Efiling IYMV

Hello All
We recently gone live for Efiling Outgoing , we are in ECC6 with XI system integrated.
While sending the xml file genereted inTcode PB2A - B2A manager we are geeing communication error. This communication error is the same for P46(pen) and P45(3) starter form.
In XI when we see an what was the error we could see - DPS_ERR_UNKNOWN_DATATYPE - Unknown event type P6B for service PAYE.
can anybody help me where exactly the problem is.
Anybody could successfuly send Efiling Outgoing files through SAP to HMRC server.

Thanks ! if I understood correct you want me to repoll from PB2A manager.
But not sure where to change the variant to P6.
just to make clear of my problem , I am sending OUTGOING return file related to P46(3) for starter & P46(Pen) for new pensioner.
P6 & P6B are the retrieve forms I belive.
XML while submiting Return form ( example P46(3) ) should accept it as outgoing.
No clue why retrieve form are coming into picture

Employers with fewer than 50 employees have to file them online from 6 April 2011.
SAP Solution
For employers currently using e-filing, the above functionality can be initiated by installing Note 987369. The correction was initially delivered in the following Support Packages:

Note 987369, contains the following detail:
Introduces new e-Filing In Year Movements functionality which allows you to submit your In-Year Movement (IYMV) data to the HMRC via Internet. The GB e-Filing In Year Movements functionality is for releases 4.6C to ERP 2005 (ECC 6.0).
The In Year movements include:
Leaver Notification (P45)
Starter Notification (P45(3) and P46)
PENNOT Notification (P160)
Leaver Notification (P45)
P45 Leaver Form for Single Employment. Existing Report RPCP45GN has been enhanced to support e-filing functionality.
P45 Leaver Form for Multiple Employment existing Report RPCP45GN_PRESELECTION has been enhanced to support e-filing functionality.
P45 (3) Starter Form and P46 Starter Form
A New Report RPUEFO_STARTER has been created to support e-filing of starter notification.
Prerequisite: Employee Starter data needs to be entered in Infotype 0065 (Starter details tab: P45 data or P46 Data) before running the report for the employee. For further information please refer to report documentation. The report can identify whether an employee needs to be given a P45 (3) or P46 form and generates xml file accordingly. Please note that P45 (3) can be issued even after issuing a P46 upon update of Infotype 0065 with P45 details.

J1INQEFILE - efile generation - Exported file shows Duplicate records.

Dear Team,
When I execute J1INQEFILE, I am facing problem with the e-file generation i.e. exported Excel file. When I execute and export the file in excel to the desktop, I can see duplicate records.
For eg. On execution of J1INQEFILE, I can see 4 records on the SAP screen, whereas the exported file to the desktop shows me 2 more identical records i.e 6 records. As a result, in the SAP system i can see Base Amount as 40000 ie. 10000 for each. on the contrary the excel sheet shows me 60000 i.e. 6 records of 10000 each (bcse of 2 more duplicated records) and also shows the TDS amount wrong. How are the records getting duplicated? Is there any SAP note to fix this? We are debugging on this but no clue....
Please assist on this issue....

I am an abaper,
Even I came across the same kind of situation for one of our client ,When we execute J1INQEFILE, after exporting the same to Excel file we use to get duplicate records.
For this I have Debug the program and checked at point of efile generation, there duplicate records were getting appended for the internal table that is downloaded for Excel, so I have pulled the Document number in to Internal table and used Delete Adjacent duplicates by comparing all fields and hence able to resolve the issue.
Hope the same logic helps or guide you to proceed with the help of an abaper.

E-Filing IYMV Submitting P45's to the HMRC

Hi Guys,
We have successfully e-filed our EOY using B2A manager. I know want to use E-filing to submit p45's electonically.
To test this I have run the report in transaction PC00_M08_CP45_PBS for a test employee who is active, therefore I have checked the "test run" and "test for active employee" check boxes and the option to generate the XML.
Having run this process without any errors I would then expect to see a job for this in the B2A manager (transaction PB2A) as you do when running the end of year reports, but I do not see anything when I select the area (PAYE) and Document class (IYMV).
From what I can see the config in V_T50BK looks ok, but I maybe wrong.
Can anyone please advise?

As I understand it In Year Movements uses the same EOYR outgoing e-filing setup - assuming you have EOYR Outgoing e-filing setup which is detailed in the existing guides on www.service.sap.com/hrgb then "In Year movements" with the existing Business Connector configuration should be possible
Just an FYI there has been a recent addition to /hrgb in the form of an In Year Movement WMV guide it might also be worth looking at this guide as well in case there has been further updates or developments in this area

According to the instructions, you need to print them out and fill them in useg a black pen. So, open in Reader. Print. Fill out with a pen. Return them via snail mail.

XI and eFiling

From ECC6 I understand that eFiling requires XI instead of SAP Business Connector. We currently have a SAP Business Connector which is connected to multiple R3 Production systems. Does anyone know if eFiling on XI can be configured to connect to multiple R3 Production systems? I've looked at the e-Filing Configuration guide but it's not totally clear to me.
Any help appreciated.

Yes XI is required for ECC 6 efiling and you can connect to multiple production clients.

The government agency processing the E filing might have a system that is capable of receiving http requests.
That is a possible explanation for your "why" question.
regarding, what has to be done in PI, you just need to configure in ID.
1) Create business service (Communication component) for the receiver.
2) create a HTTP receiver adapter.
3) Import the business system for your sap system
4) Create a recdeiver determination
5) Create a interface determination, and give your mapping name
6) Create a receiver agreement using the http communication channel you have created

I installed reader and re-installed reader and I still can't open efile on the wis dept of revenue web site to process my wi income taxes.

Hi i use adobe reader for SARS efiling through firefox and SARS says not compatible with Firefox to open adbobe reader and file my Tax returns via SARS website

I,m having problems trying to file my SARS tax returns via SARS efiling on their website sarsefiling.co.za .They use adobe reader to open their documents ie EMP201 PAYE and EMP501 VAT returns
it won,t open the document in order for me to capture the company information on their website . I have mozzilla firefox as my protection for sites and emails I go through mozzilla to open adobe documents /attachments . it seems with SARS website doesn,t like this .So how do i go around trying to do my job at work . I think I found a Windows setting that is causing the issue. I'm using
my LCD HDTV as the monitor for this computer, and in order to see the display easily, I have the following setting in Windows 7: Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display > Make text and other items larger or smaller > 150%.
When I change this to the default of 100%, the problems with Reader X in Firefox and IE disappear. Reader 9, however, works perfectly at 100% and 150%.
Is this a known bug in Reader X? Since the problem only appeared when moving from Reader 9 to Reader X, it seems it's not an unsolveable incompatability or something that's too difficult to work around.
Do any others with their displays magnified have this problem? Or does it work perfectly? Would anyone (preferably with Windows 7 64-bit) be willing to set their display magnification to 150% and see if they can replicate the problem?

How to rectify downloaded books with efile protected on them

After trying to download a library book, it went to my ebook reader okay but cannot be opened as it says efile protected, lso all books |I have previously downloaded are now unable to be opened for the same reason, how do I rectify this?

Trying to use an eFiling system getting mssg "adobe acrobat plug-in is not installed or is disabled"

I am on an IMac with Snow Leopard - I have updated ALL Adobe products. I am trying to open documents in an online filing system and I repeatedly get the message..."adobe acrobat plug-in is not installed or is disabled". Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks so much!

Firefox can find plugins in several locations, but Firefox 21 changed the location of the "shared" plugin folder so older installers like the Microsoft Windows Media Plugin no longer drop the DLL file in the correct location.
There apparently are two ways to address this:
(1) Change a Firefox preference so that Firefox checks the old location. Here's how:
(i) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(ii) In the filter box, type or paste '''plugins''' and pause while the list is filtered
(iii) Double-click '''plugins.load_appdir_plugins''' to switch its value from false to true.
This will take effect after you restart Firefox.
(2) Copy the plugins folder to the new location. Here's how on Win 7 64-bit:
Open a Windows Explorer window to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
Right-click and copy the '''Plugins''' folder
Double-click the '''browser''' folder to open it
Right-click and paste
Right-click the new copy of '''Plugins''' and rename it to '''plugins'''
After restarting Firefox, the plugins in that folder should now be available.

Efiling HTTP destination-Type G

Hi,
We have developed the E-filing interface. For PI communication with Government gateway, we have created an RFC destinatio of type G.
This destination was working till yesterday and today it is failing with ICM_HTTP_INTERNAL_ERROR. This was because the certificate https://secure.dev.gateway.gov.uk/submission which we have imported in strust transaction has expired yesterday.
So we haev deleted that certificate from the system , imported a new one and restarted the ICM but still the same error continues.
Can anyone suggest what can be the reason for this?

Business to Authority Manager Error - Efiling

Hi,
We are running the EOY and later went to B2A manager and found the following error description.
No answer from Government Gateway received
Error during XML=>ABAP conversion:Response Message;CX_ST
Match element in line 2371 system expected the element http://sap.com/xi/hr/govtalkmessage.
I dont see any error message in sxmb_moni or any trace of sending the message from ECC to PI.
Is this a problem within ECC or problem in PI, We are currently in 7.1.1.
Why cant I see any trace of these messages in SXMB_MONI.

I have faced an issue last year in this interface but at that time the issue was from the Govt gateway.
BTW this year most of the Govt Portals has issueed new security certificates, hope it is already updated in your system.

What Adobe Reader settings are required to efile my state tax return?

When I try to submit the saved pdf in Adobe Reader, it does not go through (the error is non-specific). In Preferences, Acrobat JavaScript is enabled and in Trust Manager, wi.gov is set to Always Allow.

Some of the text might not really be text, but but graphics. You can try to use Acrobat’s OCR tools. You need to make sure the Text Recognition toolset is available for you to use the OCR (Optical Character Reader).
