E-Recruiting Management Involvement -- Requisition overview

In Requisition Overview how we add / remove columns from display. My ESS/MSS friend it is no possible in iView. I look at POWL, but there is materials in SAP Help.
Can yo tell me how you did it or show me where I can learn.

    I create new requisition in MSS (Management Involvement). I put another name in recruiter. When I log that name as recruiter, I do not see requisition? I check roles and authorization, it is correct.
    When I create requisition that role and put manager name, I see that requisition when log as manager.

    I think the work flow from MSS ( meaning manager) is not properly routed.
    check the workflow and the routing of requisition to the proper role ( recruiter) even there are chances it may go to different roles may be restricted recruiter or at the team level please check this and also see whether the id is generating and going to right channel.

    I got a problem when saving  a requisition request in MSS as below:
    the assignment of IT0105 already maintained. Any idea of it ?
    The employee number for the Hiring Manager is required.
    Message no. HRWPC_EREC013
    Diagnosis
    The personnel number for the Hiring Manager is a required field for the form.
    System Response
    The form will not be submitted without this data.
    Procedure
    The personnel number for the Hiring Manager is automatically derived from the system ID of the user who is assumed to be the Hiring Manager. Check that the COmmunications Infotype (IT0105) system user mapping for the Hiring Manager's personnel number is set up correctly.

    The manager creates a requisition in Management Involvement and the requsition is sent to her manager for approval.
    The higher manager sees requisition in UWL and has three choices, no
    -- Approve
    -- Reject
    -- Send it back to author.
    When the requisition is approved, the recruiter in support team sees it in the dashboard.
    What happens if requisition is rejected or sent back to author.
    Is there SAP help on this, I no find it.

    Dear All,
    Using create requisition request process, a requisition is created after required approvals, then Support Team member can see it under "My draft Requisition" POWL in recruiter's dashboard and further work on it.
    My question is:
    Recruiter launched the requisition from dashboard's POWL and found that some information is missing / required from request manager. how can he/she request such information from hiring manager?
    Is there any activity which we can use based on requisition?

    Sorry for writing "No employee assigned", I meant "No candidate assigned" in heading.
    As per my information activities are only possible if the candidate is assigned to a requisition.
    but my requirement is to communicate with requesting manager only based on requisition (no candidate assigned).
    Can we initiate activities only based on requisition?

    The substitute maintained by the manager is the one who assume his responsibility in E-rec when he is absence.
    The E-recruiting manager role can do two things:
      --> Create Requisitions
      --> Maintain Substitutes

  • E-Recruitment - Issue in Requisition Approval, flow to Recruiter

    Hi All,
    Im using standard WF 45600028 for requisition approval.
    The request when created by Manager is going for approval to his supervisor and Supervisor in turn is able to approve the request, but the its not reaching recruiter.
    When i verified Requisition monitor of the MSS view, then i see the request in "Draft" mode instead of "Released".
    I feel this is the reason why recruiter is unable to see the requisition coming from Workflow.
    Can someone help me change the status?

    Hey Thanks Siddharth,
    Anyways, my problem is resolved. What i mean on Recruiter's involvement is recieving the approved form so that he can take it up further for posting.
    In My case Recruiter's dash board or UWL , nowhere is the data populated. So i was of the opinion that the approved requests are by default saving in draft mode and hence not reaching recruiter.
    Finally, i reallized that there is a small refresh link, at the bottom of the dash board. I need to click on the each of the links in the dashboard and "Refresh" from the link at the bottom, then only my approved requests are showing up, that too under "My Application Groups, My Open Requisiotns and All requisitions".
    Silly me !! I have wasted so much of my time debugging Workflow and changing all the possible config setting.
    But i really wonder why cant the data base be updated when we refresh with F5 instead click on each of the links in dashboard inorder to see what has he got in his box. This seems little weird to me.

    That is florida customer  is purchasing  directly from texas.
    Using /SAPAPO/TL   I can create a transportation lane.using source and destination fileds.that much I know ,what should I do in SNP1 and SNP2 tab in MAT1.?  And what should I do in product location screen ,there I find a procurement tab there ..what config should  I do there.if you have tried a similar SNP task before please share with me.I will try at my end according to my scenario.basically a stock transfer should be effected from texas to florida for a price.that is the crux of the matter

    that is i am using SNP hiuristics ...rite...now when i run SNP hiuristics it should create a procurement type of category stock transfer...and that stock transfer has to moved to a location at lower cost (cost settting has already been made by previous implementor...now it is a re-implementation project) in the SNP hiuristics screen we have one tab called "network " the client says once i press that SNP hiuristic network label ....ST should occur automatically...ie there should be zero manual intervention ..all automatic...once MC90 release happens to SNP..SNP hiuristic should take care of everything....demand is FC demand and customer demand .....SNP should handle customer demand seperately and FC demand seperately....i agree my question is broad..it is best you please suggest some links that carries screen shots....that would be a grt help to me mani

    I know that the Manger can create a New Requisition Request trough Manager Self-Service with Adobe Interactive Forms but, this involves Adobe licences.
    If I don't use the MSS, can I create a "new view" for the manager based on the Recruiter WDA Application.
    We are on EHP4.

    Hello Daniel,
    i think some things were mixed up here. As you are on EhP4 there are no startpages (except the candidate ones) anymore. For any reason SAP did not find it was necessary to migrate the standalone requisition request scenario from BSP to WebDynpro. I heard the issue with the needed ADS and RM licences from different customers as these licences can cost more than the e-recruiting licence and the rollout. According to my stand of knowlegde there are currently no chances that the scenario for requisition request by manager w/o MSS and HCMPF will be brough back with a future EHP5 or EhP4 SP4.
    I think in your initial post you refered to the standalone requisition create application for recruiters which exists outside of the floor plan manager in EhP4. I have seen this application been called directly over a link, so it should be able to be included in portal as view. But you will have to live with some restrictions. The creator will get the recruiter instead of the manager role on requisition creation as it is a recruiter solution. Furthermore you won't have the "pass to recruiter" functionality from BSP and of course the approval scenario is not there. Last but not least you will probably need some bigger WD configuration to get it in a form the manager can handle.
    Other option might be a customer development based on the recruiter solution which ensures that the creator get role manager and which avoids all othe restrictions which effect your rollout.
    Theoretically there is still the BSP version which still exists and could be used in a portal view but is no longer supported. I cannot exactly say how far it is still compatible. At least the publication management was changed before the BSP development was stopped (this change was done for one of my customers and then transported in an EhP3 system). I cannot say if there were similar solutions for other customers. So I cannot recomment to youse the BSP on a long term scale.

  • Defaulting the qualification in E-Recruiting manager requisition ehp6

    Dear Experts!
    We are on EHP6 with standalone scenario.
    We would like to default the qualification/requirements in Requisition form for manager when he selects the position/job.
    Please suggest the pre-requisites and activities to be completed to default the same.
    I'm aware about the following requirements-->
    1.RECFA HRQUA to be set to X in T77SO
    2.Org Unit data is( C/S objects and relationship between them) is transferred via ALE.
    3. I would also like to default the qualification for internal employees.
    Queries-->
    1.Do I have to transfer qualification catalogue from ECC to EREC using ALE for defaulting the requirements in requisition form?
    If yes what should be filter model for qualifications( which infotypes objects/ types/subtypes/ relationships are required to be transferred for this requirement.
    2.Do I need to transfer the qualification catalogue for defaulting the qualification for persons? If yes what filters should be added to ALE for this.

    Qualifications are stored in HR in infotype 1001 (032) for the person object type. So you need to add that in your distributional model to get all qualifications for employees also on E-Recruiting side.

    Hi,
    the most common reason for branches not showing up is caused if someone does not use the frontend for administrator but the IMG nodes for creating branches and assigning to companies. This is caused by missing bp role assignment.
    So check the branches in TCODE BP that they have the role for e-recruiting branch assigned. The standard delivey uses bp role RCFBRA but this can be changed in T77S0 RECFA BRARO.
    Furthermore you should check if T77RCFBRANCHCOMP entries are ok.

  • Recruiter dropdown in Requisition Request (E-Recruiting)

    Hi Experts,
    I'm facing trouble when click dropdown list for recruiter in PDF form for create requisition in e-recruiting module. In Development system the recruiter field is filled automatically and the dropdown is working. But how may the error happen in The Tesing client (QA) after all are transported, only the recruiter field is not working properly, it's not filled automatically and the dropdown button is not work. The other input fields are okay.
    I try to debug and found that EREQ_RECRUITER_PERNR varible is has some value of recruiters, so the data collection was fine.
    Anybody can help or at lease sharing idea and experience.

    For some managers ,Not all , When I assign the manager in the support team  & agging him a quesstionnaire to be completed , No Visible requisitions are appearing in their MMS Table in the Requisition Mointering . This happen only for some & not all with the knowledge that all the required roles are given to those Managers .
