Hopefully you can help me here because I can't find what the problem is. I created my organization structure and the business partners, there is a rule that assigns the support team based on the subject and that works perfectly great but as soon as I specified the country to the support team in transaction BP the transaction notif_create sends this error when I try to save the support notification: "Entry not found in database buffer". Message no. COM_PARTNER109
Any help would be appreciate it

At least we found out message class of this message.
From your given Function module we could identify that it giving information message, but we are experiencing error of object buffer related message.
In error it showing sub object as "Dates", can you please guide us to elaborate this further.

Is it a customized support message (e.g. ZLFN for instance) or the standard one ? If customer message, check your action profile... You need to have a copy from the standard action SLFN0001_ADVANCED_UPDATE_DNO.

Error "kdc: Server not found in database" on attempted connections using Network User Credentials

I am rebuilding my system after a recent debacle with Time Machine, which resulted in a complete wiping of my Open Directory contents. At this point, users can log into various computers on the network, when the hosts have been reconnected to the newly formed Open Directory and the trust certificate has been authorized. However, when users attempt to connect to any file share, the Network User Account credentials fail to gain access.
I am running Mac OS X 10.9.4 on all systems. Two mac-mini's are running OS X Server 3.1.2. One of these servers (mavericks1.pediatricheartcenter.org) is the Open Directory. While testing the system, I am using the console on "Mavericks1," so the following discussion involves communication between the two server hosts only.
From Mavericks1, I open the console and attempt to connect to my file server, named fileserver.pediatricheartcenter.org. I clear the console just prior to sending a "registered user" request to "FileServer" to gain access. Careful examination of the console records shows the following:
1. The Network User is authorized with a message "ENC-TS pre-authentication succeeded".
2. Mavericks1 lists a console message that reads "kdc: Server not found in database: krbtgt/[email protected]:no such entry found in hdb"
3. Mavericks1 lists a console message that reads "kdc: Server not found in database: cifs/[email protected]: no such entry found in hdb"
4. The process registers what appears to be a final failure before trying again with "kdc: Failed building TGS-REP to 127.0.0.1:64390"
FileStorage.local does not exist in the DNS, nor does it exist on FileStorage.pediatricheartcenter.org. That (local) host name was removed when the domain host name for filestorage.pediatricheartcenter.org was created.
1. Why does the kerberos process reference a host name that does not exist?
2. What might be causing the failed authentication exchange?
3. What can be done to remedy the issue?

I spent some time on the phone with Apple Support on Friday. Thank you to Linc Davis for providing some insights into the issues.
As a result of the conversation with Apple Support we learned the following, which I will report here for those who might find this page again:
First, OpenDirectories are extremely fragile. Once you have turned on your OpenDirectory, do not do any of the following:
Do NOT change the host name.
Do NOT change the IP address.
If you are going to attempt either of these things, you should make a clone of your drive (not just a TimeMachine backup, a fully bootable clone, just in case).
Performing these activities (particularly the changing of the host name) will "break" your open directory, and the only way to rebuild the open directory is first to fully destroy the original. Several services are also destroyed when OpenDirectory is broken, the most notable is Profile Manager.
DESTROYING OPEN DIRECTORY
To fully destroy OpenDirectory, it is more complex than simply turning off the OpenDirectory and turning it back on again. Perform the following steps:
Install WorkGroup Manager (it is depricated, but Apple still has a version available for use with OS X Mavericks to handle functions that the Server App does not perform like exporting users and groups).
Sign into WorkGroup Manager as the directory administrator (user name defaults to "diradmin" the password is defined on OpenDirectory creation).
Export the Users, Groups, Computers and Computer Groups to the Desktop or another safe location.
Close WorkGroup Manager
Turn off the OpenDirectory in Server App.
Delete the Server App from the Applications folder and put it in the Trash. (This will disable any active services that are marking various files as being currently in use. Don't worry, we will restore it from the Trash when we are done).
In the terminal, run the following command: sudo slapconfig -destroyldapserver
Make a backup of all website files (just in case)
Navigate to the folder /Library/Server and delete the ProfileManager folder. (If you willing to do so, delete the whole Server folder).
After deleting various folders in the /Library/Server directory, restore the Server.app from the Trash.
Run the Server App.
Set the computer's network connection and host name.
Create a new OpenDirectory.
Use WorkGroup Manager to import any exported files from Step 3.
If you deleted the entire Server directory, use the website backup to retrieve the files that comprise your web site(s) and use the Server App to link the file directories to the Web site's domain name(s).
Personal Note: These instructions got me farther than any other tips I had received previously. After following these instructions, I was able to rebuild my Open Directory. During the process of copying files from the old user home folders into the new user home folders, the computer froze and when it rebooted, all the users and groups I had created during the day had disappeared. Rather than trouble-shooting it again, I decided to do a fresh installation.
A NOTE ON HOME FOLDERS
PER APPLE SUPPORT: Do NOT use the default /Users directory for Network users. Apple Support wanted me to rebuild the home directory, but they noted I was not able to do this, because I had used /Users. This folder ("/Users") is a critical component of the OS X system, and will cause additional problems if the folder is destroyed and rebuilt. The directory id and permissions must remain unchanged from the original installation.
For this reason, Server administrators (like yourself) should use File Sharing in the Server App to create a new anchor point for home directories. Create a shared folder. Ensure that it is shared over the protocols that you will be using (AFP, SMB, WebDav), and then after selecting these values, check the box that allows the folder to be used as a home directory at the bottom of this list. This box will be greyed out if the system is not already bound to an OpenDirectory. If you have activated OpenDirectory on the same machine, the machine will operate as if bound to itself, and this field will be active. If the FileShare server is NOT an OpenDirectory master or replica, then bind the machine to an OpenDirectory via the "System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Options".
If the local area network has FileShares that are enabled for home directory use, the folders will appear in the User Profile editor under the Home Folder list (See image)
In the screenshot above, I have selected a shared directory named "HomeFolders". By using specially defined home folder directory, the server administrator has the option of deleting and modifying the home folder if necessary. Creating a home folder directory in a location other than "/Users" is the recommended best practice by Apple Support.
If you are inserting files into the home folders, you will need to change the owner and the group to the new owners names. I copied files from the old user directories into the new user directories so that the users would have access to their old files. When my OpenDirectory crashed, and all the users were recreated, they were recreated with different system level user id's. The system therefore maintains a memory that the file was owned by the original owner, even though the system administrator has put it in the new user profile's folder. To fix this, do the following:
1. Prior to making the copy, run "ls -al" from the terminal on the new home directory root. You are looking for the default folder owner and default folder group. On my system it was the user name and a group named "staff".
2. When making the copy, do not replace the user folder. Copy the files into the file folder, not over it.
3. After you have moved files into the user's folders, you can use "sudo chown -R [owner]:[group] [homeFolderPath]/*" and "sudo chmod -R 700 [homeFolderPath]/*" (replace the [owner] and [group] portions of these commands with the owners and groups identified by the command in step 1, and replace [homeFolderPath] with a path to the user directory created for the specific user.
For example:
For the user johnnybgood, we might see the following:
1. We run "ls -al" on the newly created home folder and find that the folder /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood is owned by johnnybgood and the group "staff".
2. We copy or move files from the old locations using commands similar to the following:
       sudo mv /OldFolderLocation/johnnybgood/Documents/* /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood/Documents
       sudo mv /OldFolderLocation/johnnybgood/Desktop/* /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood/Desktop
       sudo mv /OldFolderLocation/johnnybgood/Music/* /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood/Music
       ....etc....
       (notice how we are not just moving the old johnnybgood folder to the new location.)
3. Next, we change the ownership and file permissions:
       sudo chown -R johnnybgood:staff /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood/Documents
       sudo chown -R johnnybgood:staff /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood/Desktop
       sudo chown -R johnnybgood:staff /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood/Music
       ...etc...
       sudo chmod -R 700 /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood/Documents
       sudo chmod -R 700 /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood/Desktop
       sudo chmod -R 700 /Volumes/HomeFolders/johnnybgood/Music
       ...etc...
4. Let the user log in and use the system normally.

Cache entry not found error message in java console 1.6.0_05 - Citrix ICA

Client information:_
Windows XP_SP2
Java Runtime version 1.6.0_05
Application: Citrix ICA version 9.4.1868
Slow citrix ICA client connection, repeated errors in the java console stating "cache entry not found". However when I downgrade to Java Runtime version 1.5.0_10 I do not see the "cache entry not found" errors and the Citrix ICA connection is much faster. Basically launches and connects in 10 seconds versus 2 minutes.

All your classes must be accessible through the web. The easiest solution is to put all your classes in the same folder as your web page.
If your classes are in a different folder (which must be mapped as a virtual directory), try adding the codebase attribute to your applet.

In SS02 in the directory below SAPSSO2000.pse is incorrect. This should point to /usr/sap/MQW/DVEBMGS04/sec/SAPSYS.pse and I am not sure how to correct it. Do I need to maintain a profile to do this.

Hi,
When I simulate a trip I get error message "Entry not found in Table T706V Argument JSP IN 0022420080901 is missing".
Where JS is Trip provision copied from 40 Trip Provision. I am not undersatnding what is 00224.
When I try this in IDES , it works with 40 Trip Provision Variant.The same config gives error in other system with trip provision variant JS.

Entries not found in table BSIS for a particular G/L Account

Hi,
When I display a Document through FB03 Eg. '3062000670', I can see that two G/L are being hit

When I goto to the table BSIS to Display the lineitems of the G/L '5700700' , no entries are found.
I have to write a report based on the G/L Account .
Please help.

I have checked the table BSAS as well, it also has no entries corresponding the above G/Laccount.
I can find the entries in BSEG for that G/L, but since it does not have the G/L account as primary key
my program will take very long processing time as the user will give range of G/L accounts.
When I Check the Report FS10N with the same G/L account, and double click to see the lineitems
it also gives me the message 'no line items found' eventhough it shows some amount in the first screen.

Normally this is something you would want to deactivate, and by the sound of it this is also the case.
If removing all entries is too much for you, just maintain what you want to keep as a minimum access for all those who do not have any other structural authorizations (in which case they have SAP*'s access...).

/SAPAPO/SYSDIR - Entry not found for Logical System

Hi Guys...
I have upgraded a new SCM 5.0 box from a database copy of APO Production. Ran the BDLS to convert the logical system pointing to Quality box. The challenge I am facing is to define a Distribution Definition in SPRO for Planned Independent Requirements. One of the values required in the Publication Definition is 'Logical System'. I need to point this APO Quality system to R/3 Quality system.
Since this happened to be an upgrade from an APO production database, this does not have the R/3 Quality system in the list of Logical Systems when I do the drop down. All it has is the logical system name of the APO Quality System (Self) and R/3 Production System.
When I create a new entry by manually entering the logical system name of R/3 Quality System, it says no entry found in /SAPAPO/SYSDIR. My question is, how do I populate this directory with the logical system name of R/3 Quality system? Your answer at the earliest will be highly appreciated with correct points.

Location in APO is nothing bu the Plant Master Data ( Or Vendor Master, Customer etc)
Goto Transaction- /sapapo/loc3 to view both the plants JNa and JWA
I think that you would have to define the integration mdoels which define what data( MASTER and TRNSACTIONAL) has to flow from R3 and APO and vice versa.
Contact your APO Functional Team to set these up for the new logical system(SCM Quality) in the transactions- CFM1 and CFM2 and define the data which has to flow between the systems ( R3 and APO)
For your 2 locations:
Follow these steps in the meanwhile with the help of APO Functional Guy
(1) Define the CONNECTIVITY steps which I have mentioned in the previous reply in R3 Quality
(2)Goto transaction- CFM1
Enter a model name- LOC( Any Name)
Enter a logical system- SCM Quality
APO Application- Lo(Any NAme)
Select PLants check box and
IN the right hand side- General selection options input the 2 locations- JNA and JWA in the Plant Field
Save this and execute and then save it.
(3) Goto CFM2 and automatically you should see the same model as you deifned in CFM1.
Execute this.
The above steps make sure that the Location( Or PLant) master data is sent over to APO Quality.
Now the source system should have been changed on the location masters in APO.
Hopefully this should resolve the issue and you will be able to enter a publication type for your locations- JNA and JNW
There are many other steps which you need to do apart from these for your entire setup.

DOMParser object not found in database

Hi, I'm not sure if this should go here or somewhere else.. Anyway, I've got a really simple java function that takes a CLOB as a parameter and simply returns whether or not it's a valid document. Works fine in JDeveloper, but when I try to load it into the database, I get:
Errors in cdh_j_validate:
ORA-29521: referenced name oracle/xml/parser/v2/DOMParser could not be found
The XML Parser is installed on the database and is functioning properly.. I am deploying my Java stored procedure to the same schema that the xml parser was installed into. Any suggestions?

Would you load xmlparserv2.jar to DB? Or before this check if it is loaded to your schema by:

Entries not found - due to index corruption?

Dear friends,
in the last couple of days, we run into serious trouble with our directory server.
In our accounts, there is a unique number for every person's entry. On this attribute, we created an index.
Everything was ok, but recently the search requests which uses this attribute in the filter went wrong. The server does find the entries by this filter.
To make it even worse, our plugin which checks the uniqueness of this attribute does not find the existing entries as well. So, new entries are created instead of updating
the existing accounts!
My guess is that there is problem with that index. How can I check the index and re-build it if necessary? Or is there any other possible reason for that strange behaviour?
We use Directory Server 5.2 SP4 on Solaris 9 SPARC, our database contains more than 60 000 entries and is about 1.3GB large.

Hi,
You can reindex all your suffix from the console, but the best method I think is :
1) Add,modify, delete your indexed attributes
2) Make your DS in READ-ONLY mode
3) export you DB to ldif file : db2ldif -n instance -s suffix -r (if you need replica information) -a output-file
4) Re-import you DB : ldif2db -n instance -s suffix
During the restore, all your indexes will be recreated.

after downloading cs6 i can not open it. when i try it says "the procedute entry data GetlogicalProcessor information could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL 32.dll.
what does this mean..and how can i correct it.
i was able to download the software on my laptop, but apparently my ex had already used a trial of the software before and it wont allow me to utilize the trial version.
any help will greatly be appreciated.

Similar problems have been reported in the past trying to load Photoshop CS6 onto Windows XP SP2.
Windows XP SP3 (free Service Pack from Microsoft) is the minimum requirement.

COGI deletion log - AFFWPRO entries not found

Hi Experts,
I assume all cogi deletion entries stored in AFFWPRO table.
If yes, I am not able to find any entries in AFFWPRO table eventhough I deleted COGIs.
What could be the reason? Is there any special note need to apply or any functional module need to get activate?

The above note 309050 is applicable for the versions upto 4.6C, but we are using ECC6.
Eventhough we are using version ECC6, AFFWPRO is not getting updated (COGI deletion entries).
Could you please suggest what I need to do?
