Erp2005 - wd abap Lean Order Model (LORD_MODEL)

hi folks,
we're using LORD_MODEL to show sales-documents in web-based transactions; does anyone know how we could integrate our customer-exit screens which run in standard VA03 sapGui-Transaction, or whats the best scope to do that?
or is there any documentation about LORD_MODEL and all that stuff ????
kind regards,
oliver

    Dear All,
We have a lean order management concept in NWBC. As the lean order contains limited and process oriented elements and tabs, who will decide and configure elements of lean order?
If it will done by a functional consultant, where to do?

  • HR strutural Authorization check in the Lean order Interface (LORD)

    Hi ,
We place Quotations , Orders in CRM 7.0 , via the Lean order Interface Screen (LORD) . So users in ECC have HR structural authorization and they seems to the checked ( for the HR# part of the Sales Team , and comming accross as partner function in the Quotations , Orders documents )
Can we avoid the HR structural Authorization check in the Lean order Interface ?

    Dear Christophe,
I do not understand the requirement...you create ERP orders via CRM interface, and you have set up authorization in ERP for the users. Why do you want to prevent the authority check when coming from CRM when it is needed ?
However please consider note 1446253 quesiton 9.
You might activate or deactivate the "current user" flag in sm59 for your ERP system.
    Hope this information helps...

  • Lean order API+ menu option - Extras / Output / Header / Edit

    all,
Attempting to configure the lean order sales screens for use in NWBC.   I am unable to find out how to customize to include the menu option for header output that exists in the standard gui screens (Va02/03).
I need to be able to allow the users to see this header output in the lean order screens.
has anyone configured those screens and come across this option?
    Thank you in advance
    steven

    Hi jamison,
please check output determination and you need to maintain condition records(like with sales organization and condtion type etc)of  output type via tcode NACR. while saving the sales order it will condition records and populate output types automatically.

  • Multiple CRM clients (MCRM) pricing and lean order management

    Hi CRM experts,
We have a scenario where two CRM CLIENTS (not different systems/boxes) (lets say 100 and 110) are connected to two different SAP ECC systems (NOT different clients but different ECC systems). Both CRM clients have interaction center sales with Lean order management. Now ECC systems have to me merged and the it is required to have one ECC client is connected to 2 different CRM clients.
As per the note 1143540 provided by SAP on this subject it seems that multiple CRM systems can be connected to one ECC. The note tells that conditions exchange in not supported.
    1) I want to know if conditions can be exchanged atleast with one system.
    2) We know that multiple CRM systems/boxes are supported but are MULTIPLE CLIENTS supported
    3) Will Lean order be supported with multiple clients of CRM with one ECC backend
Your help on any of the above questions is highly appreciated and points will be given liberally.
    Thanks
    Satish

    Hi Satish ,
Though I have no document which says this would happen or don't , yet I believe this is possible.
I would visualize the scenario likes this
    OLD Scenario
    CRM_CLNT1--RFC_1ECC1                   CRM_CLNT2--RFC_2-ECC2  ( CRM_CLNT* connected through RFC_* to ECC*)
    New Scenario
    CRM_CLNT1  -
    RFC_1------ ECC1----RFC_2--
    CRM_CLNT2
In my opinion at the CRM side this should be possible. It would not lead any change at the CRM side because CRM_1 system and CRM_2 system would still connect to ECC1 through separate RFC connections. But at the ERP side you would have to replicate the data for ECC2 in ECC1.
The Lean order or LORD connects the SAP ERP & SAP CRM systems through a RFC connection using LORD framework on the CRM side. The ERP fields and CRM fields are mapped using mapping table and data is exchanged through communication structure. I don't see any reason why this would be affected.
Let me know your thoughts on this.
I would be interested to know if I you find any relevant documents on this which proves my hypothesis wrong.

  • Quick Question: ABAP web-dynpro model relies on JCO?

    Hi gurus,
As mention in subject. Does ABAP web-dynpro model relies on JCO?
Did a quick search without solid answers...

JCO, is Java Connectors to connect SAP from Java world
You don't need any JCO when you are in the same ABAP Stack
There is no model Nodes/Attributes in Web Dynpro ABAP as in Java, because you are in the same ABAP Stack

    regarding the exam
You can go back to any question whether you have answered or not and change the answers anytime during the test.

  • Issue with Pick to Order Model

    Hi All,
Can any one please help me in the following issue?
I have created a PTO model called ITEM_FG where there are 3 purchased items namely ITEM_1, ITEM_2, ITEM_3.
The issue which I am facing is that after shipping the component lines in the sales order are going to "Invoice Interface - Not Applicable" status. Although the items are invoice enabled in the corresponding organization as well as the Item validation Organization. And in the BOM for the PTO Model "ITEM_FG", the required for revenue is being checked in the corresponding organization & as well as in the Common Organization All the purchased items has been added to the master price list, but still the system is not picking up those price in the sales order lines.
My requirement is that all the cost of the subordinate purchased items should accumulated to the assembly item (ITEM_FG) so as to make the invoice for that assembly instead of taking the price for ITEM_FG from the price list.
E.g. - In the price list I have defined the price as below.
    ITEM_FG as $1
    ITEM_1 = $10, ITEM_2 = $15, ITEM_3 = $20
The price for the SO line 1.1 should be taken by the system as $45 instead of $1 from the price list. Can you please he me out in this issue?
Thanks a lot in advance for your time.
    Regards,
    Jyoti

    Jyoti
Why don't you use the qp_custom package to return the price for this line. Logic is very simple.
    begin
get the line you are pricing (PTO model)
read the BOM for this model
    Loop through the BOM items
for each of this item get the price in the same price list as PTO BOM
sum up the price of each of this item
return this price for this line
    end;
It is standard functionality that the components do not get invoiced but get shipped. Kit item instead gets invoiced but not shipped.
    Thanks

    Hi Fakher,
I hada look at your problem the other day when you first raised the issue. I investigated it for nearly an hour but put it aside then because I got really more and more angry with it.
So, I can't give you any hint but nevertheless decided to drop a short note. I fully agree with your remarks.
I believe that though SAP in the high ranks rightfully embarked for the right vision towards the SOA paradigm, those who design actual Enterprise Services do it kind of an old-fashioned EAI-way. Maybe the interprete 'Enterprise' in ESOA as 'Intra-Enterprise only'.
What I came across was a paragraph in the ECC_SALESORDERCRTRC (what should a non-SAP service consumer think of that service reading that name? will he/she ever be able to memorize that?) which stated something like
<i>Following parameters MUST NOT be supplied any value</i>
followed by a list of input parameters of the service. What are such parameters good for??
The other day I came across another Enterprise Service which contained a number of completely cryptic parameters. After some searching I learnt that this were (patented) global data types which you could only understand if you got hold of some several pages long word documents which were at the time only available SAP internally although the services have long been published then. I think they're still kept secret, atl east I have never seen one or seen a reference to it.
Did you notice that the description of ECC_SALESORDERCRTRC says that it is deprecated and another service should be used instead but it doesn't tell which one?
I could continue ranting another few hours on this topic but as I found out no one of SAP joins a discussion on this.
So I can only conclude that Enterprise Services are not meant to be used by any third party service consumer, at least at the moment..
One last thing. Have you ever seen an enumeration in an Enterprise Service's WSDL? For a long time I thought they have just forgotten to implement it in their current SOAP runtime implementation. I mean, they have a great DDIC, domain values and stuff, they have an inside-out webservice generation wizard but they do not create XSD enumeration restrictions? Why? could it be that they do that on purpose? To make it as difficult as possible for a non-SAP service consumer to understand theservice and auto-generate useful proxies? I wish I would know.
Concerning the ticket stuff (aka bug reporting tool): Ironically as a third-party service consumer you can't file a CSN ticket no matter how broken the service is. You have to find a SAP customer to file it for you (probably the one whose actual service you want to consume). If you've found bug reporting proxy customer he'll know how to open a ticket.
sorry that I couldn't be of any help with your problem.
    kind regards, anton

  • Disaster Recovery in SAP ERP2005-SR1 ABAP- MSSQL.

    Hello.
I am in the process of create a DR server for our SAP ERP2005-SR1 running in SQL2000 with a latest SP patch. This DR server (standby server) is going to have the same SID as my production system, but on a difference host with a difference IP address. I am planning to use a domain installation method to install this DR server. Could someone please provide me with the following information:
    1. Can this be done with same <SYSID> but on the difference host, difference IP address but using domain installation method under Netweaver 2004s environment???
    2. I am going to use the same <sysid>adm account to perform the same installation, is it possible???
    3. Do I need to shutdown production system while I install SAP ERP 2005 on my DR server????
I hope someone could help me with the answer or provide me with the reference documentation on this issue.
    Thanks in advance.
    PL.

    Hello Phuong,
Did similar thing for other purposes...
    1. Can this be done with same <SYSID> but on the difference host, difference IP address but using domain installation method under Netweaver 2004s environment???
    yes
    2. I am going to use the same <sysid>adm account to perform the same installation, is it possible???
<domain>/administrator works. Not sure of <sysid>adm.
    3. Do I need to shutdown production system while I install SAP ERP 2005 on my DR server????
    Should not have to.
It is a lot of things to consider for a full DR solution. I would start with a Sandbox system before doing anything on PRD...
    Best regards,

  • ABAP: Sales Orders user-exit

    Hi all,
I have a functional requirement and I would like to know if a simple technical solution can be applied.
    My functional requirement :
I create a Sales Order and according the Ship-to I've populated, some custom fields in Sales Order Header have to be automatically retrieved from a specific table and displayed in the screen.
During this process, the user can often change the Ship-to and at each time, the system has to retrieve the corresponding data and displayed them into custom fields of the Sales Order.
    I wouls like to know:
1- if the user-exit "MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK" can be used for retrieving the data according the Ship-to
2- which user-exit I can use to display in custom screen of the Sales Order, the retrieved data related to the Ship-to
Do not hesitate to propose all possible solutions, because I'm not aware about the techncial possibilities in Sales Orders.
    Thanks in advance.
    Have a nice day!

    Hi
The first, take in account the recommendations in SAP Note 178328 - Problems due to incorrect user exits in SD.
Read the comments for these subroutines.
Go to SE38 for SAPMV45A and you can see all userexits
Other source. Look for notes in the marketplace (service.sap.com/notes) related with these userexits.
    I hope this helps you
    Regards
    Eduardo
PD: check in include MV45AFZB the subroutines USEREXIT_CHECK* for avoid changes.
In include MV45AFZZ, read the comments for userexit_field_modification. You can avoid modifications for some fields.

  • Lean Order Interface document flow in ERP

    Hi experts,
As I currently do not have a system available which uses the LORD interface, I was hoping anyone could help me out on this question.
When an ECC-quotation is created from an opportunity in CRM and it is then viewed in ECC. Will the CRM opportunity be visible in the ECC document flow? And if it is, is the document flow registered in ECC as well, or retrieved from the CRM document flow tables?
    Thank you!

    Hi B. Verhoefen,
sorry for answering on such an old question, but I found it while searching for another issue.
It will be visible in the transaction history but you need at least LORD version 2. ERP document flow isn't possbile in version 1.

  • Lean Order OIF application - Sales Order - Item Overview - field Article

    Hi colleagues,
my problem is that I do not find the view where the field Article(material) is located. The F1 technical details of the screen says the component and view are
    appl LO_OIF_MAIN_APP
    Web Dynpro Component: FPM_LIST_UIBB
    View Information: V_LIST
but this view V_LIST is a configurable list UIBB (I do not know much about it) and it does not contains the fields in Item Overview subscreen.
I need to know that view because I have to change the field attributes for field Article.
By the way someone knows what view is this? or any tips to find it?
    regards,

    Hi,
Right click on the field and select->Technical settings->you can find the component configuration under current view section. Navigate to configuration and you can choose field and click on attributes button on menu. there you can change values. else find feeder class in general settings. Go to feeder class and method "Get_Definition". here also you can change attributes.
