 We apologize for any inconvenience in regards to shipping and tracking your orders of the New Droid X.
The  tracking number for your order only becomes available for tracking once FEDEX has picked up the package from our distribution centers. At this point  FEDEX is in possession of the package, and all of their systems will be updated to reflect the anticipated delivery times, and the most up to date information. Please do not cancel an order because you are unable to track the order .  Once a tracking number is assigned to your shipment, we will email you the tracking information.

Everyone knows tracking info isn't available until the package actually ships.  What you should be apologizing for is NOT processing our orders in a timely and orderly manner.

  • Droid three ship date?

    why was the ship date on the droid 3 moved to the 2nd of sept? originally it was the 30th of aug.

    Hi.  I understand your frustration regarding your order shipping.  As you may know, the Incredible is still on backorder at the moment.   We are shipping out as we get them in stock.  Some people may get their phone earlier depending on their  location.    We will notify you by email when the order is shipped.  You can also go to the "Support" tab and click on "Get Status" to track in daily by putting in your order number.

    This is what shows up on mine. I looked up the numbers and it's an IP, a verizon one. Anyone else get something similar?

    I will say that mine has changed.  I can no longer access the status page (I get an error message) but when I called *611 it says that it has shipped and will arrive within two days.  Still no shipping email, but my husband never received one last year when he pre-ordered the Driod Incredible,,,,,it just showed up on our door.  Also, I have been charged.  Check that.  If you have been charged than its probably shipped.

  • Droid X Shipping

    I keep going back and forth between ordering the Droid X online and going to the store on July 15th and getting it.  My only problem with ordering online is that I am going out of town Friday and I would need it to be delivered before noon.  I would like to avoid the mail-in rebate.  Does anyone know how quick FedEx overnight shipping is?  Does it make a difference if it ships from Memphis and I live right outside of Memphis?  It would be so much easier if Verizon would just let people order from online on the 14th.

    I am in the exact same situation.  I work all day thursday and by the time i get out I fear that the stores will be out of stock.  I would also like the instant rebate.  I am leaving for vacation on Friday at noon.  I have called VZW about this and someone told me about getting priority overnight which is a 14.99 charge and the device would be to you by 10:30 on Friday.  I just went through a mock order online though and it didnt give me that option.  I am stressing about what to do because my wife really wants this phone and her birthday is Friday.

    First thing you need to do when it is up and running is download Advanced Task Killer. Avoid the battery life issues now. I have had a great time with my phone so far.

  • UK Shipping, Tracking

    I've ordered a new iMac and it is being shipped from Eire to London. My order was 'dispatched' last weekend but when I try to track it via UPS (using the tracking number provided by Apple) I am informed that no such record exists.
    I suppose it could be that there is no further tracking beyond the bit saying it is on its way to me.

    Right, I just got off the phone with Apple (Ireland). They now say that the delivery will be next week Tuesday or Wednesday. Now why, oh why, couldn't this info being included on the Apple Order Status? The chap basically told me that you are unlikely to learn anything about your delivery until the late stages. What really stinks is that (based on the what the sales agent told me) I planned to be at home for today and tomorrow to receive the delivery. Now I am told it will be next week – which Apple has known all along. Now I can take another day or two off work to (hopefully) receive the delivery.
    I'm not much frustrated by the time it takes to deliver it, but rather that the 'tracking' is a bit unreliable and some of us are planning work schedules around this.
    Ho-hum.

  • Droid incredible ship date?

    I also ordered on june 9, haven't heard anything from Verizon yet. I haven't seen to many orders for june 9 on this forum so if your out there let us know what's going on with your order. Called cs they keep saying my ship date is 6-30 but when i ordered it they said 6-29 i asked about the 5 day delay and they told me they didnt see a delay for my order. Gonna call again tomorrow and see what story they give me.

    I spoke with a cs rep. today and they said 10 day delay but know way to tell if my order (june 9th) is affected, I asked how do they know whose orders are getting delayed and she said it's random not an area issue and she doesn't know how they pick whose gonna get delayed. I also asked bout the email issues she said if you did not give an email address when you ordered you more then likely will not get an email even if you have one already in your account it has to be attached to the order she said, she also said overnight shipping gets sent out before 4 p.m. eastern time and 2 day gets sent out before 7 p.m. eastern time on the day of shipping. Alot of people won't get notified until the system updates which is the next day usually. But I guess I'll have to wait and see if my order goes out tomorrow before i start complaining that I want some kind of compensation LOL

  • Anyone have their iPhone 5 pre-order shipping confirmation and working tracking link yet?

    For anyone pre-ordering an iPhone 5, please post when you have a UPS/Fedex shipping tracking link that actually works and indicates that your iPhone 5 is in transit and whether or not it is scheduled to be delivered on Friday the 21st to coincide with when the iPhone 5 will be available in stores.  And did you pre-order through the Apple store or through one of the carriers, e.g. Verizon or AT&T?  And did you pre-order early on Friday the 14th or are you hours or days back in the pre-order queue?

    Wahoo! Just finished up my pre-order on Verizon's site. (Apple site still displaying "We'll be back" page as of 3:18 AM EST).  Definitely says 9/21 DELIVERY, not SHIPPING ...

  • Delivery Tracking Number

    Hi,
    I have the following requirement,
    1. The haulage firm RIDER shipping tracking number is maintained in the transaction VL02N in the backend system. Follow the menu path GOTO->HEADER->SHIPMENT. We have a field called BillOfLad ( Bill of Lading ) where the tracking number is placed.
    2. Because it is necessary to display the tracking number in the web shop we need to find where the tracking number is stored in the CRM. Based on the tracking number Dealer is routed to RIDERu2019s website to check the details of the delivery.
    I am not sure whether the tracking number is maintained in the CRM system or is replicated to the CRM system from ECC.
    Any idea guys?

  • Anyone received a shipment even though status is still "not yet shipped"?

    Has anyone ever received a shipment from Apple even though their online status shows their order as "not yet shipped"? Not sure if my iPad hasn't shipped yet due to high demands although it should have already or if magically it is on its way.

    Heh...I think it'd put a whole new spin on "magical" and "revolutionary" if it were shipping without our knowing it.
    I haven't ordered much directly from Apple's online store--I've either bought stuff from the brick-and-mortar Apple Store in town or I've bought online from elsewhere--but no, I don't think I've seen anything ship with the order status not reflecting that. On the other hand, I've heard that the UPS shipping tracking pages can be inaccurate (behind) with this kind of stuff. An article like this, from the Boy Genius Report, shows a little of that:

    I'll try to see if I can find something from earlier this month about how the tracking pages can also be inaccurate because they claim something's in, say, China, but it's actually Stateside and just hanging out in a warehouse, but I haven't been able to track it down yet. I'll have to do some more digging and see if I can find it, but yeah...someone (@ThomasAtUPS at Twitter?) had mentioned it with regard to the wifi-only iPads being sold in stores and getting shipped out to people's homes.

  • IPhone 6 pre-order issue - I have no ship date

    I am in the same situation. I pre-ordered the iPhone 6 and had an email saying 10/7 ship date. I now log in and check the order status and it's not available at this time but the order is in process. I actually just fell out of contract with Verizon and honestly just want to know the ship date. If it's longer now or my order is lost, I'd just like to cancel and change my service to AT&T. Everyone I know with AT&T who ordered when I ordered is getting their phones tomorrow in mail. In some cases they had 10/13-10/31 ship dates with AT&T but actually just got shipping tracking numbers, go figure. Can I please get an answer as to why I have no status?

    We know everyone is super exited about these amazing phones. As your order moves through the process, you can check the status at http://bit.ly/RjmCUB. You may not be able to see a change from Processing until it officially ships, then you'll see the tracking number. If you've received a confirmation email that your order was submitted, any additional information throughout the fulfillment process will be sent to that same email address.

    - how can i change the shipping method for 2 ipads
    - will the package arrive before deliver date (i stay in US for a while)

    You should have received an email confirming your order, which should include contact info. Once the order has shipped, you can't change the shipping method.
    The shipment could arrive before the estimated delivery date provided via email after the package has shipped, but I wouldn't count on it. Once the package has shipped with an email provided that will include the shipping tracking number, you can track the shipment by selecting the tracking number included with the email.
    If the package arrives after the estimated delivery date, you will not get a refund.

  • Who do I submit a complaint to?

    My Late 2008 MBP was having problems on the more powerful graphics card(Nvidia 9600M GT). When Using the GPU the black areas would flicker red and the whole screen would flicker. So I brought it to the West Nyack New York genius bar. I sat there for about 45 minutes waiting for the genius to spend 5 minutes looking at my computer. He said the problem was the monitor and said they had the part in stock could fix it in 3-5 days.
    After about 3 days in their possession I called them for a status update. They said they'd call back. I had to wait till the end of the day. Not a big deal really. They told me that it wasn't my monitor that was causing problems, it was the GPU so they'd have to keep it for another to swap GPUs.
    I called the day after and tried to just have a conversation with a genius to see if my computer was ready. They said they'd call back.
    This time they called back much later to tell me that they had broken the computer and the thing won't turn on. Now they will have to replace the WHOLE computer with a new one.
    Ok, I thought, I'll get a more modern unit. So I gave them the weekend to update me on anything and called them on Monday to find out when I could expect my computer. They said they'd call back.
    This time they didn't return my call. So to get some answers, like when can I expect my computer and why am I not in the loop, I physically went to the store to talk to the manager. Instead of listening to my problem, Sharon the Manager seemed more interested in getting me out of the store than listening to my problem.
    I asked her when my computer would arrive, she said she didn't know and that it was apparently being shipped cross country. So I asked her about maybe a shipping tracking number so I could track it. She said she'd email it to me. That was 7 hours ago and still no contact from them. I'd really just like to have some detailed information.
    My question is, who do I go to submit a complaint. I tried apple.com/feedback but it has nothing about the genius bar or their service. Is there a regional manager?

    Very sorry to hear of your experience at the store. A couple of options:
    1.) You can either go back to store, or call them and ask to speak with the store's general manager. The woman you spoke with, Sharon, was she the store manager or one of the assistant managers? Each store has one "store/general" manager but has several assistant managers. Your concern of getting your machine back and in your possession is a pretty valid claim, especially considering you haven't had it for a while. Give them a call... stay cool and collected (not indicated you wouldn't, just saying) and I'm sure the store will make things right for you.
    2.) You can call into Applecare technical support, as to my knowledge, the systems that the stores and the phone agents access are available to one another. I know when I've called in for support, the phone agents can see my previous case history from my retail visits. As an above posted stated, you can reach out to Customer Relations. It doesn't make sense to call into troubleshooting line, simply because you're not troubleshooting anything.
    I really hope this all ends in your satisfaction and I hope that Apple is able to make things right for you. Best of luck!

  • 2311x Monitor broken when first used! Please help!

    I had bought an HP 2311x  and when I received it I hooked it up and the screen has alot of different colors, lines, and blurryness. Now after I hooked the monitor up to my pc I checked all the connections and power and everything was working fine. I used my old monitor and hooked it up and everything worked fine. Now here comes the worst part.
    After buying this monitor I contacted support for a replacement (The monitor is less than two months old)
    and have spent a week trying to get a replcement. I have sent the serial number, product number, Every receipt and shipping tracking info to HP and nothing has been done. All that has happened is HP calls and wants me to buy a new monitor with a 40-50 dollar discount. Now after spending plenty on this monitor that is less than two months old I would expect to get a replacment when it was broken when I got it.
    Now HP refuses to do anything. All they do is shift me from department from department and everyone tells me it is under warrenty and that it will be replaced. But when I give them my shipping information they send me to another "Team" and they do the same thing. I am tired of this and all I want is a replacement monitor. Can someone please give me some advice ont what to do or anything that I could do?

    Typically, this kind of claim has to happen within days of receipt of the product and after that it is too late. I don't work for HP but I can see you are very frustrated with your experience.
