EA4500 2 questions-- linksyssmartwifi not working fine and kick off users

I have my new EA4500 router and following 2 questions confused me.
1. I have registered my router with linksyssmartwifi.com and after router reboot or reconnect to internet, I can access to my router using my IOS devices or android devices. But after half an hour or even 15 minutes, the router will not be accessed anymore. There's an error message saying my router is not connect to internet, but at the same time devices in local LAN can access to Internet and also I can access my NAS through EA4500 from internet. I have reset the devices several times but this issue still there. Any suggestions?
2. Is it possible to kick off the WIFI devices using local admin web access or linksys smart wifi tool? Or need any other software to make it possible?

When you received that error message on your phone, are you still getting internet access connected to your router's wifi network? If so, then I think the router is fine because it is transmitting internet connection to your phone and other devices. You don't have to reset the device. I think it's the app that's having the problem. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app or close/reopen the app.
Another way to isolate the problem is to access linksys smart wifi on a wired or wireless computer. Check if it's receiving the same error message as your phone after several minutes. If linksys smart wifi on the computer is not giving you that error message, then definitely, it's an app issue.
Regarding your second question, you can choose any of the options below to prevent internet access from a specific device:
1. Block internet access on particular device using parental control. This will block internet access but the device is still connected to the network so it still has access to shared files or NAS.
2. Change your router wireless password. This will disconnect devices that you don't want to have access to the network, unless the user finds a way to know your new password.
3. Enable mac filtering on your router. Mac filtering is in the wireless tab of linksys smart wifi. Select “Deny” access for the listed mac address , add the mac address of the device you don't want to give wifi access then click apply.
I tried these steps before and they worked just fine.

If the modem is also a router, either use the modem in bridge and run pppoe client on the TC.. that is assuming ADSL or similar eg vdsl. If it is cable service.. and the modem is a router, then bridge the TC.. go to internet page and select connect by ethernet and below that set connection sharing to bridge.
Please tell us more about the modem if the above gives you issues.

Sounds like you have corrupt backup data, if this occurs from one phone to another. Try restoring the phone as a new device, without a backup. Try using for a day before installing any other apps, etc. See if that improves the battery life. Then try syncing back applications a couple at a time. Something seems to be locking in the processor which is draining the battery.
Do you live in an area where there are Apple Stores? If so, try making an appointment with the Genius Bar to have the device checked out.

Might be an incompatible extension or plugin ...
Try troubleshooting Safari extensions and third party plugins.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test. If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.
Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

The Safari message is probably telling the truth. Is the problem repeatable at several websites, or is it only with a particular one? If all websites, you may have trouble with your internet connection downloading large amounts of data. Mail messages are relatively small unless there are attachments or embedded images.

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Then reset: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go.(No data loss) Try it again.

the webkit2webprocess.exe has something to do with the sound. Safari works fine for me, except for the occasional time when the webkit2webprocess.exe crashes. Sometimes it crashes Safari altogether but sometimes it just reloads all the tabs I have opened. Either way, it's a huge pain. I hope they fix it with an update soon.

I have a BT Infinity router plugged into the Time Capsule, not sure where the radio settings are?
They are able to use the network settings of the TC i.e. they can connect to the internet via the wifi through the TC but when they try and connect to the AirPort Disk this is where it is not allowing a connection.
I don;t have the drive shared out at all at the moment, is this necessary? How do I do this if so?

My Iphone 4 is telling me the same thing and I believe I figured out what the problem is. I had some fraudulent charges on my itunes account, so I call my bank and disputed the charges. Right after I did that, I started getting the message "Your apple ID has been disabled." I just realized today that the charges are not fraudulent, they are "in app purchases." One of my daughters downloaded the game Top Girl which is FREE, but in the game Top Girl you use money in the game to purchase things. It just so happens that the money you use to purchase things is real money MY Money!!!. My daughter thought she was using play money in the game and had no idea she was using real money. She spent $106.00 buying stuff. Now I have to call the bank and tell them to release the hold and pay Itunes. I'm hoping this solves the problem. ...and so everything was working fine and dandy untill I ran into this small problem. My significangt other and I had a falling out and are no longer speaking to one another. He has a little bit different way of thinking than I do and was very controlling throughout our relationship. My iphone stopped working the other day and I found out that it apparently had been reported stolen. I wasnt real sure what it would be seeing as though i wasnt aware that i had one. i knew i had an email and of course i knew the password however that did not seem to work. i believe that what has happened is all kind of part of his controlling ways and that when he activated my phone for me he used all of his own information in case of a situation like this. He knows how badly he is getting to me right now with this and he knows i am unable to use my phone. he must have also been the one who reported it stolen knowing that he is also the one who knows how to reactivate it when it asks for what information it needs to do that. So for the moment, i am completely locked out of my own phone and can do nothing. i am livid with this whole thing and am getting more and more frustrated as i try to get this resolved. i need some help as to how i can start from scratch like it was when i brought it home from the store except this time i will do it all myself and put in my own personal information, no one elses so i NEVER run into anything similiar to this again. what do i do?

Sorry, without knowing the Apple ID/Password that was originally used to activate this phone, then there is no way to re-activate it, as you've found out.
Apple can't/won't help you. Your choice is to get this info, or you simply won't be able to re-activate this phone.
If you ex won't give it to you, then consult a lawyer.
