E-mails enviado pelo Thunderbird são recebidos como spam no Outlook

Olá,
Uso o Thunderbird para o envio de e-mails e acontece o seguinte:
- Se eu tentar enviar e-mails do thunderbird, os usuários que possuem outro cliente de e-mail (ex: Outlook 2007) recebem meu e-mail em sua caixa de spam, já se eles usarem o thunderbird com cliente de e-mail padrão, o e-mail que enviei é recebido na caixa de entrada normalmente.
- No mesmo computador que estou fazendo os testes p/ envio de e-mail, se instalar outro cliente de e-mail (ex: Outlook 2007), posso enviar e-mail para qualquer usuário e independente de seu programa de e-mail padrão, o e-mail sempre irá para a sua caixa de entrada.
- Já faz mais de 1 ano que uso o thunderbird, se eu excluir toda a configuração do thunderbird e configurar uma nova conta de e-mail, esses problemas que comentei acima já não acontece
Algum já passou por esse problema ?

Olha eu sugiro a você fazer um backup de tudo e/ou configurar sua conta com IMAP subir todos seus email para o servidor, então criar um novo perfil ou apagar a conta e adicionar novamente, o motivo de isso estar acontecendo eu também desconheço, mas como você disse que ele aceita os email normalmente se você adicionar novamente a conta, então o problema não é o cliente, pode ser a forma que está sendo enviada a mensagem, ou seja, a configuração, enfim não sei também, mas ta ai uma ideia para você não perder seus emails

É possível criar cópia de segurança de todos os e-mails enviados pelo Thunderbird?

Eu gostaria que todos os e-mails enviados a partir de uma determinada conta (Vamos supor "Conta A") sejam também enviados para outra conta (Vamos supor "Conta B"). Eu sei que se eu for lá nas configurações da "Conta A", eu posso definir que sempre que "Conta A" enviar um e-mail, cópia deste e-mail vá também para "Conta B". O problema é que com essa configuração, quando "Conta A" abre a tela para começar a escrever, aparece o e-mail "Conta B". Se "Conta A" quiser ela poderá simplesmente apagar "Conta B" evitando assim que o e-mail que ela está escrevendo vá para "Conta B". Eu gostaria que o endereço de "Conta B" não pudesse ser alterado por "Conta A", assim "Conta A" ficaria sabendo que uma cópia do e-mail foi enviado para "Conta B", porém nunca poderia evitar a cópia porque "Conta A" não teria como apagar o endereço para onde a cópia está sendo enviada. O motivo da minha pergunta é simples: aqui na empresa, por questões de segurança, é preciso que fiquem cópias de todos os e-mails recebidos (Isso é feito direto no nosso provedor de Internet) e também dos e-mails enviados. O problema é que se "Conta A" puder apagar o endereço para onde a cópia será enviada, isso sempre poderá ser usado como pretexto de que determinado e-mail nunca foi enviado, porém se "Conta A" não puder nunca apagar o endereço de "Conta B", então o pretexto do e-mail não ter sido enviado não é mais válido. Isso pode ser feito no servidor, tanto com as mensagens recebidas como com as mensagens enviadas, é mais seguro e não importa qual cliente de e-mail está sendo usado.

How can I delete and e-mail address from thunderbird?

I tried to download my e-mail address to thunderbird, but the spelling of the domain was wrong. I then added the e-mail account with a correctly spelled name. Now I have two e-mail accounts and it keeps trying to connect with the wrong one. I need to get it deleted from the account.

From the menu bar select Tools-Account Settings
Select the account to remove.
At the bottom of the account list select Account Actions-Remove Account
No menu bar? Press the alt key.

Managing Mail: Apple Mail vs. Thunderbird

Like many people, I have a growing concern about the privacy of my personal data contained in online webmail services.
Managing my mail locally on my Mac was a huge project for me, involving integrating tens of thousands of emails back to 2001. Mail was from gmail, yahoo, and many years of Outlook PST files.
As I retrieved Gmail's messages back to 2004 using Apple Mail and archived them in Mail, I noticed problems with duplicates. After lots of research I found that there isn't a good method to deal with the duplicate problem in Lion Apple Mail. Apple Mail hides duplicate messages in the background. You can't see them easily, and there is no tool or add-on allowing users to search and destroy them (see discussion). Frustrating if you are managing massive mailbox archives.
I did find a very satisfactory solution to eliminating the duplicates: stop using Apple Mail and switch to Thunderbird.
I had never used Thunderbird before, there's still lots that I like better in the Apple Mail interface. But Thunderbird is light-years more flexible in managing email than is Apple Mail, largely because Thunderbird is an open platform with excellent Add-ons available. Not so for Lion Apple Mail, which is for all intents and purposes a closed platform.
Thunderbird has an add-on: http://bit.ly/tbirdimportexport available to quickly import your Apple Mail to Thunderbird.
Once that is done, the nifty Remove Duplicate Messages Add On provides a very flexible, quick way to get rid of duplicates - see http://bit.ly/tbird-dups. You can adjust the rules as you wish, for example identifying messages that have the same "From" and which have the same line count.
Now that the project is complete, I'm very happy with Thunderbird to manage my email archives. Though I actually would prefer the Lion Apple Mail interface for day to day use, it just isn't flexible enough.

The best thing about Thunderbird e-mail is that you can bounce an e-mail.

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird email account so not sure what you are talking about there. I am not even sure if you are talking about mail you have sent or mail you are expecting to receive.
Thunderbird connects to your actual email providers server Inbox and downloads what is there. Maybe you should contact your email provider. You could check your providers Spam folder to see if mail is getting filtered there.

I tried to use filters, send filter addon but they didn't worked for me, even tried changing the account setting for "copies and folder" to set for moving sent mail or draft mail to sent to local folder but that also didn't work.
So is there a manual setting or an addon to work for it.

Marked answered due to no alternative. Not resolved due to an IMAP limitation in the way that some "IMAP supporting" offerings don't actually support IMAP according to spec.

Why is most my mail showing in Thunderbird but not on iCloud?

I don't understand why this is happening. My nephew set up Thunderbird mail on my Dell months ago to get mail from iCloud, which I never went on myself until today, and I disovered that I have mail on my Thunderbird that doesn't show on iCloud's mail list at all! I have far far fewer mail on iCloud than on Thunderbird too! Why is iCloud missing mail that Thunderbird caught? Please reply because I'm VERY worried about where my mail's going or missing!

Import mail boxes from Thunderbird crashes mail!

Has anyone any idea what I can do to ensure Mail does not crash when I import mail boxes from Thunderbird?
I would love to us Mail but unless I can bring my mailboxes it isn't happening.

Could you please explain the whole process of exporting mail from Snow to Lion. I have been trying for weeks on two diffrent computers and I can not get it to work.
I have moved the library, not sure to delete the envelopes. How do you export the mbox-files ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Observed differences in Reply All between Mail, Entourage and Thunderbird

All three apps (Apple Mail, Entourage and Thunderbird) run on a standard user account with more or less the same 9 email addresses (IMAP).
Sending from one email address to the other 8 then choosing Reply All in each of the three applications returns the following behaviour on this computer:
Entourage
Reply All returns a message form with all addresses in To field.
Thunderbird
Reply All returns a message form with one address in To field and the remaining 7 addresses in CC field.
Apple Mail
Reply All returns a message form with one address only - the other 7 addresses appear to be discarded (in effect runs as Reply rather than Reply All)
So I suppose the question must be: have I mucked up this OS on this computer?

Trying the same workflow on iPhone with the same message using Reply All gives a message form with one address in To field and 7 addresses in CC field (similar to what is observed with Thunderbird earlier on)

Mails with my own domain name goes as SPAM

When i send mails,My mails are detect as SPAM. when i send mails to same domain, those also goes as SPAM.
Example.
My Domain name is elephant.com
My Mail address is [email protected]
1) when i send a mail to gmail it detect as a SPAM.
2) when i send a mail to [email protected] (mail address in same domain and same mail server), it also goes as a SPAM.
I am using Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server version 6.30.15.
Please can any one help....!!!!

According to the above output Messaging Server delivered the email into the INBOX (default folder). If the email is moved from that folder after delivery it is because the email client moved it.
With regards to Thunderbird flagging the email as "Junk", this is because the user hasn't trained the Thunderbird Junk Mail mechanism. I suggest you read up on the operation of the Thunderbird Bayesian filtering mechanism here:

When you use OWA in something other than IE, you're using OWA lite and no--it is not possible to do either in OWA lite (well, new Exchange stuff makes my answer a little less emphatic but still: pretty much no).
