Employee Group Not deserved received particular wagetype

Dear experts,
current system not allowed particular employee group to received particular wagetype. For example employee group A not deserved received wagetype 002. I want to change the config and allow group A recieved this wagetype. Can you give me the details what should I do?

AD Nested Groups not always receiving permissions

We have multiple domains in our forest. We use Universal Security Groups for our department names, and Universal Security Groups for job titles. Within the job titles group is where we list the individual users.
Every once in a while, we will have an instance where a user is a member of their job title Universal Security Group, which is a member of their departmental Universal Group, but cannot access a share, even though that departmental Universal Group has the correct
permissions assigned on the share. Furthermore, another member in that same job title group can access the share.
The only fix that I have found thus far is to add the user directly to the share's permission.
Has anyone come across this before? Like I said, it only happens every so often, but I have yet to find an explanation for it.

Do you have an article to reference the best practice you mentioned? Just to clarify, anybody that was not specified in the share's security would inherently have Full Access?
I believe that this can be resolved, although I am not sure if it was just time that fixed it. I removed the user's specific access and left their group membership permissions alone, and all is well.

Share permissions are a holdover from FAT32 which had no security at all. In addition to what you will read at those links, consider what share permission would be required to a share containing an application folder of files that require only read
access and a data folder of files that need to be modified when the user runs the application? Answer: share permission needs to be change or unlimited. But then you would need to apply differential NTFS permissions to make the application files readonly.

you can do the default for employee group and employee subgroup in it0000.
you need to maintain it1008 and IT1013(employee group and subgroup) for particular postion and also ""employee attributes "" if u done these then, when you go for hiring in pa40 it0000 in position field select the positon and press enter then the defaults will be get by the system.

Group addressed e-mails not being received

My new iPad seems to be receiving e-mails that are specifically addressed to me just fine. But, I have noticed that e-mails addressed to a group of recipients (including me) are not being received on my iPad while my computer does. For example, my employer will send out an e-mail to all of the employees (as a group). I can view the e-mail on my computer but the iPad doesn't receive it. And, I'm using the same e-mail account on both. Why?

Not Everyone Receives Group Text

Ok so, this might not be the right community for this, but I've got a friend who has an iPhone 4 running iOS 7. When he sends out a large group text, (iPhones, iPods, and regular cell phones) not everyone receives the message. I have an iPod Touch 5 on iOS 7 and have never received the text even though friends with iPods (I believe 4th gen.) got the message. Is it because there are so many people in the message? I'm lost on this. And how does it work if you reply with your iPod to someone else with a regular cell phone? (just out of curiosity) Thanks.

Yes, i've always been able to send and receive messages from him without any problems at all. The thing is he sends it out to maybe 20 people or so, some have iPods, some iPhones, and some just regular cell phones. A majority of people will receive the message, but many won't. And I believe that most of the problems are from iPods not receiving it, but at the same time some people's iPods get it and some don't. I'm not sure why he would have a problem since it's being sent from an iPhone.

Error "No automatic updation for IT0008. Allowance Grouping not found"

I am maintaining IT581 of an employee.but system throws an error -->No automatic updation for IT0008. Allowance Grouping not found.I have maintained allowance grouping properly.The thing is my requirement is that i am maintening pay groups and level in table T710 instead of T510.Not touched T510.
Means i have also created IT1005(Planned compensation) in OM.Every other thing is ok.Except IT581.
What i beleive is its taking assignement from table V_T7INA3.where i am not able to store ESG for CAP, groups and levels.Because its taking value from T510.But i want to do everything on basis of pay scale grade ie T710.

Family share invitations not being received

I have set up family share via IOS 8 for my wife, and the invitation shows as being sent on my phone, but has not been received by my wife's email account. I have removed her invite and re established it several times with the same result. Anyone understand why?

If you are having issues adding family members to your Family Sharing group because they don't appear to be receiving the invites, you may find the information and steps outlined in the following article helpful. Employee user not able to access catalogs from EBP

Hello Seniors,
We are implementing SRM 4.0 with scenario SSP and CCM 2.0.
Please note the landscape highlights:
EBP and CCM component are mounted in the same client and same server.
CAT and CES are also on same client.
No XI in picture.
Catalog upload has been done through CSV format only.
Please note the activities I have completed:
Cat_Manager assigned to /CCM/CATALOG_MANAGER role and profile generated.
Did the customizing for CAT
Did the customizing for CSE
Activated the required services
For the service srm_cse set the log on procedure as "log on data required".
Maintained a service user "ccm_user" in anonymous log on data.
Maintained "define external web serices" in SRM img->SRM ->SRM server ->Master data (Here i have a doubt which is explained later)
Intialized CCM with report.
Uploaded schema in the master catalog.
Created supplier ID and catalog.
Uploaded CSV file for Supplier catalog.
Mapped Supplier catalog with master catalog
Published Master cataog.
maintained entry of master catalog in PPOMA_BBP.
Now I logged on EBP home page with employee user.
Went to application shop.
My master catalog published in CCM component was present there with exact name.
But when the employee user clicks on the particular catalog link to choose the items from , He is getting an error "" BSP exception: Access to URL /sap/bc/bsp/ccm/srm_cse is forbidden "".
With this error message immediately the attention goes to the service srm_cse.But there I have maintained a SERVICE user by user ID ccm_user which is existing in SRM SU01.
In the whole customizing explained above I have two weak points which I want to state now:
1. The integrated call structure for my particular master catalog was copied from other catalog.
There i am missing one sr. no. of 70 (ie after 60 , 80 is there).
But all the values for url, ccm-user, password, sap-client, sap language, locale, catalogID are filled correctly with type as per config guide.
Do the parameter names should come exactly as per sequence given in guide(In my case it's not so.)
(If anybody wants to see screenshot for this point pl. give me personal ID.)
2. I had deleted the entry of my particular master catalog from the external web services to correct the error stated in pt. no 1 .
But when i tried to create an entry again with the same ID system gave me an error saying that the said catalog is marked for deletion.
now entry of this particular master catalog is present in table /CCM/D_CTLG_REQ with no x mark in active column.
But my catalog ID is present in external web services.
Can point no. 1 and 2 are reasons of the failure to access the catalogs from EBP?
If it is so then please tell me the procedure to recreate the integrated call structure with same catalog ID.
Please excuse me for the length of the matter , but i have tried to give every relavant detail so that clarity should be max.

Warning messages "You are not a receiver of the work item"...

Hi Experts,
We are facing an issue in which couple of users are getting warning messages "You are not a receiver of the work item" in there Portal Inbox. But they are not getting any warning message while accessing the same from R/3 inbox. We tried replicating the issue but it is working fine for us. Is it related to workitems which are of any particular type??? Kindly suggest.....
Just to add some more thing we have gone through the Forum : UWL workitem error: you are not a receiver of the work item and also the OSS notes: 1133821, but we do not get any appropriate solution.
Please suggest.

Yes users are using SSO.
As suggested I have checked in transaction SU53 and there is no error message for the user i.e. we are getting success message as "The last authorization check was successful".
Please suggest what can I try.
Also adding to this, Warning message which users are getting is not a show stopper i.e. they are able to process workitems successfully.

You are not a receiver of the work item in ESS Leave

Hi,
We are using standard ESS leave application in our portal, where employee can raise leave and his manager can approve/reject his leave. But I want in case manager rejects the leave, the rejected leave should not come into MSS UWL of employee, we will send a mail to employee and he can again login to ESS leave application and where he will see the rejected leave and he can re apply/change/delete the rejected leave. We do not want rejected leave to come in UWL of employee as a work item.
As of now when manager rejects the leave rejected leave of an employee , it is coming in UWL of the employee which we do not want, so what we did, we went to standard leave work flow template WS12300111, in that we double clicked on Task (TS12300116, Process Request by Employee) and in that we clicked on agent assignment icon and than we clicked on attribute and we selected General forwarding not allowed radio button, by default general task radio button was selected.
After selecting General forwarding not allowed radio button, even when manager rejects employee leave, rejected leave is not coming in UWL of employee which we want exactly, but another error is coming when employee goes to ESS leave application again and change or delete this rejected leave he is getting the error You are not a receiver of the work item .
But if we select general task radio button in agent assignment in work flow , than eveything is working fine but employee is getting rejected leave in his UWL, that we do not want at all, so why after selecting different radio button this error is coming ?
Why employee is getting this error, why employee can not reapply/change his rejected leave. Is this portal error OR workflow error OR HR configuration error and what is the solution for this..

If you need this option then you need to change the WF Task.
General Forwarding Not Allowed
This indicator enables you to determine that work items for this task can only be forwarded to users who are agents for the task.
If this indicator is not set, a work item for this task can be forwarded to all users.

Data -> Classification). Classify tasks with General Forwarding Not
allowed, will give you the oppotunity to let the user allow to forward
items JUST to the Possible Agents Assigned to the task
(Additional Data -> Agent Assingment -> Maintain)...
Clear that everything depends on How you have developed your workflows
definitions. In that cases the best think to do is
create Different Tasks definition (TSxxxxxx) and let they start
depending on Company Code (That can be driven via Conditions steps in
the workjflow definition, for example). This will allow you to define
Just the responsible Agents per each task, depending on the Companny
Code. This definitively Resolve the Forwarding frelated Question.

You can create the employee groups depending up on your clients requirement, Eg: Permanent, Temporary, Seasonal, Trainee, Advisor etc
And define the employee subgroups and assign them to the employee groups Like
Enterprise structure>Definition>Human Resource Management-->Employee Groups & Employee Groups
Enterprise structure>Assignment>Human Resource Management-->Assign employee subgroup to employee group
you can create employee subgroups depending up on your requirement like asst manager, manager, GM, MD, VP ETC an assign them to the employee subgroups ok.
Ensure that certain empployee subgroups may not be assigned to employee group based on requiremen, but create all the employee sub groups which is existing in the organization.

10.5.3: Email sub-groups not working

Hi Everyone,
I upgraded my server to 10.5.3 the other day, and I have discovered a problem. In the workgroup manager I have groups that "mailing list" feature enabled. In these groups I have members that are both individual users, and also other groups. Ever since I upgraded to 10.5.3 members of the subgroups don't receive any emails when messages are sent to the parents list.
For example, I have a group called "ParentGroup" which has the members of "user1", "user2", and "ChildGroup". ChildGroup has members of "User3" and "user4". If I send an email to "ParentGroup", only users 1&2 get an email, and NOT 1,2,3&4 like it should be.
If I check my /etc/aliases file and look in the automatically generated section, indeed I see an entry like:
parentgroup: user1, user2
I can say with certainty that this issue stems from the upgrade to 10.5.3 and not a matter of just not waiting long enough for the script to update /etc/aliases.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone know what updates /etc/aliases? Is it a cron job, or a daemon that is always running?

Yes we are having exactly the same problem, and it was triggered by the upgrade to 10.5.3
I hope Apple proposes a fix to this soon. We have a large number of nested groups set up. The symptom is just as you described. Emails being sent to a group "mailing list" are only making it to users that are direct members of that group, not the inherited members from nested groups.
Quite frustrating.

E mail not being received

Hi, I use BT yahoo mail through outlook 2010, sent mails show as sent in outbox, i get no error message but they are not going to recipients. I have deleted account and re set up in outlook i am using the IMAP settings as on the BT web site. When i send mail from my apple devices using same e mail account they are recieved ok? Any ideas ? Thanks in advance.I should add when i set up account in outlook and hit test message that gets received ok . In additon I can send myself emails using outlook.

Response Groups not working

My environment is a single Lync 2013 Front End Server installed on Server 2012.
It works since a year and now we want to use some response groups. I created 2 of them and everything seems fine but i cant call these groups. Not from internal and also not from external.
The clients shows an 500 internal server error with ID 26017.
So i traced the whole thing on the Front End Server. It seems the Response Group Service cant work with the local SQL Server. I see three error messages.

The Lync Server Event Log shows this error when the Response Group Service starts:
LS Response Group Service ID 31067
Lync Server 2013, Response Group Service Match Making could not find the Contact object used for subscribing to agents' presence.
Cause: The application has not been properly activated or the Contact object was deleted.
Resolution:
Deactivate and then activate the application for this pool.
Is there a way to reinstall / reconfigure the whole response group service incl. the active directory objects?

He ran Get-CsApplicationEndpoint and received a warning that let him to a resolution.
Short of that, I'd rerun step 2 in the deployment wizard and restart services when you can to see if I could jog anything loose.

Anyway to get around "Employees could not be linked" on IT0031

Here's the situation we have. We had an employee that retired mid-year. Upon retirement we have a new PERNR created that the employee starts receiving his pension under. Upon creation of this new PERNR, there was no Ref Pers No entered and there was no SSN entered on IT0002.
In order to produce both W-2 and 1099-R for this person, we need these PERNRs to be linked so they can share an SSN. However, when maintaining infotype 31 on either PERNR and putting in the other PERNR, I'm presented with the following error:
"Employees could not be linked"
Upon expanding the error we're presented with the following:
Employees could not be linked
Message no. HR_CENTRAL_PERSON002
Diagnosis
Several links to other objects already exist for the personnel numbers that you have entered.
System Response
The reference link between the personnel numbers has not been created.
Procedure
Check the employees that you have entered. You can only link employees if they have not already been linked to other objects (such as a user).
Is there any way to get around this so that the SSN can be included on both PERNRs infotype 0002 record so this person can get both their W-2 and their 1099-R?

I am not sure how you have created new pernr. Generally if some employee have multiple pernr then those are linked with central person. Check HRP10001("CP-P") relationship. That will give you all the linked pernr which are assigned to that central person.
For example when we used to run a action to transfer one employee from one country to other country then we need to run transfer action with the existign pernr. Then it will create one new pernr with "CP" as same. So for your case you have to run with the same pernr with the related action, then only it will link you pervious pernr and newly created pernr with same central person.
If you run hiring action then this should not linked to same pernr.
