Enter a business location for ECC 6 EHP 5 (Taiwan)

Hi,
While releasing the billing doc to accounting we are getting the error Enter a business location
Message no. F5A192
We are working on ECC6 EHP 5 and this requirement is for Taiwan.
I have found the SAP Note; 376018, however this is valid for 4.6c ONLY.
Could you please check and advise is this note is valid for ECC 6 as well. Or do we need to apply any other notes.
Or any other suggestions.

    Dear:
              Please proceed as per SAP note  to remove the error as given under
               You can have default business place per company code and for specific purposes. In one company, you can also define default  for each transaction or for all transaction codes.  If this customizing does not existed, the default from user paramter 'ID_BUPLA' is used.
               The customizing is required as the following :-
    IMG-> FI global setting -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
    -> Business Transactions -> Outgoing Payments -> Automatic Outg.Payment
    -> Automatic Posting -> Branch Assignment for Automatic Postings
    a)Define Assignment Keys (V_1AZFSCHL)
       Br.All   =  space  or <transaction code>
       Text     = 'Default bus.place for <transaction> in batch'
    b)Define Branch Assignment for Automatic Postings (V_T042ZF)
       Br.All   =  space  or <transaction code>
       Company  =  <company>
       Branch   =  <bus.place>
    Note: branch allocation key = space means for all transaction codes.
    2) implement the correction in func.module 'J_1H_BUPLA_GET_VALUE'
       and program MF05AFB0_BUPLA_SETZEN.

  • CRM orders with error "Do not enter a business agreement for sold-to party"

    Dear SDN'ler,
    after creating orders in SAP CRM via ISA (CRM 4.0) and uploading them to R/3 all orders are created successfully in R/3 but an error message is sent back to SAP CRM in case of ALL orders.
    Error message is the following:
    "Do not enter a business agreement for sold-to party xyz"
    Message no. CRM_BILLING011
    Diagnosis
    The field "FI-CA active" is not selected for the sold-to party 6000201 in the business master record. Since the business agreement is used in the component FI-CA, excluding the control of processes, it makes sense to enter a business agreement.
    Procedure
    Delete the entered business agreement.
    ==> Could someone please give me some more information about the mentioned "business agreement"? Where do I find field "FI-CA active" (in R/3 or CRM customer master data?)?
    ==> And how can I eliminate this error message for CRM orders in SAP CRM?

    Please check the customising setting under following path:
    SPRO --> Customer Relationship Management --> Master Data --> Business Partner -- > Business Agreement --> Define Basic Settings
    Alternatively you may also check following customisation table using SM30 --> CRMC_BUAG_ACTV

    BP ERP05 ESS 1.41
    BP ERP05 MSS 1.41
    BP ERP05 COMMON PARTS 1.41
    BP ERP05 BUYER 1.41
    BP ERP05 HR ADMINISTRATOR 1.11
    ....few others
    Queries below -

    ○       Business Package for Manager Self-Service (SAP ERP) 1.3

    ○       Business Package for HR Administrator (SAP ERP) 1.1
    Should we upload the above BP before we deploy main packages like ESS 1.41, MSS 1.41 and HR Admin 1.11?
    2 - We need to download and install BP from both paths - "installation and Upgrades" and "support packages and patches" in SMP one after the other?
    3 - Installation sequence to be followed is PCUI_GP followed by Common Parts?
    4 - I am unable to locate any proper installation guide for BP.

  • Possible to run 2 different Business Packages for ECC 5.0 and 6.0 ?

    Hi there,
    anybody knows a solution, to support a Busienss Package for ECC5.0 and 6.0 on one NW7.0 Portal?
    We build a concernportal as mainportal with different companies in one portal. These companies have their own SAP-Systems.
    It´s a complex systemlandscape:
    Company ABC have a SAP HR System with ECC5.0 with one client 401.
    Company XYZ have a SAP HR System with ECC6.0 with TWO clients 020 and 050.
    These both companies wants to get the Business Package for ECC5.0 and ECC6.0
    Our solution is to implement the Federated Portal Network, thats works very fine. (Okay, Sessionproblem with ECC5.0)
    For company ABC we installed a Javastack on host to install the WebDynpros directly to targetsystem ECC5.0
    For company XYZ we have a problem with FPN, because the two clients in the targetsystem.
    We installed a Javastack with portal on this machine, import BP for ECC6.0, customize portal and ABAP and pick the roles vis FPN from mainportal. But only for ONE client (020).
    Now we can´t connect these Jco´s to the other client, because the users, tehre are in client 050 are not in 020 for logon to the portal. The portal supports only one client as UME on a doublestack-installation.
    On Mainportal we don´t install any business packages, because there are only for one Targetrelease.
    SAP Help have a solution for mapping the Jco´s, but don´t help us:

    Does anyone have same problems?
    Must we install a Javaonly-system, to connect the other Client for company XYZ (050) ?

    There are two approaches (that I'm aware of):
    - install external authentication (such as an LDAP which can be populated from the R/3 backends)
    - install an additional Java instance
    I would go for both of them because
    - it will make things easier if you implement other functionality that is in the portal (non-ESS)
    - it will avoid patching one portal and to keep the SPs of both backend systems in sync with the portal

  • Transfer rules are not exist for ECC Quality source system in BI Dev

    I Connected BI Dev system To ECC Dev and installed the sales, purchasing,... data flow, but here i am not getting the quality data to show the reports, to get Quality data  I established the connection between BI Dev and ECC QA, while installing the transfer rules for the ECC QA data sources there no transfer rules are exist(only some of them exist) in the business content, but all the update rules,... are exist, when i right on the data source say create transfer rules it is proposing App praposal.
    When i select source system as ECC dev while installing the transfer rules i can see all the transfer rules, but when i select source system as ECC QA i can see only some transfer rules.
    only problem with transfer rules(some of them exist), for remaining all objects are properly existing in business content for ECC QA source system.

    Thanks for the quick reply. We are not moving the stuff to QA. We are only connecting QA ECC system to BI Dev. We already have datasources moved to ECC QA and created source system for ECC QA in BI Dev.
    The problem is I am not able to get Business Content transful rule for new source system. We I can find some but not all unlike development.

  • MessageBox on Adobe Form in MSS PCR for ECC 5.0

    Hello,
    I have a question regarding the behavior of Adobe form messagebox in MSS PCR.
    I tried to test how the messagebox looks like, and so I created a PCR scenario with an Adobe form. This form contains a datetime field. I added the script "xfd.host.messageBox("this is message", "this is title") to the "exit" event of the datetime field. Then I did all the necessary steps so that this PCR is displayed in the Portal.
    Now at the runtime, when I select a date value from the datetime field, the messagebox is displayed, BUT within an empty Adobe Reader page. It is not displayed on the top of my adobe form.
    But the strange thing is that when I use tab key to navigate through the datetime field, the messagebox is displayed on the top of my adobe form, without the empty Adobe Reader page.
    I also tried my script with several different event types, including "Change", and "Validate", it behaves the same way. But when I tried it with the event type "MouseExit", no empty Adobe reader page is shown up at all (of course, this is not the right event type for me)
    The environment is ECC 5.0, MSS business package for ECC 5.0, SAP Portal 7.0 (NW 2004s), Adobe LiveCycle 7.1
    Has anyone experienced this? I'd really appreciate any comments and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

    I had just started to use the old iPhoto but then came the update to Photos app. I used to be able to manually enter location for some of my photos in the iPhoto app. How can I do the same with the new Photos app? Since this is an update, surely there must be a better way or improved interface to do the same!

    I need to have multiple sales locations for the same Business Partner, is it possible within SAP Business one?
    The Business Partner have several locations of sales and we need to delivers & have a service level with that locations.

    I need the have each LOS ( Location of sale or location of delivery) of Business Partner because we will deliver items for the LOS and not for BP.
    As we also need to control (serial numbers) items & services ( field management) I also need to have the LOS as BP.
    As example:
    BP name AAA have 30 LOS.
    BP AAA bought 2000 items.
    BP AAA ask us to old theses items in warehouse.
    BP AAA request to delivery a x quantity in LOS 1, 2,3,4,...
    The invoice went to BP AAA, but the deliveries will be to each LOS of BP AAA.
    As I said we need to have the field services working side-by-side with serials numbers and services for each LOS of our BP AAA.
    So, we have subcustomers from big customer BP AAA.
    Do we have any way of having all subcustomers(LOS) as BP, along with the real customer AAA?

    I need  to take a chance to ask about my requirement on Activating Business area for existing Company (one company code) in SAP Ecc 6.0, My client wants to open one more plant to do different business operations, he wants to see Trail balance and Financial  statement individual business wise, hence this we need to activate Business areas to track Financial statement different business wise.
    Note: Even though We are in ECC 6.0, client doesn't want to go Profit center wise segment accounting. he is mainly looking about Business area.
    Kindly advice me to do this things in Ecc 6.0, Even I couldn't find T.codes for Business area adjustments through the path wise in SAP Easy Access screen Ecc 6.0. also what would I be taken precaution to do this scenario and what is the impact once i activate Business areas for existing company(one company code)
