Employee and customer wise cost

  Hello Experts
Below are my business scenario
1.I want capture the employee wise cost so What  could be best way to capture  the employee wise expense in the below method
    Employee as cost center
    Employee as Vendor
    Employee as internal order
   IF anybody provide me advantages and disadvantage it will be  better understanding
2. Another one of my requirement in my  business scenario  customer group wise  COPA report with  net profit  level
Here GP level I will get it from my billing document(Revenue – COGS),  customer wise expenses I am going to capture through the cost center 
finally  I want  to settle this cost to customer group (COPA)
Is it Possible  ?

1. For employee wise expenses, you can refer the document I contributed below

The document explains how you can use Statistical IOs for this.. You can also name your Statistical Internal Orders as per the Employee Number, but I used a slightly different approach to be more scaleable
2. For customer wise expenses, while you book the expenses in F-02 or FB60, you need to click on the "Prof Segment" and enter the Customer / Product details in it
That ways you can capture the expenses at Customer level in COPA

  • Search Help for employee and contact person

    Dear expert,
    I'm a BSP fresher. We are using CRM 7.0 now. I'm facing a BP search help pop-up window issue, please help on it.
    We need a search help pop-up window to search employee and contact person at the same time.
    Our user want to search both employee and cantact person (don't include custoemr ->sold-to-party) for activity responsible person. I know the sap standard search help components are different employee, contact person, account.
    For example: employee -> BP_EMPL_SEARCH (component); contact person -> BP_CONT_SEARCH; account -> BP_ACC_SEARCH_E. And the component BP_HEAD_SEARCH is for all BP.
    It seem that there is no search help component for employee and customer contact person combination. I think maybe we can do a filter by BP role. But I don't how to implement it on WebUI.

    You can create a search help using trx. SE11 and use it in the METHOD GET_V* of your componen/attribute.
    in the get_v* method, * means attribute name put this custom code.

    First configure credit management & customise.
    A/R Summary
    Degree of ageing
    You can set the allowed degree of ageing in Customizing for Sales, under Basic Functions ® Credit Management/Risk Management ® Credit Management ® Define Automatic Credit Control.
    Under Checks in financial accounting/ old A/R summary, you can enter the permitted degree of ageing for the A/R summary, in the fíelds Permitted days and Permitted hours. Here, you can define how old the A/R summary can be, in order to be called up for a check. If the permitted degree of ageing for the A/R summary is exceeded in the credit check, then the document is blocked.
    Fields allowed days and allowed hours are only available for entry if you have entered an X in field Read A/R Summary in Customizing. The path is: Accounts Receivable and Accounts ® Credit Management ® Credit Control Account ® Make basic settings for credit management.
    Updating
    The A/R summary is either sent periodically (with the help of the report RFCMCRCV) from central Financial Accounting to the decentralized Sales and Distribution units according to ALE distribution model or, if an obsolete A/R summary is presented, updated for the credit check by the system per remote function.
    In order that the system is burdened as little as possible, SAP recommends you stick to the following order:
    Program run: Incoming payments in central FI
    Program run: Distribution A/R summary from central FI to decentralized Sales and Distribution units
    Program run: Renewed credit check for blocked sales documents in decentralized Sales and Distribution units
    Status Management for Obsolete A/R Summary
    If the A/R summary is obsolete, the credit status Credit data obsolete is set. This means that the document is blocked, and appears in the credit representativeu2019s worklist. In Customizing for Sales, in the section Automatic Credit Control, for the single, aforementioned checks, for which FI data is necessary, you can define whether a warning appears in the obsolete data, or whether a status is set.
    If you are working with the A/R summary, and would like to re-process obsolete data, it is recommended that you set a status.

    Please click on the change layout screen button on the screen of FBLN5N report. then select the fields customer code and customer name from the right hand side table and drag it to left hand side table.
    After that run the report again. it will appear. please assign points.

    I have a special requirement from Management in my company(Consumer Products-Confectionery and Biscuits) which is implementing SAP.They want to see a report for customer wise classified stock of Raw materials this is possible through Make to order configuration in PP. I require reference of customer along with stock of raw materials I want to find out if this requirement can be catered through standard reporting in SAP-MM or do we need to design customized report through ABAB.

    If you buy material specific to customer (individual requirement not collective) in MTO scenarion then the stock you can see sales order wise in MBBS. Incase if you are not very happy with the report MBBS, then use function module "MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API" to define your own report.

    Could you try Table-->CSKS. I believe it will give you the complete list of Cost Centers and the default Profit Centers along with Company Code info.

  • Landed costs and custom duty

    Hello
    I have an issue with landed cost and customs duty
    The actual customs duty when it is corrected is OK when you use one supplier and one good receipt
    when it is with many suppliers and many goods receipts and when you want to correct the actualduty the split is wrong it brings the same value for every item and the split is wrong because it must be based on the item line value...
    Did anyone experience the same issue is it corrected with an more recent patch or is there a workaround ?

    I am afraid if you need to correct a landed cost with many suppliers and many goods receipts, there may not have any available logic but reverse the entire transaction and redo it.  Line item correction for financial transaction may not be possible due to system restriction.

  • Profit centerwise Vendor and Customer line items view

    Deal ALL,
    We have not activated Business Area.
    We have 10 plant under one company code. Client is booking the vendor and customer invoice as per the cost center and profit center of the plant. Payment and Receipt is also made according the bank maintain for each plant. As one customer or vendor is dealing with all the plants.
    Can any body can help me out how to get the vendor and customer line item display according plant or cost or profit center wise, so we can make or receive payment accordingly.

    Then this explains the problem.
    The message number starts with a Z and so it is not a standard SAP message because SAP does not link cost centres or GLs to Plants
    But also, the message doesn't indicate a problem with the link? it is stating that you should check that the GL account and the PROFIT CENTRE are valid for the posting for the period???.
    It looks like someone has written a custom modification  in your system and so we are , unfortunately, unable to help because the data would be in custom tables and not standard SAP tables.
    You can only solve this problem by speaking to someone within your own company who knows the mdofication that has been done.

  • Why I had no problems with the VZW employees and other people have?

    I think that most people who cannot resolve problems with the VZW have an attitude problem.
    Wise saying:  you can get more with honey than with vinegar.
    Since I “upgraded” my old Samsung Sway to a new Samsung Intensity III, in the past three weeks I spent many hours dealing with the VZW store employees, customer service reps, and tech support people. The phone was replaced two times, and I had no problem getting the replacements.
    The third phone did not working how I expected.
    Today I called VZW customer service and said I don’t need anymore trouble shooting and I wanted find a resolution, which will be satisfactory to both of us. After a short conversation with a customer service rep, I was connected with a tech support. I told him that I don’t need any more trouble shooting on the Samsung Intensity III because I already spent HOURS doing that on three devices.
    We spoke about what the VZW could offer me, about replacements with different phones, etc. Our conversation ended with me offering the resolution that could satisfy me, which was to keep this phone and my account will be credited for the $30.00 “upgrade” fee and I will buy Samsung Sway on eBay. NO PROBLEM. 
    My account was credited and I was advise about the ESN number and activation.
    Why I had no problems with the VZW employees and other people have? The answer is simple. I did not have attitude when I was spoke to them.
    So if you want the problem to be resolved, put your anger in you pocket before you start the conversation. You can say that you are angry, frustrated, etc like I did, but add that you understand that this is not their fault that the manufactures makes a crap phones.

    Yes, you are right. I lost my upgrade. Also, it’s true that I could buy the phone on eBay… if I knew then what I know now. In the past, I never had problem with any of my phones. Doing an upgrade with the VZW was a normal thing for me. I didn’t expect that Samsung Intensity III would be a junk phone.  My last upgrade was 4 years ago. I had $50.00 ‘new every two’ credit on my account, which was used for an upgrade.  I lost the $50.00 credit paying for Samsung Intensity III. Sometimes we learn from our mistakes or from a bad experience. Three weeks ago I did not know that I could buy a phone on eBay and activate with VZW without paying $30.00.
    Samsung Sway is coming from …eBay – keep your fingers crossed for me.

  • Profit Center population in the Vendor and Customer Line items

    our client is asking for  getting profit center in the vendor and customer line items  where in the view FBL5n and fbl1n we are not getting the profit center populated - in the new gl i understand that there is a standard report based on the gl account.
    but our business is not satisfied with the report and expecting report at profit center level.
    Can any one suggest any way of doing this.

    Dear Vijay,
    Let me provide you my view of solutioning for this. This is an enahcement that needs to be done
    1. You can get the profit center from the given vendor and customer line item at the time of posting, using an enahcement you will be able to capture it.
    2. Existing the profit center field is not populated in the BSIK,BSAK,BSID and BSAD tables
    3. Hence, in the same enhancement once you capture the profit center , you can write the code that profit center is updated in these tables also.
    4. This will help you to do the vendor line item wise selection in the FBL1N,  FBL5N profit center wise.
    Constraints of this solution:
    The only constraint remains where in the for a given document if there are multiple profit center, then the system will do the splitting profit center wise for a vendor line item, which will not populate the profit center in those tables as there is only one field available in the bsid etc.. tables.
    This basically would be the one the soltuion where in as seeen from the end user ther eis no change in the front end interface , the way they are doing always they can do.
    You need to also take care the % of document splitting means cross profit center postings /cross document splitting charactericstics postings and the volume involved in this. so that you can suggest this to your client.
