Equipment disconnection status
Hi all,
I want to get the equipment disconnection status for a certain date. I heard it's not in a table. There might be a function module to do this.
(I'm NOT talking about system or user status)
Can anyone tell me?

I want to update equipment user status with PM Order Status.
for example, if i close the PM01 - Maintenance Order , equipment user status will be updated "001-Fixed".

you are right, i guess my example is not clear for this case. I wrote this basic example for easy understanding.
anyway, i wanna write a scenario, we have 4 user status for equipments. we wanna run with PM order status and good movements. equipments are on our customers so that we can refurbish and fix on the field or our refurbishment center.
1. if equipment is come from customer for refurbishment , equipment status will be updated "001-waiting for refurbishment" with good issue.
2. if equipment is refurbished, (refurbishment)order will be completed so equipment status will be updated " 002- refurbished"
3.if equipment is not refurbished, (scrap) order will be opened for removing equipment's spare so equipment status will be updated " 003- scrap"
4.if equipment's spare is removed, (scrap) order will be closed and equipment status will be updated " 004 - write off"
I hope it will be cleared.
there is a bapi for updating equipment user status"BAPI_EQUI_GETSTATUS" but i don't want bapi because of locking the equipment. which can i use user-exit or badi for this case?

Ops Center 12c - proxy disconnected status

I have managed to get Proxy Controller into a state that it does not like talking to Ops Centre itself, but keeps going offline after disconnected status.

All the services seem to be online as well. I checked the /var/svc/log's, which only show that services were either successfully started or stopped. -
Movement Type 122 and Equipment Master status
Using Movement type 102 (Reversal Goods Receipt) the Equipment master status is reset to
AVLB and the stock batch is deleted.
However movement type 122 (Return Delivery to Vendor) does not do this.
Is there anyway to modify movement type 122 so that it works like 102 ?

Phil.If it is a Return to vendor - 122 movement type transaction, the reason for the movement is that the equipment is defective or some issues are there and that is the reason it has been returned. Given 122 movement type is designed to reflect such a business scenario, how you are expecting that this should result in Equipment status to become AVLB.
So the question is why are you posting 122 if it is not real return due some defect ? -

Remove function location for equipment with status ESTO
hello all,
i want to remove function location for a given equipment,
this i am doing it by BAPI_EQUIP_DISMANTLE,
how ever i am unable to delete the function location for the equipment whose status is ESTO
now my question is how do i remove function location for the equipment whose status is ESTO

Here Double Click on the SysSt to reach this screen. Here in Business Transaction PM03 change the Radio button from Forbidden to Allowed as shown here.

Equipment System Status is Available and Installed
Hi,
I have an Equipment "xxxxxx" which is installed in one function location "yyyyyyyyyy" and now i dismantelled that euipment "xxxxxx" from that FL "yyyyyyyyyy" and installed Euipment "xxxxxx" in FL "zzzzzzzzzz"
my problem here is my euipment "xxxxxx" status in "AVLB" and "INST" showing both the statuses instead of INST
may i know how to solve this problem make the status to "INST"

I found the solution...
it is maintained for equipment with serial data
how to set equipment status AVLB and INST
goto IE02 and click on
EDIT --> Special Serial Number Functino --> Manual Transaction --> from stock
it will give status as AVLB and INST
this can used as equipment available in warehouse and installed is because warehouse maintained as functinoal location

Update Customer Equipment Card Status
Hi Experts,
Out client has around 500 equipment cards with different status. They want to change/update the status. Doing it manualy will take lot of time and also possibility of error.
Is there a way to do it in batch giving a range selection for change/update in the status ?
ThanksActually the customer equipment card does not get updated because the following error:
error code: -10
error message: Customer Equipment Card has valid Contracts.
I guessed the error might means to say "has some invalid Contracts.". But I checked the service contracts and found nothing wrong. customer code, dates, and items are all valid
Anyone can tell me what exactly this error message mean?

AMI - Remote Disconnection (Status Change Request) trigger
Hello Colleagues,
We have Dunning creating Disconnection documents (in addition to Disconnection Notification Work Items) for AMI (smart)meters.
Question:
At what point in the process is the Enterprise Service for Device Status Change triggered?
We have tried closing the Disconnection Work item, and then entered a Planned Disconnection date in the Disconnection document (transaction EC86).
After the above steps, we go into AMI monitoring for the Device in question, but we dont see any outbound message for Device Status change.
If you know what I am missing, your feedback would be really appreciated.
The AMI Wiki says the enterprise service is triggered when the Disconnection document is changed with planned disonnection date.

You need to do the following in order to trigger status change service
1)Create Disc. Doc. EC85
2)Generate Discon. Order EC86 & save ( with or without work item)
3)Without Work item EC86 give Disc. Doc. no. & enter now double click on Discon order & execute either immediate disconnection
by pressing button or wait for planned date, on planned date this will automatically got disconnected & corresponding web service will be triggered.

Calibratiom Equipment Rejected Status
Hi QM Experts,
If equipment has been rejected at the time of calibration. (It is not in use for further)
So that i can give the usage decision as rejected.
For above condition what system will do?
whether system automatically block the equipment for next scheduling. (Next Inspection Lot create or not)
Because we don't want this equipment, it is Scrap.
Kindly give the suggestion if equipment rejected what will be the procedure.

No as per std sap UD will not set the equipment INACTIVE / DELETION automatic. For that thing you will have to incorporate some enhancement about your requirement and I think following function module and/or the User exists may help you.

QEVA0010 UD: Usage decision check

About a User exit QEVA0010 you may procede this way.
Steps:
1.The solution is to use the User Exit namely QEVA0010 and use the logic as mentioned below.
2. Test and use the above mentioned user exit.
3. The first condition should be checked for Inspection Type - 14 and for UD code NG.
4.Logic to be used To set the deletion flag for the Equipment.
Go to Table QAPP - Pass inspection lot Number and get the Equipment no.
Go to Table EQUI - Pass Equipment no and get OBJNR
Go to Table JEST - Pass the Objnr - The value for deletion flag status is active is I0076 and the value for deletion flag inactive is I0320.
In order to set the deletion Flag,use help of FM - STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN to code.
5.Logic to be used To set the deletion flag for the Maintenance Plan.
Go to Table QALS - Pass inspection lot no and get the order no.
Go to Table AFIH - Pass order no - Get maintenance Plan.
Go to Table MPLA - Pass the maintenance plan and get the Objnr no.
JEST - Pass the Objnr - The value for deletion flag status is active is I0076 and the value for deletion flag inactive is I0320.
In order to set the deletion Flag,use help of FM - STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN to code.

Status not visible in Equipment Master
Hi,
I am not able to view the System Status and User Status in Transaction IE02, 'General Data' Screen. However if I click on the Status button, the system and user statuses are seen ('Change Status' screen).
Is there any config setting that I have to do?

My requirement is to block order/notification creation against an equipment . I have tried creating a user status and activating radio button for "forbidden" against following transactions :

IP42-Schedule the plan Schedule the plan for the quantity with frequency defined in the plan.Which schdule the according to the schdule date.Schedule date generates pm order for the plan on due date.
IW33-Display order.
QE51-Calibration result recording for equipment- Gives status for result i.e ok or not ok.
QA11-Lot usage decision
IW41-Confirmation for the order.
