ElitePlus Membership question

I verified the purchases for the last year. I called multiple times to check on my eliteplus membership upgrade. I sent multiple emails since past one month. I got an email stating that they are working on that. Could someone provide me the Elite/ElitePlus membership customer care number or someone help me to take a look on this issue.

If you spent $3,500 on eligible Best Buy purchases during the 2014 calendar year, then you should qualify for Elite Plus status.  It can generally take about 20 days for a member's status to be upgraded once they have spent the required amount.  Let me go through your My Best Buy account and see what I can do to help.
I went through your purchase history for the 2014 calendar year, and from what I can see, it does not look like you qualified for Elite Plus status.  You will want to keep in mind when adding up your purchase history to exclude sales tax and purchases made with a gift card or certificate, as they are not included when determining if a member qualifies for Elite or Elite Plus status.
With that being said, I am going to reply to the private message you sent me to go over your My Best Buy account with you in additional detail and to see if there are any other questions I can help answer.  To check your private messages, you will want to login to the forum and click on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.

    I am coming to Photoshop from another editing program and face a bit of a learning curve.
    Two questions.
    Because of the learning curve, I am interested in starting with just a subscription to photoshop . Is the single subscription for Photoshop ($19.99 per month version with a contract), for Photoshop or Photshop Extended?
    Second, will it be possible to upgrade mid contract from just photoshop to the full Master Collection, either ending or converting the original contract without having to pay both at once (similar to the way you can with cell phones)?

    Your best bet would be to contact Adobe Customer Service with your questions.  There are several FAQs online which may help you.  In this one http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/faq.html  I found the following:
    If I decide I would like to upgrade to Adobe Creative Cloud rather than continue to subscribe to an individual CS6 application, how do I do that?
    You can upgrade your subscription to a Creative Cloud membership by logging in to www.creativecloud.com, going to the My Account page, and simply walking through the steps to upgrade. You will be given a partial refund on the remaining amount due on your existing subscription.

    Hi just a qucik question.
    If I sign up for extension builder membership for one month and create an extension will my main exported extension zxp still work after my membership expires?
    Im not sure how the membership works I basically dont want to create an extension then have to pay $100+ dollars a year to use it. Does that make sense?

  • Cloud Membership Question

    I was under the impression that I had a full Cloud Membership until June of 2013. I was planning on upgrading my software in the cloud today but noticed that I only have a choice to try or buy the upgraded software. My question is, why am I not able to get simply a download button? I do not want to move forward until I am certain that I will not get an additional invloice for the cloud membership software download.

    I don't see any order for Creative Cloud with the email address you use here on the forums. I see that you purchased Lightroom. Did you join Creative Cloud under a different email address? Were you testing out a trial verison of Creative Cloud?

    My name is Pascal De Munck.
    I have a single app membership for 1 yr for Photoshop cc and pay approx 25 euro a month for that.  I also have a full lightroom 5 version for 129 euro.
    I now see that there is an adobe photoshop program including Photoshop CC, Lightroom 5 and Bridge cloud membership for only approx 12 euro a month for 1 yr.
    Q1, can I change my membership into this program membership ??
    Q2, is Bridge included in my single app memebership ?

    I recently acquired a SuperMicro chassis that has a SAS2 expander backplane. It has SFF-8087 ports on it.http://www.supermicro.com/manuals/other/BPN-SAS2-846EL.pdfI made a post on another forum and someone mentioned that the card couldn't be used with that backplane since it's a SATA controller, however, the backplane is both SAS and SATA device compliant, it's only the RAID controller, as far as I know, that is a "SATA II" controller, and not a SAS controller.So, I couldn't find anything in the official documentation of this controller on whether or not it was able to control SAS devices. The card itself has a 3 SFF-8087 ports though, couldn't this theoretically still be used with a SFF-8087 to SFF-8087 cable(seen below)since the backplane is a SAS/SATA backplane?...

    month by month membership. My work is seasonal as I work for a not for profit association. What happens to InDesign files if I stop month by month membership in the quiet Xmas period? I save these files in dropbox. Can I suspend membership for a time and 'pick up' these saved files? Many thanks

    Hello I am considering a membership of Photoshop cc, with bridge, and lightroom. I am a little confused on how it works though. Could someone explain to me the details. Must you have internet connection to use it? Do you have to be online to edit use the editing software? And can you use it on multiple computers, or is it set for one computer only?

    Once installed and activated, the programs can function offline. Only about once a month they will check whether your subscription is still active. If this check fails or you have sign-in problems, you have 90 days to correct the issue, meaning to connect to the Internet and check. Of course online access may be required if you plan on using online features like Typekit to have access to more fonts or the sync stuff. You can use CC on 2 computers.

    I have two memberships one personal one for work. I wanted to install a program from my work membership to my home computer. When I tried to do that, the destop Adobe cloud application didnt change to look like what I had at work. It was still showing my personal membership. I want to keep these two memberships separated in my personal computer. How can I do that?

    Does anyone know if I can use my Creative Cloud membership on other computers? i.e. can I download Premiere and after effects on my work computer using my account log-in?

    I have Premiere and After Effects installed on one computer so far and I just installed it on this laptop i.e 2nd system but after installation it says "start trial".....
    But why is it a trial if I pay monthly and I'm allowed 2?
    Unless I click start trial and then activate it from there but I just don;t want to take any risks and risk starting trial now so please somebody confirm xd

  • Elite and Gamers Club Unlocked Membership question

    Hello,
    We recently became Elite members though wasn't looking to join. We were Gamers Club Unlocked Members from darn near day one, but now we cannot see the status of the Gamers Club Unlocked.
    Did the Elite replace my Gamers Club Unlocked?
    I have 5 maybe 6 games on preorder that i don't want to lose the GCU discount on.

    Elite or Elite Plus status is an upgrade on your account based on how much you have spent at Best Buy.  Gamers Club Unlocked is a paid subscription that can be added to any My Best Buy account.  It sounds like your Gamers Club Unlocked status was probably extended until Feb. 10 and recently expired, and that just happened to coincide with the time when the account was upgraded to Elite.  If that is the case, the account holder would have been eligible for a renewal coupon.  Please see our post here for instructions on how to request a replacement coupon.

  • PSE 9 plus membership question

    Where do I find the plus features in PSE 9?    I've seen the "plus" tutorials under the Elements inspirational browser but I thought I would have new content, backgrounds, fonts, stuff like that.   Can someone give me the skinny on this?   Thanks a bunch.

      There was a delay in the release of some Plus members-only content due to changes in programing for Photoshop Elements 9. Most of this has been rectified (with a couple of small exceptions). Please check PSE9 for your Plus content again, you should see what you are looking for.
