Error Contract change update in CRM from R/3

We have the following scenario:
1) Create quantity contract in R/3
2) Replicate contract to CRM
3) Create call-off order in CRM
4) Order updates contract in CRM and R/3
When we now change the contract in R/3 (change target  quantity) the inbound queue R3AD_SALESCONTRACT instatus running for a long time. At some point we get message "Time limit Exceeded".
Does anyone have a clue on this error?

Hi,
After entering EXIT, from command prompt you  would need to go to "ua" foler and the execute the following command.
java -cp ua.jar.UaServer
then it will ask for administrator password.
And then the Ua server will be started.
Leave this window as it is.
Open another window in command prompt.
then execute the command
java -cp uagui.jar.UaGui.
This will open the upgrade assistant. Enter the Host name and then the User name as Administrator and the password.
This should help you in resolving the issue.

  • Getting error when ASN update is send from R/3 to SNC

    Hello,
    We are facing below error when we ASN update is send from R/3 to SNC. We are using SNC5.1. Due to this it is not updating it in SNC as ASN confirmed. We are implementing customer collaboration.
    Below is error:
    ASN item 4046020504 / 900002 ( 669301 R00550 / 00001 ): Notified quantity 20196.000000 is greater than due qty 19635.00000000000000 (tolerance: 0.000000) 187(/SCMB/DM_DLV)
    Is this that when the actual delivery qty is more than requested qty R/3,  to have correct update we need to maintain over delivery/Under del tolerance in SNC.
    If yes then where I can maintain in SNC.

    SAP SNC uses the supplier tolerances from the following source:
    If the purchase order that the customer has sent from his or her back-end system to SAP SNC contains delivery tolerances for an item, SAP SNC uses these delivery tolerances. If the purchase order item does not contain delivery tolerances, SAP SNC uses the delivery tolerances from the purchase order header
    If the purchase order does not contain delivery tolerances, SAP SNC uses the delivery tolerances for the purchase order item from the following source:
    If the purchase order item contains a contract, SAP SNC uses the tolerances from the contract.
    If the contract does not exist in SAP SNC or if the purchase order item does not contain a contract, SAP SNC uses the delivery tolerances from the purchasing info record.
    If the purchasing info record does not exist in the SAP SNC system, SAP SNC uses the delivery tolerances from the location product master of the customer location.

    Seriously struck with this issue while loading data into 0PP_C02 using the D.S- 2LIS_04_P_MATNR. I've been getting the error "Time Conversion from 0CALDAY to 0FISCPER (Fiscal Year) Failed... and at update rule I've been getting the error "Error 3 in Update"
    I've searched almost all the posts- alas, all are unanswered.
    Can anyone please provide me the right soultion...?

    Hi Gautam,
    For converting calday to fiscal period, you need to have fiscal variant and also entries in Table T009B for this fiscal variant.
    1) Check whether you have company code populated for all records.
    2) Please check whether you have fiscal variant maintained in the company code master data.
    3) Check whether you have T009B table maintained.
    If not this can be transferred in source system -> Global settings.

  • RemoteApp and Desktop Connections Error 0x800401F0 when updating RemoteApp connections from RDS webfeed

    Environment:
    Windows Server 2012 R2 with RDS roles installed.
    Windows 8 clients
    Issue:
    The RDS Webfeed doesn't updated automatically. Instead, I get an error:
    "An error occurred while updating this connection. Error code: 0x800401f0, 0x0"
    I can perform a manual update in the control panel, but the users who will be using this on a regular basis are blocked from the control panel by a GPO.  Also, I don't want end users to have to perform this update manually anyway.
    I've included a screenshot of the issue for reference.

    Based on your description, I suppose that the issue you are experiencing is:
    The connection updates manually just fine, but it fails in nightly auto-updates. And setting up the connection does prompt for credentials
    the first time after updating KB2857650, and it didn't before. 
    Based on my experience, this may be a known issue of KB2857650. I am trying my best to contact production team to confirm this information.
    Currently, we recommended the following action plan on Windows 7 clients.

    Please uninstall hotfix of KB2857650 on all Windows 7 clients.
    Note: we need to restart the clients after uninstalling the hotfix.
    Then please click
    Start, click
    All Program, click
    Accessories, and then click
    Task Scheduler.
    Open
    Task Scheduler Library under Task Scheduler (local), and then browse to the following location:

  • Error message when updating my Ipod from my Powerbook

    Hello, I need some help re updating songs from my Itunes Library to my Ipod (3rd generation).
    At first it appears that everything is working and the Itunes window states that the songs are being transferred to my Ipod, however after a short while, I get an error message stating that Updating failed. Ipod disk cannot be read from or written to.....
    Anyone come across this before? All assistance gratefully appreciated.

  • Error  - While changing existing leave request from ESS

    We are trying to use the standard leave request application in ESS/MSS. The basic required standard configurations are done. Since we wanted custom notifications, the related workflow is copied into custom workflow and we have included required custom notifications. The custom workflow is also configured properly.
    Now, the standard functionalities like making leave request, triggering notifications, approving leave request and posting information into backend are working fine from the ESS/MSS.
    When the employee tries to change the existing leave request (before approval) from ESS, at the 2nd step (Review and Send), it is displaying one error message General task: can be edited by all users. But, it still allows submitting the records.
    Once it is submitted, the system throws one java error at the final step (after pressing SEND button) u2013 Failed to process request. Please contact your system administrator. - java.lang.NullPointerException. The complete error information is provided in the attached word document. Even though, it throws error the submitted data is getting saved into the backend.
    Please help to solve this issue.

    What custom notifications you require in leave request? We have all available in standard using Rptarqemail
    First of all, the WF task should be set as
    General task: can be edited by all users, which you have done presumably under task classification
    Now, for checking purposes, can you check with standard WF in table v_t554s_web for one absence only?
    ie WS12300111.
    Please test this and let us know if you have errors
    Also please check your custom WF whether it is working correctly or not?

  • Error in BP Creation in CRM from Mobile Client

    Hi,
    I have created the mobile client application MSA. When i do the sync through conntrans, the BP is transfering from MSA to CRM and it is available in Inbound queue. But after executing the Bdoc it gives me a error message saying that the Partner GUID is no exist.
    "Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN."
    This error is in "CAPGEN_OBJ_WRITE" Bdoc.
    When i check in SMW01, this Bdoc has only table CAPGEN_OBJECT with values (1 row).
    and
    "CUST_HIERARCHY" Bdoc has give the below error message.
    "Sending of an empty message is not possible"
    Kindly suggest me where is the issue.

    Which version of CRM are you using? There are some notes for CUST_HIERARCHY BDoc errors. Please have a look at them in the Support Portal.
    CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL is used for validation of rules set in CRM Server and maybe you dont have the same mandatory rules in MSA.

  • URGENT : ERROR 18 while updating the Infocube from ODS....

    We got the data into BW from MS SQL. There are 19 Datasources and we used views for all. Using 19 child ODS objects we updated 3 Parent ODS Objects.
    Now we have to update the 3 ODS objects data to the InfoCube. When we try to Update its giving the error
    "ERROR 18 in the Update" and some hexadecimal error message in the data, but we can only find the error like IV hexavalue inbetween the words(the InfoObject data type is CHAR) and in some errors we cannot find any mistake. It is just like normal text.
    What could be the problem ?

    2. Add a code in the update rule to restrict the texts contains..

    since this is from database system even 'NULL' datatype from there is not visble to the eyes and can cause the failure.

    Check if number range is maintained for accounting document to be generated at PGI level. You will have to consult an FI consultant for the same.
    Also check the document flow & there is high possibility that PGI is not saved, but number range utilized during the transaction.

    i did check in all the below Tcode as you adviced.
    1. Clear all record at SM13, LBWQ / SMQ1, Setup tables, RSA7 for particular datsasource or application..
    2. For LBWQ provide date range and delete not required records.
    I did not get the 3rd point " Need to clear in CLINTS of R/3 system" of your reply.
    what does that mean?
    I checked all the above tcodes and got the same message as no queue or data exists".
    I went SBIW tcode and activated my data source and try to change the Update mode but still it is throwing error message as "Change of update is not possible due to open V3"
    Please help me out.
    It will be very helpful for me if you could share steps or docs regarding this issue.

The Bdoc SI_CONTRACT is generated correctly, and the Badi's DOWNLOAD on ISU and CRM are enhanced with the fields, but the info is not updated in crm when initial load is launched or when a move-out it's do it in isu.

    Please tick the below checklist and tell me if they are set:
    1. Goto R3AC4. Is entry for object class BUPA present in the List. If not, add a new entry: Object class BUPA, RFC destination (destination of ISU)
    2.goto transaction SMOEAC and check if ISU site is subscribed is for BUPA_MAIN. If not, please do the same.
    3. Change and save a BP and check the status of the BDOC. Is it green? if not, let me know.
    4. goto ISU transaction SM30. table CRMRFCPAR. Is RFC destination for CRM maintained. If not, please do the same.
    Let me know if these things are in place.

    I need to know how can i Update after i browse throw a rowset
    and set the row attributes. Simple posting the changes and
    commit is giving me following error.
    I am getting JBO:25014 when i try to update a detail table for
    selected number of rows.
    I have a JSP page which allows the user to select either at
    master level or detail level using Radio Button and
    2 Text fields, one for date and other for comments at master
    level. This will appear mandatorily.
    In detail level, Number of rows which will be dynamically
    populated. If this level is selected, and say 5 lines are
    displayed, I will be having 5 text fields for dates and 5 text
    fields for comments. Upon submit, I pass these text fields
    values as params and receive in JSP page as String arrays in a
    seperate validation page .
    At the database end, I have Order Master table and Lines detail
    table.
    For some records in Order table, I am able to update records in
    both the tables. But for certain records in Order table, I am
    unable to update the detail table and throws me a JBO:25014
    error: : Another user has changed the row with primary key
    oracle.jbo.Key
    This record is very similar to other records and i am unable to
    update this record from sql*plus.
    In the validation Page, where i receive the parameters, I use
    View objects for Orders and Details, executeQuery for selected
    Order. Then I use Row Iterator for each of the view objects, in
    between the row iterator tags, I set the row attributes with the
    individual lines values if Libe level is selected or the common
    header date and comments value to all lines.
    Then i post changes and commit.
    The code is below for the way I update lines records.

    the database for that entity. This could happen when another
    user or operation has committed modifications to the same entity-
    row in the database. This exception can also be thrown if the
    equals() method on one of the domain-type attributes in the
    entity fails.
    Action: Choose from the following options:
    --Verify that another user or operation has not modified the
    same row in the database. If this entity has attributes of a
    domain type verify that the equals() method on these domains do
    not fail when comparing the existing cached value with the newly
    fetched value.
