Earmarked Funds and Funds Transfers Workflow WS50000016

Hi all,
I'm trying to activate the Earmarked Funds and Funds Transfers Workflow with no success.
On the Funds Management IMG I've found some info about it with some steps to activate this workflow.
But the template WS50000016 in that info is not in this Installation, neither the Standar Task TS80500064 that also appears in the IMG documentation.
Can you tell me if I can find or download or see that template so I can continue with the steps?
Or if a will have to do it from scratch, what are the steps?
I'm not a workflow expert.
Thanks in advance for your help
Jose Pinedo

Hi Ravi, what you said is almost exactly the same as I did in my last message.
When I solved the issue I marked this post as "answered" because I didn't see how to close it.

    Hello all,

  • FI/FM - Earmarked funds - Consumption History (and cash journal)

Hello, I create accounting document (payment) in FBCJ and in FB01 transactions
    - Accounting document contains tax positions (Tax code + Calculate tax)
    - Accounting document contains a refer to Earmarked funds
When I create accounting document in FBCJ (cash journal), there are two positions in Consumption History of Earmarked funds appear - one position with total amount and another position with tax amount. Theese two positions have inverse sings. (see pic.)
When I create accounting document in FB01, only one position appears in Consumption History of Earmarked funds - with total amount. (see pic.)
I need to know how I can create accounting documents in FBCJ and create only one position in Consumption History of Earmarked funds? Probably I need some customization..?
    [Documents - picture ...|http://belrealty.ru/_my/sap/pic_04.gif]
    Best regards, Nick.

    Solved.
System creates reference to Earmarked funds In tax position of accounting document (in BSEG) when posting an accounting document from FBCJ. We create substitution in OBBH which delete this reference. The problem was solved.

  • KR Reference Field coming from Earmarked Fund

    Hi Experts,
We have distributed our data entry of non PO related invoices out to end users.  They data enter and park the invoice.  Then Central AP uses their workflow inbox (SBWP) to view and "approve" the document to post it.
This works great EXCEPT when the invoice is charged to an Earmarked Fund (specifially a funds commitment), AP gets an error that "For document type KR, an entry is required on field Reference number"  XBLNR is filled in with the Vendor's invoice number on the parked document, but we are told by SAP, that it is our config that is causing the issue.
On the funds commitment (fmz3), we can view that on the Header of the commitment that we have always left the field REFERENCE blank.   We did configure under Earmarked Funds and Funds Transfers\Define Rules for account assignment, that the Reference Document Number is Active, but this allows us to fill in field REFBN in other areas for reporting.
When we just post an invoice FB60, we've never had a problem with the funds commitment's REFERENCE field conflicting with the Invoice's Reference field.  When I do enter something on the REFERENCE field of the funds commitment, it OVERWRITES what the invoice had in the reference field when we do the Park then POST using workflow (uses FBV0 funcitonality).  It does not overwrite it though when I just post using FB60 or FV60.
SAP has stated that they intentially designed their programs differently which is why they behave differently.
So does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the parked document to post BUT to keep the Vendor's Invoice number in the Reference field? Instead of it being overwritten from the Funds Commitment?
    Would appreciate your guidance,
    Cindy

    Hi,
I think your FM analyst got the direction wrong. System will always populate REFBN field in table FMIOI with PO# or other source document number. The configuration you mentioned controls whether you want the system to transfer the value of REFBN to a follow-on document with reference to an earmarked fund - the direction is from FM to FI. For example, when you create an earmarked fund 1234, you will see an entry in table FMIOI with field REFBN populated with 1234; this has nothing to do with the configuration in defining rules for account assignment transfer in earmarked fund. Then, you create an invoice with reference to earmarked fund 1234; this time, system will transfer the values of the fields in document 1234 to the invoice according to the said configuration.

  • Earmarked funds budget check in SRM

    Hello to all SRM experts,
I've added two customer fields (earmarked funds and earmarked funds item) in the account assignment according to note 672960 using the INCL_EEW_PD_ACC_CSF structure.
Now we need to add those fields to the standard account assignment check performed by the system.
We are using ECC 6.0 for our B/E system and SRM 5.0 deploying the extended classic scenario.
What the client expects is for a budget check against the earmarked fund along side with the FM budget check.
Any ideas how to add those to customer fields to the standard account check?

    Hi
    <b><u>Please go through this -></b></u>
<u>You need to code the SRM Budget checks logic part by your logic and implement the same on the Customer fields using BADIs.

<b>Budget availabiltiy check will take place in R/3. This check has to be set in R/3 as there is no specific FI settings in SRM for availability check.</b>

  • Consuming document with different account assignment from Earmarked Funds

    Hi,
We have implemented Public Sector FM functionality in version ECC 6.0 and we are using Earmarked Funds (Funds Reservation).
The system is allowing to post consuming documents with different account assignment from that in the
Funds reservation document nevertheless we donu2019t have set the indicator 'Acct.asst.changeable' in the Funds Reservation document.
I don't need the fields Fund Center and Commitment Item to be transfered from earmarked funds document (Define Rules for Account Assignment Transfer). Instead, if consuming document have a different account assignment, the user should get the error message no. RE603 'Account assignment differs from document XX 001'.
In version 4.6C it worked this way. In our case the Fund Center is delivered from Cost Center and Commitment Item is delivered from Cost Element (SAP - Derivation Strategy for FM Object Assignment).
I hope someone can help me.
    Thanks in advance,
    Rodrigo

    Hi,
You get the error message RE603 when you make the settings below:
    1. Spro > ... > Earmarked funds and funds transfer > Account assignment transfer > Define rules for account assignment transfer; you flag the 'Active' boxes for account assignment (sort of conterintuitive).
    2. Spro > ... > Earmarked funds and funds transfer > Change message control; change RE603 to 'E'.
    3. In Earmarked fund document, flag the 'Acct.asst. changeable' box (totally conterintuitive).
Please give it a try and let us know the outcome.

  • Earmarked funds - Express document "Update was terminated" error

    Hi,
When i create a contract(RECN), a earmarked funds document getting created and it updates the table KBLK with single primary key BELNR.
I see in the Tcode OK60, the number range assinged is '05' - 0200000000 to 0299999999.
KBLK table has entries created from 0200000000  to 0299994311 which were created earlier.
From this financial year, when i am creating a contract, the new BELNR is started again from 0200000000 series, hence it throws an error message "Express document "Update was terminated" since entries are already exist in the KBLK table.
Finally i understand we have to change number range assignment.
Where can i do this? Please help if my understanding is wrong, how can i rectify this issue.
    Thanks,
    Bharath.

    Hi,
U can change the number range for the contract for this fical year and make it start from  0299994312 to 0299999999.
But it seems u have already used most of the numbers, so go for a new number range for both the documents.
    Hope this helps

  • How to configure Funds Transfers, Cross Company Code Vendor Payments, Bill

    Hi All,
Can any one help me, How to configure Funds Transfers, Cross Company Code Vendor Payments, Bill of Exchnage Payments with Automatic Payment Program?
    Regards
    Chandra

    Hi Chandra,
This is what you need to do to configure <b>Cross Company Code Vendor Payments</b>.
Execute transaction code <b>OBYA</b>, when prompted, type in 1st coy code, say A and then 2nd coy code, say B. This would take you to the "<b>Maintain FI Configuration: Automatic Posting - Clearing Accounts</b>" screen.
In the first frame, where you have
    Posted in : A
    Cleared Against : B
    Under Receivable
    Debit Posting Key : <b>01</b>
Account Debit : Account Number (The account can be a G/L account, a customer account or a vendor account)
    Under Payable
    Credit Posting Key : <b>31</b>
Account Credit : Account Number (The account can be a G/L account, a customer account or a vendor account).
    In the second Frame
    Posted in : B
    Cleared Against : A
    Under Receivable
    Debit Posting Key : <b>01</b>
Account Debit : Account Number (The account can be a G/L account, a customer account or a vendor account)
    Under Payable
    Credit Posting Key : <b>31</b>
Account Credit : Account Number (The account can be a G/L account, a customer account or a vendor account).
So, if you are using the <b>Customer/Vendor</b> approach, company A must be set up as both a Customer(Use Txn Code <b>XD01</b>) and a Vendor(USe Txn Code <b>XK01</b>) in Company B and vice versa.
Once you have completed this set-up, you can then use transaction <b>F.13</b> and/or <b>F13E</b> to carry out your automatic clearing. Alternatively, whenever Payment Run is executed via transaction code <b>F110</b>, this would automatically clear out the payables and receivables in each company code.
However, if you intend to use the G/L approach, then the account numbers would be Inter-coy G/L account for each coy code as defined in the chart of accounts.
    I hope the above helps.
Do not forget to award the points please.
    Regards,
    Jacob

  • How to View the Actual Remaining Budget for Earmarked Fund?

    Hi All,
First of all, pardon if my questions below are very basic, I'm an ABAPer trying to gasp the big FI process.
    Background:
I created a project definition then allocate a budget via CJ30.  I created WBS Element then allocate a budget again.
I created an Earmarked Fund via TCODE FMZ1 using WBS Element as my main budget allocation.  I then created a vendor invoice using that WBS Element.  I then post a payment against the invoice created.
Via PS Report s_alr_87013557, I can see that my actual budget was deducted by the funds disbursed from my payment document.
Does it have an impact on my earmarked fund?
If I use the Earmarked Fund in my posting, is there a similar report to PS where I can see the actual budget deduction?
    Thanks.

I am dealing with a similiar situation right now. In the standard PS reports, I cannot find where the value type (2A) for funds reservations (earmarked funds) is included in the report characteristics.
We made a copy of one of the standard PS reports S_ALR_87013534 (form 12KST1G)  by going into CJE6 and then added value type 2A. After changing the custom report, your payment using the earmarked fund will be in the actual column and the remaining unused amount for the earmarked funds should be in the commitment column.
In the earmarked fund document when you display it there is a button for consumption that shows the activity for that document.

  • Earmarked funds during goods receipt (GR) is not inherited from PO.

    Hi, Everybody u2026
We are using Earmarked Funds relevant for FM updating, but, during goods receipt (GR) and invoice receipt (IR) it is not inherited from purchase order (PO).
In ME21N the account assignment is F and the system ask us to enter the GL Account, Order and additional the Earmarked Funds. The system is deriving correctly the fund, the funds center and the commitment item from those entered in the Earmarked Funds.
However, during goods receipt and invoice receipt, the Earmarked Funds is not inherited from purchase order (PO) besides the others account assignments (order, fund, funds center and commitment item ) in the coding block.
    Best regards,
    Thanks

    Hello,
    I will provide some hints:
    - If it is a service PO, please check the Note 972276 (Service Purchase orders only).
    - If the posting is related to Asset, please kindly check:
        a. Note 684659
        b. Check if you have a derivation rule in FMDERIVE with the function module FMDT_READ_MD_ASSET.
        c. Check in your FI-AA customizing if you have activated the account
assignment element but you have not specified an account assignment type for
account assignment object for APC balance sheet postings (see note 684659 for
          details).
    I hope it helps

  • Budget mandatory for earmarked fund

the funds managment module is made mandatory and activated. while accounting the expenses the system checks the buget avaialality and does not allow unitl the budget is available for a committment item.
i want to make the budget availablity mandatory even while raising the earmarked fund against the budget. i am able to raise earmarked fund even without any budget upload.
i want to know how to make budget mandatory for earmarked fund pleae.
    regards

    Hi,
That's up to your update profile. Check whether earmarked funds are created as statistical updates; you can do it via OFUR transaction. Then, change it to be non-statistical for relevant value type (81, 65 or 82 - depending what earmarked funds - commitments or reservation - you are using).

  • IDoc for PSM Earmarked Funds

    Hi @ll,
We are currently connecting two SAP-Systems.
One of them uses PSM (Public Sector Management) the other doesn't.
The PSM is used for billing with FI, the other is the central purchasing system.
The purchasing system needs to check earmarked funds in the PSM.
So far I did find the message type /ISDFPS/FMHHM, but no IDoc is assigned in our initial SAP System.
Anyone a clue what the name of the Idoc is and why it's not assigned?
    Bonus question:
Pure curiosity: During my research on FI-Billing IDocs I came across three different types:
INVOIC03, ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT_03 and FIDCCP02. Does anyone know the difference and when to use what IDoc?
    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers,
    Aglaia

    Hi,
The idoc types mentioned by you pertains to the following message types.
ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT              Accounting: Post invoice receipt (OAG: LOAD PAYABLE)
FIDCC1                                       Send entire FI documents (user exit 003/4)
FIDCC2                                       Send entire FI documents (user exit 005/6)
    INVOIC                                        Invoice/Billing Document
Depends on your requirement you choose the correct idoc type and the message type.

  • Tax amount is not appearing in consumption history of earmarked fund

    Dear Experts,
It is a requirement from my customer, the tax item be populated with the same earmarked fund, commitment item, functional area, funds center and fund of the related expense or revenue item.
The transaction OBBH and the exit presented in attachment was used to try to achieve that requirement.
The accounting document was correctly created with the tax item correctly populated with the earmarked fund, commitment item, functional area, funds center and fund from the related expense item.
The funds management document was also  correctly created including the tax item with the correct commitment item, fund, funds center and functional area.
The problem detected is related with the missing tax value in consumption history of the earmarked fund. The value of the tax item is not appearing in records of tables KBLP and FMIOI.
Could you please help me with this problem?
    Kind Regards,
    Rui Neves

    Hi,
Thanks for your answer.  We are reimplementing the REFX solution for a company.  The existing system is also in ECC6.  For  contracts made in existing system when periodic posting done, tax is shown against both contract and rental object.  The value of periodic posting is same for both contract and rental object.
However, in the new implementation, tax amount is not appearing against rental rental object.  Tax amount is appearing against rental contract.  As a result, there is a difference in amount.  Is this correct as a process ?
