Dynamic Table Two lines per data item

Hi experts!!
In my form i have a table with two lines per data item for example the table i want the table to be:
boldheader rowbold
bold1,1 1,2bold
bold1,3 1,4bold
I have also wrapped the table in a subform, and marked the checkbox "Repeat Row for each data item".
Instead i get :
1,1 1,2
2,1 2,2
1,3 1,4
2,3 2,4
How can i display two rows per item ???
Thank you in advance!!!

If there are two lines in a single row for a table (I.e if there are 14 columns, How to be adjusted).
There are two possible ways of doing.
1) a) Create a SubForm
    b) Create a Table (If you create a table there will be Header Row and Body Row)
    c) Delete the Body Row and instead of it create a SubForm with name Body Row
    d) Now you have one Header Row and SubForm as BodyRow.
    e) SubForm BodyRow again create two SubForms with names Row1, Row2.
    f) Now make the SubFormBodyRow as Flow layout and repeat the SubForm(Since if you make this then the child nodes (Row1 & Row2) will inherit the properties of the parent node (SubForm-BodyRow).
   g) Now you can have two rows in one lineitem.
2) The second possible way is showing it in a Dynamic ToolTip.
Lets say you have a table inside a table then you can show it in a Dynamic ToolTip when you place the cursor in a Student Id you will get Student Data.
Hope it solves.

  • In the report getiing two lines per each service order

    Hi Experts,
when I drill down callouts on back reporting level by Component code, Reason code, and action code. I see two lines per service order. I have two records in MP for the same service order. Is there any possibility that I get only one record in report without changing the data at multi provider level?
    Example:
    Report Output
    S. no     Equipment     Calender date  Order type       Service order        Action code             Order count
    1     30000074     18.02.2009              ysm1           62704142            004/#                      1
                                           004/#                      0
    2     30000275     03.08.2009              ysm3      9AHK40218030         004/#                      0
                                          004/20                      1
    3     30042305     02.07.2009              ysm4      9AAU70443928        002/70                     0
                                           002/80                     1
Could you please see the below scenarios and suggest.
    Scenario 1
For the S. no-1) for the action code 004/#  and the order count 1 should displayed in the report and action code 004/#  and order count 0 should not be displayed in the report.
    Scenario 2
For the S. no-2) for the action code 004/20  and the order count 1 should displayed in the report and action code 004/#  and order count 0 should not be displayed in the report.
    Scenario 3
For the S. no-3) for the action code 002/70  and the order count 0 should displayed in the report and action code 004/80  and order count 1 also should be displayed in the report.

    Sita

    Hello,
THis can be achieved with foll two ammendments:
    1) Restrict Action Code in the filter to exclude # values.
    2) Create condition on Order Count to display where it is GT 0.

  • Interactive Reports: Display data on two lines per row?

Is it somehow possible to display a single row across two lines in an interactive report?
    Something like this:
    Row1 Field 1, Row1 Field 2, Row1 Field 3
Row1 Field 4 (spanning across the other fields)
    Row2 Field 1, Row2 Field 2, Row2 Field 3
Row2 Field 4 (spanning across the other fields)
    Row3 Field 1, Row3 Field 2, Row3 Field 3
Row3 Field 4 (spanning across the other fields)
    ... etc
For example, I have a "Remarks" column that would look better on its own line, rather than being squeezed into the same row with the other columns.
I realize that this layout might not be possible out-of-the-box, but I was thinking that perhaps some javascript/jQuery trick could be used. Unfortunately, my jQuery-fu is not strong yet, so I'm asking for help...
(I also know that this type of layout is possible using a classic report with a custom template, but I would prefer to use the Interactive Report if at all possible.)

Look in the Reports Builder Help:
If you want to use lexical references in your SELECT clause, you should create a separate lexical reference for each column you will substitute. In addition, you should assign an alias to each lexical reference.
Does adding the column alias solve the problem?

    Hello Karen,
    >> and each field needs to be updateble ( concatenating two fields does not allow for that).
Did you notice the ‘&lt;br />’ component, as part of the columns concatenations?
The following example is using the same principle – every two updatable column, from the employees table, are sharing the same tabular form row - http://htmldb.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=22710:420 . The report query is:
    select apex_item.text(10,first_name)||'<br />'||apex_item.text(11,last_name) col01,
    apex_item.text(12,phone_number)||'<br />'||apex_item.text(13,email) col02,
    apex_item.text(14,salary)||'<br />'||apex_item.text(15,commission) col03
from employeesThe same principle is being used to define custom headings.
Hope this time it will be more clear.

  • Disk Utility- why two lines per disk?

Can anyone answer me as to why there are two lines for each disk in Disk Utility-one is the hard disk type, and the other is the info?

The first line represents the physical disk; the second (and third, fourth, etc.) line represents the volume or partition. A single physical disk could have multiple volumes, hence the outline-type display in Disk Utility.

  • Dynamic Table not displaying data

First off, i have searched high and low, and havent been able to find much help.
That said, i have been trying to create a simple search/results page in dream weaver, i am using ASP and sql express.  Ive been following the adobe tutorial, and everything works as it says it should, except that when you actually do a search, and hit submit, the results page only shows the dynamic table headings, but no data.

  • Data model with a dynamic table name

    Hi,
I have report requirement, where in the table name in the data model query is unknown. So I use lexical parameter like " select * from &P_TABLE_NAME". This dynamic table is created and data populated in the before report trigger and table name is assigned to P_TABLE_NAME. The parameter P_TABLE_NAME has to be assigned an initial value otherwise the report errors with 'invalid table name' error. So I give a dummy table say 'DUMMY' as the initial value which has the same structure (with no data ) as the table that is being created in the before report trigger.
The problem is that the data model query is being parsed ( and maybe executed ) even before the 'before report' trigger is run. As a result, the report o/p is empty, since the query used the DUMMY table for execution. But after the report completes, I can see the dynamic table being created with data.
Question: Why is the before report trigger getting executed after the datamodel query is parsed and executed.
    Regards,
    Suresh

    Hi....
yes, these are the settings I have:
    server folder: /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/dwphpelclasico
    web url:  http://localhost/dwphpelclasico/
They should be correct. But I still get the message:
Warning:  require_once(Connections/elclasico.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/dwphpelclasico/list.php on line 1
Could it be something with list.php?
This is a new file I created to display my tableand  where I am inserted the record set.
    thanks

  • Manipulate Layout on ALV Grid with dynamic table

    Dear all
i'm generating a dynamic table depending of a date selection. That means that I show columns for weeks and the quantity of weeky migh change.
Now the users wants to have a specific layout of the ALV grid with totals. When he saves the layout, only the weeks at this selection will show the next time he runs the programm with a larger selection.
    a) Is it possible to modify the layout during runtime by programming?
    b) Do you have any other ideas how to solve this problem?
    Thank you

You don't know the names of your columns? hmm you do, because before you created dynamic table you had to create field catalog, so the structure and column names of newly (dynamically) created table will be the same like defined in the field catalog.
The last loop also does not look good, in my opinion should be something like:
    LOOP AT lt_datatable +(my first table)+ ASSIGNING <ls_data4>.
        AT NEW pernr.
APPEND initial line to <fs_1> assigning <fs_2>.
          <fs_2>-pernr = <ls_data4>-pernr.
        ENDAT.
ASSIGN COMPONENT <ls_data4>-wage_type OF STRUCTURE <fs_2> TO <fs_5>.
        <fs_5> = <ls_data4>-amount.
    ENDLOOP.
also keep in mind that number of calls of method cl_alv_table_create=>create_dynamic_table is limited to 36 (?) calls within one program session because it uses dynamic subroutine pool behind so you will have short dump if you will execute that 37 times.

  • Dynamic Table in PDF - only first row passed to the WD Java

    Hi Experts,
I'm working with Web Dynpro for Java on WAS 2004s SP13, ADS for SP13 and LiveCycle Designer 7.1
I am facing a problem related to PDF-dynamic table generation.
I am creating the PDF form with a dynamic table, an empty row will be added, when ADD button is clicked, the row will be deleted when DELETE button is clicked. After form submit, only first row of the table is passed to the Web Dynpro. I'v tried to use different dataSource Context node structure without results. The structure diescribed in the thread [Dynamic Table -  same data repeating in all rows;  doesnt works for me. The same happend if i try to folow the advise from Wiki https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/WDJava/Creating%20Table%20in%20Interacting%20form%20using%20Web%20Dynpro.
Beside this,  my DropDown list in the table column is not populated. I know how to populate the DropDown list outside of table. That's working fine. But the DropDown in the table just not respond on the click (is not going open). I'm pretty sure that this is a result of a Context node structure/binding issue.
Please suggest me how can i implement dynamic table and populate the data in table dropdown column.

    Hi Prabhakar,
You describe exactly my situation. The node which is bound to the table row has cardinality 1..n. Exactly Context structure is:
node dataSource (cardinality 1..1/ Singleton true) ======> dataSource of the Interactive Form
subnode TableList (cardinality 1..1/ Singleton true) ======> bound to the table in the Interactive Form
subnode TableWrapper (cardinality 1..n/ Singleton true) ======> bound to the table row in the Interactive Form
subnode TableData (cardinality 0..1/ Singleton false) ======> table data
attribute 1  ====>     Context nodeattribute bound to the table row field
    attribute 2
This structure is recommanded in the post that I found on the Forum (see the firs hyperlink in my firs post).
Is this structure correct? Why is not working?
Your link is not working. Can you post the correct one.
    Thanks in advance.

  • How to create dynamic table using POJO based DataControl

    Hi,
I'm using JDeveloper 11.1.1.5.0. I'm not using ADF BC.
I've a requirement to display the Dynamic table in my search page.
In our product we are using POJO based Data controls.
I created a task-flow and page fragment. I tried to create the dynamic table by drag-drop of searchResults from my Data control, I see the option for Read-Only Dynamic Table, but when I select this option, I don't see anything happening.
Does the Dynamic Table work with POJO data controls?
    Any inputs would be helpful.
    Thanks

First U have to crate Extended View Object to your actual View obj.
Now take Page with Panel  Splitter ,on First facet drag View obj as table and on second Facet Drag Extended View Obj as table. On page loading U have delete all rows from Extended View object. And then u have write bean code on button click to get current select rows from above view objct, and for Filter rows from Second View obj according to selection of rows from first view obj...

  • Procurement tab in Sales order displays two line items per material

    Folks
I am not a SD guy and i have a very basic question on how to read the details in the procurement tab for a sals order.
In the Procurement tab of a Sales order, two line items per material are displayed as shown below. whats does this mean ?
Further, I had observed the below differences in the below 2 lines
    1. Mat. Avail Date is 06/19/2007 for line 1 & 06/20/2007 in line 2.why r the dates different ?whats the significance?
    2. Confirmed qty is 0 line 1 & 1in line 2.( when does confirmation trigger or update ? Is it upon ATP check or upon delivery ?)
    3. Order qty is 1 line 1 & 0 in line 2.
Item     Material     Plant     Confirmed Qty     SU     Mat. Avial Date     SL     Req. Type          Deliv. Date     ATP Qty     Loading dt     Route     Part. Deliv/ Item     Deliv priority     Desc
    10     NTE801NC     2400     0     EA     6/15/2007     CT          D     6/19/2007     0     6/15/2007     24GB03     C     98     Priority 98 (Normal)
                                    1     EA     6/15/2007     CT          D     6/20/2007                   6/15/2007                    Priority 98 (Normal)
    Thanks

It means  2 schedule line for that materials ,
06/19/2007  is the date on which material is requested by  customer  but there is not sufficient stock on that day so 0 quantity is confirmed for that day.
On 06/20/2007 material is availabe and you can start delivery to customer on 06/20/2007 and system confirms the material for 20th and it is reserved for this sales order.
Confirmation is based on your MAT ( Material availability date ), but you can revist these dates through by triggering availabilty check or Back order processing through GATP or ATP.

    Dear Srinivas,
While creating sales order select the item which you want to change the pricing date then go to menu>GOTO>Item -->Click on Sales A here you can able to change the pricing date as you like.
You can change the pricing date of the item in the sales order through sales order change mode but that sales order should be open.
I hope it will help you,

    Murali.
