ECATT repeating Issue in Transaction Upload.

Hey Guys,
I have done the recording of PFCG.
i have given
1)Role Name
2)Desc
3)MENU tab ADD Transaction
pop up opens for entering the Transactions
4)i have added 2 transactions in my recording.
  vl02n
  vl03n
i have DOwnlaoded the Template From Test Configuration.
I have modified the Template and Saved it in Tab Delimit Format.
Now when iam Uploading the Data in foreground.
it accepts the Role Name,Desc,Goes to menu Tab,Add transaction now the Pop up Opens.
it Accepts All this from my test File.
Now Problem is it Does accept the First Record Transaction from My test File va01 but when
the cursir goes to 2nd line it shows the previous entry just entered.i.e va01.
where as in 2nd position va02 is supposed to be accepted.
how do i Clear this..
while looking at the processing code.
I get this
ID WND[1]/USR/TBLSAPLPRGN_WIZARDCTRL_TCODE/CTXTS_TCODES-TCODE[0,0] "VA01
ID WND[1]/USR/TBLSAPLPRGN_WIZARDCTRL_TCODE/CTXTS_TCODES-TCODE[0,1] "VA01
Now wht do i do so that it picks other tcode from my test file and not the previous record.
Any one who could be of Help.
can anyone leave in his/her Cell No so that I could Call and make u Understand the situation.
it has been 4 days and iam still Stuck with this.
Thanks Awaiting,
Essam

Hi,
Try Condense that Field Fval.
FORM populate_data  USING    value(p_fieldname)
                             value(p_fieldval).
  CLEAR fs_bdcdata.
  fs_bdcdata-fnam = p_fieldname.
  fs_bdcdata-fval = p_fieldval.
  CONDENSE fs_bdcdata-fval.
  APPEND fs_bdcdata TO t_bdcdata.
ENDFORM.
Hope this is helpful.
Thanks

  • Performance issue with transaction MC50

I am not sure where to post this question. If I need to post it in another forum, please let me know.
We are having performance issues with transaction MC50. After reviewing SAP Note 457615 we created an index on mseg with the following fields:  MANDT, MJAHR, MATNR, WERKS and SOBKZ.
When running an explain on the sql statement, the database is using a different index. This index has the following fields MANDT, MATNR, WERKS, LGORT, BWART and SOBKZ.
The sql statement is ( sql trace from ST05):
    SELECT * from mseg WHERE "MANDT" = '400' AND "MJAHR" BETWEEN 2009 AND 2009 AND "MATNR" = '000000000054001121'  AND "WERKS" = 'SAT' AND "SOBKZ" IN ( 'K' , 'V' , 'W' , 'O' , ' ' )
Is there any way to force the database to use the newly created index.
    Thanks....Tommy

    Hello Tommy,
at first your database release and patchset is missing.
If you are using Oracle 10g, the advice of Peter is useless, because of statistics are automatically collected by a CREATE INDEX.
    http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14200/statements_5010.htm#i2075657
    COMPUTE STATISTICS
In earlier releases, you could use this clause to start or stop the collection of statistics on an index. This clause has been deprecated. Oracle Database now automatically collects statistics during index creation and rebuild. This clause is supported for backward compatibility and will not cause errors.
The other thing is  - are you really sure that this SQL statements was executed with literals?
I know that on MSEG (with histograms) it is recommended sometimes, but i just want to be sure.
If you want us to help you - we need much more information .. please check sapnote #1257075 and upload the information to a webhosting platform, so that we can take a look at it.

  • Recurring issue with mobile upload

    Hi all,
Using Lightroom 5.6, I am experiencing ongoing issues with synchronising  (uploading) LR to mobile devices. In brief, the upload will typically fail in mid-session with some collections partially or fully uploaded and some not started. (This may initially have been caused by going off-line during an upload),  It will not recover. Deleting all uploaded data to prompt a restart does not help - it does not restart either.
Previously I have had to contact support and send the diagnostic report. Apparently there is a flag on the server end that needs resetting. Not the most satisfactory of solutions as it requires an action outwith the users control, but it does / did reset the file transfer interface. Apparently this bug was scheduled for fixing in the next up date. I understand I am on the latest (5.6) version , so does anyone know if this is still a bug?
Meantime, can support please reset my connection?
    Regards .... Alastair

    Hi Alastair,
    I've contacted you privately.

  • Transaction Upload using LSMW

    HI,
We are using LSMW with IDocs for uploading transaction data into our CRM system. The IDoc type is CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M02 and the message type is CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M.
The IDoc is getting created successfully with status 53(Application document posted) but the transaction is not getting created in the system.
The port being used is of type 'FILE' and the partner profile being used is of type 'US'.
Can anyone please let us know if any further settings are to be made for the transaction to get created.
    Thanks and regards,
    Vijaya Sai.

    Hi Vijay,
    Hope you remember me.
The Idoc that gets created, does it have any other messages? The message 53 means that the Idoc processing has called the order framework and that the Idoc mapping was successful. So there are no errors in the loading of the document but the issue is with the order application itself. Ideally the Idoc will also contain messages which give information with regards to whether the orders application successfully processed the Idoc data or not.
    Cheers

  • External List Management - Issue in File Upload and Map

I am facing problem while maintaining external lists through ELM and executing step upload and map file for a tab separated text format file.
The file data is getting shown properly in file preview through mapping format but when I execute it through external list the data is not getting uploaded at all.The log is not showing me any error or reason for the same.
I want to know apart from basic ELM config, is there some other configuartion required to enable ELM to upload and map the file in turn.
    Message was edited by:
            Pratyasha Shishodia

I got the resolution to this answer.
The issue was the task under ELM workflow was not marked for background processing and hence it was always in ready state and never proceeded ahead thru ELM transaction. All the steps due  to this reason were shown in planned or ready state.
There was no error in ELM as everything in the system had no issues and hence nothing came in error log.

  • Ecatt sapgui issue

    Hi,
I am trying to record co60 transaction thro ecatt sapgui mode.
I have issue while specifying batch number, qty on the main cockpit sheet. Scripting is not recognizing the actual fields on the PI sheet. Anyone faced this issue ,kindly share your thoughts.
    Thanks in advance
    Giridhar

    Hello Giridhar
The PI sheet is a quite old-fashioned report with editable fields that, unfortunately, escape the eCATT recording.
However, there might be trick how to record these fields nevertheless. For example:
    - The field "QUANTITY" is (on our system) located within a block "Phase". The line begin with the phrase "Control Instruction" which occurs several times on the PI sheet but this is the last occurrence.
    Phase          : 0952 / Instruction no.: 0010
    Control Instruction            :               QUANTITY :
Text could not be read                         ORDER COMPLETE?
So, if you can navigate unambigously to the line where you want to modify values using the SEARCH button (Ctrl+F) you are halfway through. Let us assume that you could navigate to the line begin with "Control Instruction". How do you get to the editable "QUANTITY" field? By moving the cursor with the "Right-Arrow" button. The distance between the beginning of the line and the editable field should be fixed.
I know it sound a bit weird but I have used this workaround already to get to specific nodes of old-fashioned trees (RS_TREE_...).
    Good luck.
    Regards
       Uwe

  • Bank Cash Transactions Uploading

    Hi,
In oracle Apps 11i , cash management we implemented a new set of books and a new operating unit. Now in the new operating unit when we upload bank statements, all transactions are uploaded successfully except for the cash transactions. Although the transaction code is defined in the bank account. What other setup/options/profiles should we check.
    Thank you
    Edited by: user4826145 on May 19, 2009 5:02 AM

    Thanks Anil.
I have sent you a sample bank statement file on your email.
I have realised in the Bank accounts the following are not specified by the super user, I wonder if that is the reason for the cash tansactions issue !
the application navigation: Payables Super User->Setup->Payment->Bank->Bank Accounts
-Gl Accounts tab-> confirmed Receipts (not specified by super user)
-Receivables Options: all accounts (not specified by super user)
-more receivables options: all accounts (not specified by super user)

  • Document Splitting issue - Business Transaction

    Hi SDN,
I would just like to seek advise on our issue for Document Splitting, specifically on the business transaction.
We understand that you assign this business transaction to document types.
For our case however, we do have intercompany transactions, wherein we post to an Intercompany AP and Intercompany AR.
That means we both have AR and AP items in one document.
My question now is which business transaction should we assign to this Intercompany Document Type?
I've checked the selections and these are the only business transactions that we can use.
    0000     Unspecified posting
0100     Transfer posting from P&L to B/S account
    0200     Customer invoice
    0300     Vendor invoice
    0400     Bank account statement
0500     Advance tax return (regular tax burden)
0600     Goods Receipt for Purchase Order
    1000     Payments
    1010     Clearing transactions (account maint.)
    1020     Resetting cleared items
I would like to seek advise from those who has implemented Document Splitting before.
    Thanks!

    Dear,
I have never tried to consolidate both IC AR and IC AP document type.
Ideal it should be bifurcated as AP and AR because for One company it will be Sale and other will be Purchase.
Please bifurcate the same and then do the configuration related to Document Splitting.
    Hope this helps!!
    Br Vivek
    Pls assign points for appropriately.

  • Issues with file upload in flex mobile application (sharepoint as backend)

    Hello,
I am working on flex mobile application for android platform for which we are having sharepoint as a backend.
(Flex SDK 4.6 and AIR 3.9)
Issue which we are facing is as follows:
We are communicating with the backend server using webservices: example:
    <s:WebService id="kWebService" wsdl="http://www.kservice.net/kdatabaseservice.asmx?WSDL" >
                <s:operation name="AddPost"
                             resultFormat="object"
                             result="addPostResult(event)"
                             fault="postsfaulterr(event)" />
    </s:WebService>
Above services are working fine but we are facing issue with one service which is related to file upload.
File upload for <10 MB is working fine but when we try to upload larger file on server it fails to process.
We are sending bytearray to the backend and backend code is writing those bytearray into file.
We have tried many ways to overcome from this situation. like we have checked configuration for file upload size on server , we have tried wcf services as well. Please help us on this criticle point as soon as possible
    Thanks

What do you mean that my video saves the contents int he server and not in transparent table?  I save the data into a temporary database table so it can be accessed by the parent WDA session. From there the WDA session can do whatever it wants with it.  What do you mean by transparent table - that would be a database table. Do you actually mean internal table?  if so, just read the data from the temporary database table into memory.

  • Performance issue followup transaction Oppty to Quote

    hi,
i am facing an issue where whenever a user tries to create a follow-up Quote from an opportunity, it is taking more than 7-8 secs...can someone help me understand its a standard time or ways to reduce the time taken.
we have already implemented SAP's go-live recommendations on basis side of tune up.
    thanks

    Hi Rh,
If you follow up window opens up with the right document, then your configuation set up is fine. Now kindly check if your internet speed and network is quick enough to support the follow up activity.
Also do u face this problem in any other follow up transaction.

  • Authorization access Issue for Transaction Codes PA10 to PA40

    Hi Experts,
I have created Custom role for accessing ALL HR Transaction codes in IDES System and added to the user & Tested.
All transactions codes are working fine except PA10,PA20,PA30 &PA40
We have new installation of ECC6.0 (HR) IDES System.
I am new to HR Security.
Here anything needs to configure in HR System for accessing transaction code PA10 to PA40.
    Please help me regading this.
    Advance Thanks,
    BBC

I have checked in SM01, Transaction codes PA10 to PA40 are not locked.
    We are facing two issues
    1) when accessing T- Codes PA10 to PA40, System showing message: You are not authorized to use Transaction code.
Thatz the reason i suggested you to check with basis consultant. Becuas he is the power user he can only see that from his window all the autharizations
May be you checked from your user your user might have autharization. that user  might be end user who getting msg might not have authorizatoins.
    2) function module : HR_READ_INFOTYPE.
When Debuging this, It calls internal FM
    HR_CHECK_AUTHORITY_INFTY and returns exception
    no_authorization=1
See this means that that user have NO autharizatoins

  • Issue when I upload CSV file for insert contact list on Cisco Attendant Console Advanced

    Hi Friends,
I have error "Provided file is not valid CSV File" when I upload CSV file to Cisco Attendant Console Advanced system. I'm not sure what happen about my CSV. My purpose is insert contact list to system and create CSV base on documentation.
Anyone have idea to solve this issue please kindly help me.
    Thanks

You are right, whenever Cisco device boots, the IOS files gets loaded on the DRAM.
But in this process, some temporary files are also generated which gets saved in the flash/Disk, that’s the only reason you got these error messages. It’s not recommended at all to have less space in the Flash than what is recommended on Cisco.com. I would say please remove some files from Disk and have minimum 256 MB flash otherwise your router may drop into rommon mode at the time of next reload.
Well, it’s good to upgrade the bootstarp image too. Currently you are running 15.X IOS code, I would say run 15.X bootstarp image on the box.
You may download bootstarp image for 7206VRX NPEG2 from the link below:-
    http://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=282188585&flowid=1380&softwareid=280805685&release=15.2.4S4&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=ED&reltype=latest
If you want to know the procedure of the upgrade, click the link mentioned below:-
