EC Sale list Spain - data of the payer

Dear all,
We have problems with RFASLD11B, EC Sales list report. Our financial experts tell us that in this report we should have the VAT and name of the payer. But, in the SD invoice, we have the ship-to VAT, because the taxes have to be determined depending on the ship-to.
So, in the EC Sales List we have the ship-to VAT, and it's not valid in Spain.
Can somebody hel us?

    List and table controls -> listbox..is that what you are thinking of?
    The listbox presents the user with a list of options, and you can set it to only accept one selection at a time...Adding new data to the list can not be done directly by the user but if you make e.g. a text control and a button you can programatically insert new objects described in the text box when the button is pressed...(see example).
    If you need more than one column you have the multicolumn listbox. If you want the users to write new entries directly yu can use a table and read selected cells using it's selection start property to read what cell has been selected.

    depending on what exactly you mean with "clear", it is a bug. See this thread: App Store Updates Do Not Clear
    If you update your App's via iTunes, and not "over the air", the badge count on the AppStore-app icon is wrong, and the list shows "available updates" that you can open in the new version. The listing under "Updated #date#" lists only updates that were done OTA in the last month.

    - In BP MD we keep sales office/group data.
    - In Org. Model org units we keep sales office/group data
    The problem:
    when we change the organizational model in CRM - I mean change the sales office/group of one of the org. units - The R3 BP sales office/group data in the BP MD is not updated (since no Bdoc is generated from R3 to CRM)
    Does anyone know how to refresh the BP MD sales office/group after CRM organizational change.

    I think there is no way of automatically synchronizing the organizational model changes. You have to maintain the changes in ERP manually.

  • Filter a List for data from the Previous Month

    Hello,
    I have audit data for each month of the year.  At the beginning of one month I pull a report from the previous month.  I would like to have a view in my SharePoint list that shows only the data from the previous month.
    I am not a programmer or developer, so I was wondering if this is possible without out of the box tools.
    Here is what I have done so far:
    Created two calculated columns to find the start and end date of the previous month
              Previous Month Start =DATE(YEAR([Date of Review]),MONTH([Date of Review])-1,1)
              Previous Month End   =DATE(YEAR([Date of Review]),MONTH([Date of Review]),0)
    I have verified these two calculations do show the correct dates. 
    So I can generate the dates, but I don't know how to set up a view filter that will show only data from the previous month. 
    Please help.

    What you need is the calculated column to display the start and the end of the next month, not the previous month. Then you can do a view filter where Start<Today & End>Today.
    EX: If you have a document with date 15-03-2014, you need to save the dates 01-04-2014(start) and 30-04-2014(End).
    Then If Start < [Today] and End > [Today], you can show the document

    I need to make sure that always in the outbound IDoc (ORDERS05) the segment E1CUVAL contains VALUE_TXT element for every VALUE element.
    can you please tell where can I find the code that is in which user exit, to change it for checking E1CUVAL segment.
    the configuration values are coming from the Sales order.

    Hi Advait,
    I think you can populate configuration data for inbound IDoc ORDERS05.
    In user exits of IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS, you can search table VBAP for given material (will be posted) and find <b>VBAP-CUOBJ</b> (not initial). Then call function module VC_I_GET_CONFIGURATION to find all available  configuration/characteristics data for above matarial.
    From here, you can populate segment E1CUREF, E1CUCFG and C1CUVAL.
    data: i_configuration like conf_out occurs 0 with header line.
    data: l_instance like inob-cuobj.
    clear: i_configuration.
    refresh: i_configuration.
    select single *
    from vbap
    if sy-subrc = 0.
      l_instance = vbap-cuobj.
    endif.
    call function 'VC_I_GET_CONFIGURATION'
      exporting
        instance            = l_instance
      tables
        configuration       = i_configuration

    Hi,
    I'd like to find out if it's possible to modify this report that way that it won't include Cash Dicounts lines in the results.
    Is there any OSS Note to implement regarding this case? Or maybe this is SAP standard that cash discount is always included in this report?

    I guess, there is no place for OSS in this, with the help of ABAPper, you can create a copy of that program report, modify it and then use it to get you want, should not be a problem.

  • How to filter the list of data

    I am using af:inputComboboxListOfValues to display drop down list of data. The list is binded to a LOV.
    I have a requirement that if the value is used in other place, I should not get it listed on the drop down list. I research doc that it let me use "launchPopupListener" to filter the list of data. As a test code, I coded like this:

    I have a Sales Orders cube which is pulling data from two DSOs (one for sales order item data and the other for sales order schedule data). The common fields between these two DSOs is the Sales Order number but in my cube I have dual entries for each Sales Order document (item and schedule info).

    Two previous remarks:
    1) If you need to report on very detailed data consider doing an info-set joining both datastores. 2 reasons why:
    - not a good idea to report on very detailed information (sales order, GI dates) on cube level, if you have a scenario with lots of data. You end up with big dimension tables a poor report times;
    - there are better alternatives, like drill-through from cube query to DS query with report to report interface or Datastore-based reporting...so...
    With this solution you do not need to change the data model, I think, but test to be sure. See if the reporting times are acceptable. If not...
    2) First confirm your requirements, because what you show in your example as "to-be" have details that do not make sense, probably..
    - if you have more that one schedule line for each item then you would have many times the item information like material/price;
    - if not or if you could cope with that, then you can consider:
    2.1) create a new DS that agregattes from the previous on, with the same key of sales order item; do you have schedule line kf's? if so you these KF's should be additive in DS update; But if you may have more one scheduled line for 1 item then you have to decide what to do with the GI data (keep the last one posted, use code..) and other characteristics.
    2.2) update the shedule line datasource to the sales order item DS; same comments apply.
    2.3) maintain the missing data in the cube update rules from sheduled lines DS. Using code, refer to the respective item in the order item ODS. You would have to make sure that DS's data are correctly activated before updating the infocube.
    What solutions to choose?
    2.1 is better in terms of flexibility and architecture...because you could re-arrange the new DS to answer future needs, without loosing the 1st line DS's data;
    2.2 choose if data volumes and disk space are a concern...
    or
    2.3 it's OK, but i do not like it because of what explained in point 1...

    Hi Matt,
        Its no possible If you are maintaining data at Order Level.
    Try to introduce one more ODS/DSO in between ODS's and CUBE by keeping Sales Order only key field. Load data from both DSO's in required fields only. Then PUSH delta to CUBE. In this why you can maintain 1 record. Try to compress cube(with delete Zero Record Rows) to delete unnessasary records.

    I need to generate an electronic copy of EC Sales List for the country Netherlands. I found some notes in the help.sap.com regarding the programs RFASLD20, FOT_B2A_ADMIN where RFASLD20 generates the DME file for EC Sales list and FOT_B2A_ADMIN sends the generated EC Sales List electronic DME file to Netherlands Tax Authority.
    I also went through OSS notes 820684, 899851, 820687 but I am still looking for connecting points.
    1. Do I need to create the Taxes on Sales/Purchases group and assign to company code for generation of EC Sales List only
    2. What is the use of creating and assigning the Tax group mentioned above?
    3. Do I need to create Tax group Version, Tax base balances (I know one of the OSS Notes relating to the Advance sales Return has all these config steps but I want to confim that these are only related to Advance Tax return Report and not related to EC Sales Report Report)?
    Could anyone throw some light on this issue? If there are any new OSS notes related to this issue please let me know.
