Error AP Advance payables

I have posted:
Advance payment posting (f-48)= 10000/-
purchase invoice posting(f-43)=100000/-
and the system already showing 75000/- advance payment posting.
while trancefering the advance from special gl to normal items i have traceferd the advance from 75000/- insted of same docment amt 10000/-,
coming to clearing of normal items(f-44) ,it is showing THE AMT IS TOO LARGE FOR CLEARING..
HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE?
IS IT NOT POSSABLE TO CLEAR AMT FROM ONE DOCUMENT TO OTHER DOCUMENT AMT?

Error when running Payables Open Interface Import

Go to SPRO --> Financial Accounting (New) --> General Ledger Accounting (New) --> Business Transaction --> Document splitting --> Classify G/L Accounts for Document Splitting
You wil find the GL account is assigned to category 7000
then following setting needs to be done,
SPRO --> Financial Accounting (New) --> General Ledger Accounting (New) --> Business Transaction --> Document splitting --> Classify Document Types for Document Splitting.
Assign document type KZ to transaction 1000 & variant 0001

Error in advanced installation of obiee on linux

Hi All
while i am installing obiee 10.1.3.2.0 on linux am getting the following error.
"PopChart installation failed. Please re-run it under /uo2/oraobias/product/OracleBI/Corda after this installation.
After specifying the directories and selecting "advanced" installation this error is occuring.
But the installation continued.
Please suggest me if you have any idea.

Hi Sujitha,
I dont know what is the error all about,but it will continue installation and completes it successfully.If you want to use charts that deals with corda that would give you problem.

Stale Date Error in Advance Table...Its Very Urgent

Hi All,
I am getting stale data in Advance Table Regions. I am having to buttons, if I selected button1 it shows one advance table region (with show All and Hide All options) it is showing correct data in the details view.
If I select button2 and new advance table will be shown (with show All and Hide All options) and here if I select show all then I am getting stale data. For both advance tables I am using same two VO's (HeaderVO & DetailVO) but the Viewlinks are different.
For your reference below is the error.
Cause:
The number of displayed records, 8, exceeds the actual number of records, 1, in view object NetAppsProjCreationAM.ProjectLinesVO1_ProjectErrorVL_ProjectLinesVO. Some of the displayed records may have been deleted.
Please any one of you guys help me out in this issue, this is very urgent!!

Then it should work, can you check by putting debugging messages that your VO query is fetching rows properly?Also make sure that all transient columns attributes in VO wizard are not marked selected in query!

Then it should work, can you check by putting debugging messages that your VO query is fetching rows properly?Also make sure that all transient columns attributes in VO wizard are not marked selected in query!

Unknown error in advanced search

Hi all,
Can anyone help me with this.
I try to do an advanced search.
where used one level search (both latest released revision and all released revision)
am not able to get the results. Search returns a null!
Its not working only for 1 particular item(item has 20 where used parts(latest released revisions)).
Can anybody tell me what might be the problem.

"unexpected error" on Advanced permissions site (SP2007)

Hey,
after an export and import from an sharepoint 2007 subsite I can no more access this site:
http:// server / site collection / site /_layouts/user.aspx
at this site I become an “unexpected error”.Other config pages ( /_layouts/*.aspx) works fine.
How can I solve this problem?

You should see exception messages in the ULS logs when you attempt to access the page.

Error in Advance claim no Reimbursement type displaying after configuration

Hi ,
I am creating Generic application through Advance claim framework. I have created custom solution type and using HRESS_GEN_AP_EO Application
With Appno as 90002(Custom Solution type) and Molga parameter.it shoudl display CVT and MOB application type.
After Execution based on configuration I am not able to see any generic application which I configured.

1. Take List of all applied Invoices of the Payment
2. Check the status of those invoices. Each one of them should be in status 'Accounted'
3. If not,Identify the problem with the Invoice and Clear that. The problem may be Invoice adjustment(adj to Paid invoices allowed).
4. Try running Create Accounting again.
5. If the problem persists still, it conveys us that the Transactions were struck in loop and can be resolved only by using UPDATE command.
6. Contact Oracle for Data fix

BO 4.0 Advanced Analysis for OLAP - The MDAS service encountered an error.

We are running BO 4.0 SP02 Patch 11 with SAP BW 7 and experiencing the following error with Advanced Analysis for OLAP:
"Analysis edition for OLAP
The MDAS service encountered an error."
After you click show details:
"com.crystaldecisions.thirdparty.org.omg.CORBA.MARSHAL minor code: 0x0 completed: No"
I have researched into this and found forums such as:

However, none of these have helped our situation too much.
We have rebuilt the windows server 2008 R2 recently, hence the process we followed was a fresh install of BO 4.0 SP02 platform & tools, and then patch 11 on top of these.
Crystal, WEBI's (using the same BICS connections as the AA's) and Dashboards are all working as per expected.
The errors are for every AA including ones with only 2 variable selections (light queries) to ones with many more. Hence it is platform wide for Advanced Analysis.
I have also tried creating new AA using existing BICS, new BICS existing AA, new BICS new AA all with no luck.
We have also created new Adaptive Processing Servers with only the MDAS as a common service, turned on tracing etc but nothing springs to us as to what is going wrong.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated?

Hi All,
After conversing with SAP support technicians we have found what is causing this issue.
On the windows servers we have the following installed locally:
- BO platform 4.0 SP02
- BO platform 4.0 SP02 patch 11
- BO client tools 4.0 SP02
- BO client tools 4.0 SP02 patch 11
- Crystal reports 2011 SP02
- Crystal reports 2011 SP02 patch 11
- Crystal reports for Ent SP02
- Crystal reports for Ent SP02 patch 11
It seems that the crystal reports 2011 or cr for Ent was causing an issue in the .WAR files that BOE uses to run Advanced Analysis for OLAP.
After uninstalling the two crystal products and removing any left over cr files in program files on the server, AA for OLAP works successfully in our environment.
The other point after this was i stopped the tomcat and SIA, i renamed the BOE folder under <install dir>\SAP BO4.0\Tomcat6\webapps and restarted the tomcat and then the SIA. In 4.0 when the tomcat is started again it will go and recreate the BOE folder from the BO directories effectively recreating the apps .WAR files under the webapps\BOE folder.
SAP will hopefully document this issue for other clients.

Posting Advances gives error : requires an assignment to a CO object

Hi,
When I am posting trip advance through PRRW, it gives the error "account XXXXX requires an assignment to a CO object" but when I am posting expenses it dose not give such error.
Any possible reason for such behavior.

This I believe is because advances are not included in the FM update process triggered from travel management. This is a missing functionality but previously advances reduced the budget in the posting process of a trip request if the wagetype for the advances was customized with a CO receiver.
This was an error because in this case the handling of the commitment item for advances was not correct.
With the introduction of the note 1096393 in the support package, the advances are no longer taken in consideration for the FM
integration, they are not updated in FM at all.
So I think this is why it works correctly for expenses but you get error for advances.
