is there any addon to do this.
I hope anyone can help me.

Well - if you were building a catalog manually how could you be surprised you do have to manage it manually?
Since this forum is about InDesign plugins developement - does it mean you are looking for a solution from plugin developers?
For myself alone, I'll have a full bunch of different answers about solving the issues you are listing - and much more since you are still far from seeing its real complexity I am afraid.
Catalogs are not minor publishing products and handling them manually is not really making sense as you have already found out.
But from finding this out to solving the actual issues there is a huge gap and many different opportunities: buying the best "addon" will not help you much I am afraid - as there is much more than that - including a products database, to start with...
Try to think the other way around: the layout you have designed is not a catalog starting point but its final output - the core of a catalog is the data you will publish for one or several catalogs. Start by handling the catalog data first then the layout will follow easily. How to bind catalog data to layout is mostly a matter of taste - and budget...
