EDI : Exit when processing message type CLFMAS

Hi,
Does anyone know any exit when processing inbound IDOCs of message type CLFMAS ?
I believe there's no user exit, but maybe there's any other kind of exit but i didn't found it.
Thanks,
Paulo Sousa

Hi,
You have two open FI events
OPEN_FI_PERFORM_CLF00100_E
and
OPEN_FI_PERFORM_CLF00200_E
Use transaction FIBF to include your own functions within these events.

  • XIAPPLUSER gets blocked in BI when processing messages

    Hi,
We have an integrated scenario between XI and BI.
When processing messages between XI and BI the XIAPPLUSER gets random blocked. Somethimes after 4000 messages somethimes after 500 messages.
We did not used this user by some other system or defined wrong passwords.
Unfortunately the user will gets blocked in BI so XI can not communicate any more.
Does anybody knows how to stop XIAPPLUSER being deactivated?

check the system log for the reason of the blocking of the user.

  • Process code for 869(EDI ) Order Status Inquiry Message type.

    Hi Gurus,
Please can any one help in providing Process Code for 869 Order Status Inquiry Message type.
    Thanks,

    Hi Everybody.
There's no standard process code for LOIPRO Outbound Idocs.
This Idocs are threated as master data info, and could only be automatically generated by Data Distribution Model.
    BD64.
Anyway, you can define your own Outbound Process Code in WE41 using CLOI_MASTERIDOC_CREATE_LOIPRO FM.
    You can choose.

  • Http 403 when creating message type

    Hi,
I have a bpel process that invokes a secure web service (https://....?wsdl). To be able to create the partner link and execute the process, I had to copy the certificate in two directories and import the certificate in jdeveloper and soa suite.
So, now I'm able to invoke the secure web service. The problem appears when I want to create a new Message Type using the secure web service. I try to choose the ws types and this error appears: "Error reading message parts! HTTP connection error code is 403"
I tried creating my own schema but when using xpath expression there are problems with the namespaces. So I would need to create the variable using the original wsdl.
Does anybody know what is happening? How can I solve this issue?
    Thanks in advance,
    Zaloa

Installed tamper data and from what I can tell, the requests go back and forth between AM server and protected resource. Here's the Request Graph output.

  • Always generation of new spool request when using message type WNAK

    Hey!
I have one question regarding the printout of message type WNAK.
In SAP standard the print program RWBNASTV and entry routine ENTRY_ABR_NATRAB is used.
Now I want to ensure that at every printout generates a new spool request.
Problem is that when a user prints a purchase order and after that a Sett. Crdt Agrmt (WNAK) the second printout is attached to the previous spool.
How can I ensure that there is always a new spool file generated without copying the print program and the corresponding function modules before OPEN_FORM?
In the print conditions I only know the function "Immediately print" but that is no help if the printout is attached to the purchase order which was printed before.
Is there no flag which escpecially ensures that for this message type should be always be generated a new spool request?!?!
I hope you know something else.
    With kind regards.

  • User exit for MIGO, message type MLGR

    Hi Guys,
My Client wants to send mail to the Purchase requisitioner, once the material, he requested, has arrived in the premises (once GR is done).
Standard SAP has Message type MLGR, which sends mail to the Purchase Order Creator.
I want to use user exit in MLGR to change the mail recipient from PO Creator to Pur Req creator.
Can anyone please tell me the user exit for the same?
    Regards,
    Ankush

Thank you for the quick response.  I have setup all the configuration on SALE  with
    1. Creating  rule
    2. Maintain the rules with the default values
    3. Then Assign the above rules to the message type MATQM but still not pickup the new values that I wanted to be.
Is there anything that I miss?  Please advise.
    Thanks again,
    Tai

  • Suggest the user exit when process order released then save

Need to update batch value from component's batch field to FG batch field. Need at the time of process order released and saved. Can you please tell me which user exit to use?

    Hi,
The following enhancements are available for process order management:
    For order maintenance:
o   PPCO0006 to predefine entries for order header fields when creating
        an order
o   PPCO0001 to provide information at the time of saving (for
        production orders and process orders)
o   PPCO0007 to check or change header data when saving
o   PPCO0002 to add additional checks that are to take place when
setting the deletion flag or deletion indicator
o   PPCO0003 to prevent changes in sales order items that would cause
changes in the process order for static assembly processing
o   STATTEXT to format the status line
o   PPCO0008 to check components that have been changed or added
o   PPCO0005 to change the storage location and the 'backflush'
        indicator in the reservation
o   PPCO0013 to change the priority of the selection criteria for batch
determination in production orders or process orders
o   PPCO0014 to restrict the selection of process orders that are
        offered when creating external relationships
o   PPCO0020 to display additional information for another tab page in
        the process order header

  • How to keep MAPI properties when processing message data in RFC822 format in an Exchange Server 2007/2010 transport agent?

We are developing an agent listening for the submit or endOfData event from the Exchange Server. Due to various reasons we need to convert the Exchange Mail
    internally to RFC822 format.
So our MessageProcessor internally converts the message stream (usually TNEF) into RFC822 format. This means when written our modified content back to ‘e.MailItem’
we write the converted content back.
It seems that this conversion causes a loss of some MAPI properties of the message.
When out-of-office-mails are enabled for an account the Exchange Server generates both messages the OOF message for internal recipients and the OOF message external
    recipients.
When sending an internal message using voting buttons the message arrives without that voting information.
    void Agent_OnSubmittedMessage(SubmittedMessageEventSource source, QueuedMessageEventArgs e)
    MessageProcessor proc = new MessageProcessor();
    Stream messageContent = e.MailItem.GetMimeReadStream();
Stream processedMail = proc.ProcessExchangeMessage(messageContent); // internally converts the message to RFC822
    Stream writeStream = e.MailItem.GetMimeWriteStream();
    processedMail.CopyToStream(writeStream);
We also tried a dirty „hack“ using the Exchange Server internal method for converting the message from TNEF to RFC822 “ConvertAnyMimeToMime” from “Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.OutboundConversionOptions”,
but using that method causes the same issue.
Now my idea was cloning all MAPI properties not related to the content of a message and reapply them after writing the RFC822 content back to into e.MailItem.
Any idea how we can overcome our problems?
    Best regards,
    Harald Binkle

  • IDOC message type WMMBXY not including Serial numbers in GR material documents when created with reference to an Inbound delivery

    Hello,
We currently have an inbound ALE process (message type WMMBXY and basic type WMMBID02) to post GR's against inbound delivery. If the inbound delivery item is maintained with serial numbers, we want those serial numbers to be pulled into the goods movement material document (and stored in SER03).
Currently segment E1MBXYJ is maintained with the inbound delivery number in field VLIEF_AVIS and Inbound delivery item number in field
VBELP_AVIS. In segment E1MBXYI, no purchase order is assigned and the fields EBELN and EBELP are blank. The movement indicator (KZBEW) has the value 'B'.
Even after making the above settings, the serial number(s) maintained on the Inbound delivery item do not get saved to the material document.I did look at OSS note 833603 (Solution for 2 - GR for Inbound delivery) and we have followed the same settings. This works when there is no serial number in the Inbound delivery. However if we have serial numbers, the IDOC posts successfully, however the material documents in MB03 do not have any serial numbers copied over from the Inbound delivery where the serial numbers are definitely assigned.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Ashvin
    P.S
If we manually create the GR via MIGO, the serial numbers are automatically applied to the GR material document. This is what we want to accomplish via the above IDoc process.

    Hi
Try with enhancement MWMIDO08. See note 833603 - EDI: Goods receipt for stock transport order for further information.
    I hope this helps you

  • Multiple Shipping notifications (Inb.Dlv) created via message type DESADV

    Hello All,
I'm working on implementing the below SAP Standard process for my client. Version is SAP 4.7. The below process has to be implemented for different legal entities working on Same SAP environment.
PO -> SO (Created via IDoc) -> Outbound Delivery -> Inbound Delivery (Shipping Notification) -> Invoice -> Invoice reciept.
Most of the process are working, but facing few challenges while creating a shipping notification via message type DESADV and Basic type DESADV01 genereated out of Output type LAVA from Outbound delivery.
I'm using 2 IDoc types to create Shipping notification via Outbound delivery and defined as below
Outbound Process: Message type DESADV and Basic type DESADV01 with Process code SD05 for Customer (KU)
Inbound Process: Message type DESADV and Process code DESA for Logical system (LS)
I'm facing the following issues with respect to above process
    01) We need to update Batch Details like batch number, Date of Production, SLED/BBD in Shipping notification (Inb. Dlv) as Batches Instead of vendor batch
    02) When Outbound delivery has multiple line items, it is creating Multiple Shipping notifications (Shipping notifications for each line item). PO has
As per the the threads posted here, I understand that for 01) We need to modify the Outbound IDoc FM "IDOC_OUTPUT_DESADV01" & Inbound IDoc FM "IDOC_INPUT_DESADV". But any idea, which Enhancements i have to use to fill the data?
Also on point 02) i think, it should be a SAP standard to create a single Shipping notifications for all line items in the outbound delivery instead of each for line item. But in case if it is not a standard process, can any one tell me which user exits / enhancements to use to achieve the desired functionality.
    Appreicate your early response
    Thanks in advance

  • Sending Message Type from the same Logical System to 2 different ports

    Hi,
I need to transfer the same message type 'DEBMAS' in the same logical system,
to 2 differenet port - directly to XI (as an IDOC) and to function (as a PROXY),
In XI this are 2 different interfaces.
I see in we21 that when adding message type in outbound I can also write message code or message function so I tried adding an additional row of DEBMAS with message code but it did not work.
    Thanks,
    Naama

    Hey,
This question should not be posted here, but in the XI forum,
anyways, you can do it in 2 ways
    1) You can send the message to XI, and in XI it should be configured to send to
two different places, which can be done in the Receiver Communication Channel, one would be IDoc Receiver and another would be a SOAP Receiver. ( here you send one message to XI and XI will send it to the PROXY )
    2) You can specify the settings in your Partner profile (we21)and while generating the Port (we20).

    Samson Rodrigues.
