Hi All,
Can any one please guide me in which table the e-mail address of the cusotmers are stored ..
I need to display on the report output with the details of the customer and the email address..

Dear Sandhya,
Use T-Code SE16 or SE16N & access table KNA1.
from KNA1 take Customer code & ADRNR (Adress) Feild.
Then access table ADR6 with Se16N
Here you will get Email address of Customer against Adress numbers that you got in KNA1.

Custom field e-mail address

Hi, I would like to create a custom field for e-mail address with the correct e-mail address structure validation. Do you know the validiation codes for an e-mail address?

I had tried earlier to develop a syntaxt for Email field validation. What I could develop does a very basic field validation for emai adress.
syntax1-

Customer master user exit to edit E-mail address (XD01)

We need to be able to change the e-mail address into smtp RFC 821 recommended format. SAP says the e-mail field is doing this already, however when you hit save it still leaves the entire field in the same case as it was typed. The 821 states that the domain will be upper case and the user name (before the @) will be lower case. I know the code to do this, I just can't find a place to put it. we are using EXIT_SAPMF02D_001 already for some edits, but the e-mail address is not available here. We are on 4.6C and I have not found any OSS notes pertaining to saving the address in this manner.
We try to match on the e-mail address to see if we already have this customer from the web so we need it in this format across the board to make the match effective.
We are not running CRM.

This is not possible , cursor will stop last edittable tab position.
Just say to client that it is not possible since sap commands will not work.

How can I send an e-mail to Apple Customer Service?

Does anybody know how I can reach Apple Customer Service via e-mail?
Since they repeatedly delete the questions I post to this discussion platform, maybe I can communicate with them via e-mail.
If you are one of the Apple customer service people who are screening and deleting my posts, could you kindly send me an e-mail instead so we can start a communication.
Any help/hints would be highly appreciated.

Unfortunately, that email address is not Customer Service; it is for problems relating to your Apple Support Community account only and will therefore most likely not have the desired results.
Apple has not published an email address for customer service; the best way to contact them for that would be at their corporate address in Cupertino:

Can't change primary e-mail address, no access to ...

Alright here's the issue I signed up for my microsoft account through my brothers account and got Skype on my 360. Now I upgraded to my xboxone and I relize that my brother's e-mail is still located as the Primary. I had already changed my microsoft account to an e-mail address that I use. However, I can't seem to change my Primary E-mail address to my actual e-mail because I don't recall the password that I had created with that account. Is there any way to remove that old account? I tried looking for customer service however it either redirects to the community, the help page, or the form fill out page (that doesn't seem to exist). Any help would be awesome especailly since all I want to do is to change my secondary e-mail to my primary.

I confess, I am confused. If you use Skype now, the password you use to sign on to your outlook.com account should be the same password you would use to sign on to the software or app and also the Skype website, where your Skype account details are accessed. Domain purchase of e-mail address

Looking for some assistance with a similar problem as posted by ANGRYELF on 1-22-15. My situation came about by moving to an area that is on the fringe of all carrier zones. Prior to moving I contacted Verizon to see if they had equipment to sell that would allow me to keep my DSL and home phone with them. They looked at their coverage map and said I was out of any coverage area. I then contacted Verizon Moving folks. They could not even find my address and had to send it to engineering to add the address in and would contact me in 2 weeks. They never called back and as my hard wire phone lines ends 1/2 mile from the new house, I called back to ask that if I had the hard wire line extended, could I get DSL. They again checked and said that DSL was not available in this area. Net result was No phone and No internet thru Verizon. Finally found a work around to get phone and internet with different providers and when I installed the equipment, I ported my Verizon number as I'd had it for a number of years and everyone has it. Received a call from the new provided stating that Verizon had contacted them and my phone would be released in 3 days. Not being a computer tech type, I never realized that an e-mail address could be ported or purchased/rented on an annual basis to keep it active. Nowhere on the Verizon web site do they mention this fact nor do they bother to send out any notification that the customer can keep their same e-mail account for a fee. Zip as for information. I figured I may lose my DSL when the phone ported but since they are 2 different functions, I expected a notice that my DSL access would be discontinued in X-days and options presented at that time. Nothing. When I tried to log in after porting the phone over, I received a message saying my account has been suspended and to contact Tech Support. I spent the next 2.5 hours talking to customer service, tech support twice, sales, domain management and all to no purpose. Since the account had been closed, there was nothing that could be done to even temporarily reinstate it to allow me to submit a work requet to buy/rent the account on an annual basis. Are any Verizon customers aware that there is a whole segment that deals with just internet, domains, and e-mails for residential and business customers? I wasn't until I called tech support trying to get my account re-activated. They transferred me to them. Several options exist thru them such as repairmyemail.com or KEEPMYEMAIL.COM. Best kept secret in the world. Option 3 allows you to put in a work request to allow the customer to buy and keep their existing e-mail for about $20 per year. Since mine had been active for several years and like ANGRYELF, 90% of my dealings referenced this address. The bottom line in talking with everyone at Verizon (other than the failure to present options prior to closing the phone account) was that since the account had been closed by billing, there was no way to re-activate the DSL portion long enough to submit the work request under the keepmyemail.com screen. I am very surprised that a communications company of this size with the number to customers they have would be so callused to just drop a former long term customer cold with no regard or options especially after they were unable to provide the requested transfer of services. I also don't beleive they are incapable of making this happen - everything that pertains to an account - setup, activation, billing, fixing problems, closure- is under their control. It is just a matter of putting the right infomation in the right box and hitting enter. Just like past experience with my hard wire phone line problems.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

Send AP payment advice e-mail to multiple e-mail addresses?

Hello all,
I implemented Business Transaction Event 2040 to determine whether a vendor payment advice should be paper or e-mail. The SAP code that populates the e-mail address from the vendor's master record only uses the first e-mail address, regardless of how many e-mail addresses are entered.
Have any of you found a way to send the e-mail to all of the addresses in the vendor master address table, ADR6, without making a modification to SAP's code? I tried putting multiple e-mail addresses in the first address field. The data validation that is being performed did not allow multiple addresses.
When I asked this question of SAP, their answer was that there's nothing wrong and that they would be happy to charge for remote consulting to provide that functionality.
I know that we could create a group e-mail address within our e-mail application for every vendor that wants the e-mail to be sent to multiple recipients. Then enter that group e-mail address in the first line of the vendor master e-mail data. I don't really want to do this because this would entail AP staff requesting to have that group set up and maintained by the staff that maintains the e-mail application.
Since we have the ability to enter multiple e-mail addresses for vendors, it seems like the payment advice e-mail that is generated should send an e-mail for every entry in the vendor master.

We are using program RFFOUS_T to create the payment advice. Your solution of copying that program and modifying it would work. But I don't want to go to the time and trouble of doing that.
Because the volume of vendors that have multiple e-mail addresses is small, we'll just create group e-mail addresses in our e-mail application (Lotus Notes) and use that group e-mail address in the vendor master e-mail screen.
SAP doesn't consider this an error. At best it is a serious shortcoming. I have a hard time believing that I'm the first or only customer that has asked about and for this.

How to add user e-mail to a custom report?

I am not a sql DBA, but trying to find out exact line that I should add to the query for any custom report, to show user e-mail address field as well.
For example, I use this query for all machines running unwanted software (found this query on google) :

How do you change your rescue e-mail address on your apple id?

I want to change my apple ID e-mail address. However, when I try, it tells me that I can't change it to the address I want because that is my rescue email address. I figure if I change my rescue address I should be able to change my apple ID to the address I want, right? The problem is I can't figure out how to change my rescue address. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

E-mail address for release messages with medium 5

In transaction process purchase orders, when a PO is outputted via mail and more than one e-mail address is defined for a vendor address, the system uses the one that is marked as 'Standard'. So, the e-mail address must be selected before the message is created.
Is there any workaround to avoid this and for example, select a different e-mail address directly from the Output screen(Create and release message)?

Since you are using the Medium 5 which is external send, you can copy the driver program and write your owm custom logic to change the Email id and populated accordingly.

Mistyped e-mail address from day 1. Can't change it.

From Day 1 I had problem using the tiny keyboard and by mistake typed one letter incorrectly on my Apple ID/email. Although I've changed my email in other areas I still cannot access those areas with the mistyped email because I can't remember the details such as the security question and of course, when I ask for Apple to confirm a password change it doesn't reach me because the email doesn't exist (as it was mistyped). All I want to do is change the mistyped e-mail to a correctly typed e-mail address, so if anyone has an idea on how I might do this I'd be very grateful. Many thanks. Jann

I receive emergency requests for service thru e mails. my old BB let you assign separate sounds for incoming e mail addresses. can I duplicate that with Iphone or MUST I be woken with each and every incoming e mail?

I have email messages alert sounds turned off except for VIP addresses (of which I have only one). That means I only get alerted for that one address.
To add a Contacts entry to VIP senders in iPhone Mail:
Open your list of mailboxes in iPhone Mail.
Tap the > button next to VIP.
Select Add VIP… at the list's end.
Tap the desired entry from your contacts.
Then, in Notifications>Mail, turn off the souds for your email account but enable them for VIP.
Note that all VIP emails will have the same tone. It's more like the Priority feature on a BB than custom text tones.

MSDS - different e-mail-addresses for the sender

we want to set up e-mail/INT for MSDS.
Depending on the initiator we would like to have different e-mail addresses as sender. At the moment it's the e-mail-address of the batch-user of the job.
- Can I split the jobs for each initiator? (How?)
- Or do I have to use programming - if yes, where can I change the e-mail-address of the batch-user depending on the initiator?

please check the available user exits in the report distribution process of EH&S. I am not quite sure but I believe there is no "direct" option to have this split e.g. per initiator or you must use one of the exits. But it is clear one could think about it using programming. In the central tables of report shipment the initiator (or sale org) is a central information which is processed and used (in SAP standard) in many areas in report shipment

Here you get an overview of the process and all user exits which are processed. In principle you can "copy" the SAP one and create a "customer" specific one but I am not sure if you will find a suitable point to handle the eMail topic you mentioned.
