  • Error creating web service from WSDL in 11.1.2.0.0

    Hello,
    I have just installed JDeveloper 11.1.2.0.0. I tried to test a web service created (and successfully tested) in 11.1.1.5.0. The service is deployed to internal WebLogic server but when I call "Test Web Service" this is the error I get:
    The Web Service Tester cannot be invoked, because the WSDL document of the selected service cannot be read.

    Hi Vishal,
    no, I don't see any HTTPS security settings defined. The thing is that this worked just fine in 11.1.1.5.0 version. I installed 11.1.2.0.0 and the first thing I tried was testing this web service. Right away I get this error. I also tried creating Web Service Client Proxy for this web service and I get the same exception. I looks to me that this happens when wizard tries parsing WSDL...
    But, I got another error when I opened "Java Web Service Editor" for this web service and selected "Methods":

  • Error creating web service reference

    I am getting an error below when creating a web service reference from apex 4.2. Any idea on how to resolve it.
    •The WSDL document could not be understood by the rendering engine. Click Create Web Service Reference Manually to continue creating a reference for this service

    I have just read that " APEX does not support multiple binding web services currently" at http://oraclebizint.wordpress.com/category/apex/
    ..still reading it. though the post is dated back in 2008, I wonder why this functionality wasn't added to Apex.

  • Error creating web service proxy for bpel process in jdev 10.1.3

    Hi,
    I am trying to create a web service proxy in Jdeveloper 10.1.3, and get the following error:
    Element type "fault" is missing required attribute "name"
    I have created a fault on one of the operations, and in the .wsdl file there is a name attribute:
    <operation name="process">
    <fault name="TestError" message="client:TestErrorMessage"/>
    </operation>
    The fault definition in the .wsdl obtained from the process when you access it over http is somewhat different:
    <fault>
    <soap:fault name="TestError" use="literal" encodingStyle="" />
    </fault>
    Any ideas how to workaround this problem?
    Toby

  • Error creating business service with EJB transport on Unix

    I have ALSB 3.0 installed on a Unix system and I am unable to create a business service based on the EJB transport. After I associate the client jar to the business service, ALSB recognizes the home and remote interfaces in the jar file but as soon as I click the Next button I see the following error:
    An expected exception occurred during the creation or update of this service: null
    If I install ALSB 3.0 on Windows then I am able to create the identical EJB based business service that fails on Unix.
    Has anyone been able to create an EJB based business service on Unix or is this a known issue with ALSB 3.0?
    Thanks for any help!

  • Error Creating Web service CFMX Admin

    I have tried pretty much everything and can't get this to
    work. I need to register a web service and it doesn't like the url.
    The file exists, I tried the all lower case thing, applied all the
    hot fixes. At a loss. It seemed to have happened after I installed
    the certificate for IIS. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Forget about registring the webservice to start. Start by
    creating a simple test template that runs the code below. What
    errors show from the template if any? Debug from there or comeback
    with the errors.

    in SICF for your service, set the GUI link to Y and click settings and add parameter ~generatedynpro = 1.
    Now test the service this should work.

  • Error creating mobile application with dreamweaver cs5.5

    I was just looking at the mobile phone application tools in Dreamweaver CS5.5.
    I have a new mac, downloaded and installed Dreamweaver CS5.5, installed an update for it, then installed iOS Xcode, and within Dreamweaver attempted to install the Android SDK  (this failed using the easy install, so I had to install it manually.
    I then followed the tutorial here http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/packaging-web-applications-as-mobile-apps .html

    Patch

    For the kind of money that Adobe charges, my expectation is that the Adobe software should be of the highest caliber. Wish I had known. I would not have  saved for months in order to buy 5.5. I bought Dreamweaver specifically for the mobile piece. I'm disappointed to say the least. I think there is something VERY wrong when users have to supply the fixes and/or search for days or months for help. This is inexcuseable from a software company as well known as Adobe. When I purchase a product that is this costly, I just expect it to work.
    Currently, thanks to a fellow Dreamweaver user, I managed to get the Adroid sdk and emulator working early this morning. This after days of searching and thinking that I must be doing something wrong. It had to be me. It couldn't be Adobe.
    Come on, having to tweek an internal xml file in order to get the Android emulator to work from Dreamweaver? How many of us could find this fix ourselves?
    Xcode is still in limbo giving me the error messages mentioned in this thread. Now it appears that we as users are expected to go in and tweek .h camera files in hopes the fix will work? This is ridiculous. Where is the adobe support and updates to deal with all of this? Seems a little like false advertising to say that mobile apps with compile to code. Steamed? You bet.

  • OIM 11g - Error Creating Custom 'Service Account' Field

    Hi experts,
    we would like to create a custom "Service Account" checkbox on a Form Provisioning, in way to enable\disable the 'service account'
    status on a target account.
    We wanto to control the 'Service Account' status through a checkbox into the account form.
    Here our steps:
    - Create a new Field on 'UD_ADUSER' Form, we add a 'Service Account' CheckBox as boolean type with default value = 0.
    - Create a new Adapter 'Service Account':
    ---- into 'Variable List' tab we define 2 variables: ProcessInstance -> Long and ServiceAccountCheckBox -> boolean
    ---- into 'Adapter Task' tab we define an IF(ServiceAccountCheckbox == 1) launch tcUserOperationsIntf.changeToServiceAccount method, with our variable 'ProcessInstance' as Input
    - Create a new task into 'Process Definition', we created 'Service Account Updated'.
    ---- into task tab named 'Integration' we set our custom adapter, mapping Process Data > Process Instance and Process Data > Service Account with adapter variables.
    When we assign an 'AD User' resource to a user, the new checkbox 'Service Account' is showed into the form.
    If we check/uncheck the checkbox the task 'Service Account Updated' is launched, but the response is "*Specified User Account Not Found*"
    I think that the problem is into the adapter..
    Any one can help us?
    Best Regards

    As I said map user key(usr_key) and process instance key(orc_key) form design console
    and use below query to get oiu_key
    prockey=<PROCESS_INSTANCE_KEY>;
    user_key=<USR_KEY>;
    String sqlquery="select oiu_key from oiu " +
    "where ORC_KEY = prockey " +
    "and usr_key = user_key" ;
    Connection con=Platform.getOperationalDS().getConnection();
    Statement st=con.prepareStatement(query);
    ResultSet rs=st.executeQuery();
    while(rs.next())
    long oiuKey=rs.getLong("oiu_key");
    now pass this key in the method

    The JDeveloper version i'm using is 10.1.3.0.4.
    Does anybody knows how to fix this problem?
    Thanks,
    Nuno

    Yes, i have created a fault on one of the operations, however in the .wsdl file it does have a name attribute.
    <operation name="process">
    <fault name="TestError" message="client:TestErrorMessage"/>
    </operation>
    The fault definition in the .wsdl obtained from the process when you access it over http is somewhat different:
    <fault>
    <soap:fault name="TestError" use="literal" encodingStyle="" />
    </fault>

  • Can not create a mobile Service RDFE: The upstream server reported that the resource was not found.

    Hi,
    I am trying to create a mobile service and no matter what I do I receive the attached error:
    RDFE: The upstream server reported that the resource was not found.
    What does this error mean and how do I resolve it.
    I have created mobil services on this account a few days ago.. I deleted most of my azure resources and I am not sue I deleted one that is required for this

    Thanks for reporting this problem. The Mobile Service team is looking into this, and we believe that we identified the issue. We are working on a fix now. I'll let you know when we've resolved the issue.

  • "Grouped" user cannot create Mobile account

    Hello
    Leopard Server 10.5.4 and Leopard client 10.5.4.
    In Server, we have a group of users called Group1. In this group we have a user called User1. When we try to create a mobile account, prompts for password, and then "There was an error creating mobile account" appears.
    When we try to create Mobile account for any user outside any group we have no problem.
    The Mobility prefs are the same in the Group1 and in the account outside the group.
    Any help appreciated.
    K.

    Look in the system log for clues.
    Also you can turn on ManagedClient logging from Terminal this way:
    sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.MCXDebug debugOutput -2
    Then reproduce the problem. The log will be here:
    /Library/Logs/ManagedClient/ManagedClient.log
    Remove /Library/Preferences/com.apple.MCXDebug.plist to stop logging (and increase performance).
    And please file a bug with Apple.

  • SQL connection errors when stress testing mobile service: SQL failure after 3 attempts

    I have created a Mobile Service (node.js), which has been running for a few months with 50-100k api calls per day with no issues.
    The usage of the service will be scaled up soon, and it will receive much higher traffic, so I am running stress tests (on a staging deployment of the same service).
    The api in question queries data from the sql database that is attached to the mobile service, but caches the resulting data in a redis database for 5 minutes, so each call with identical parameters will not access the SQL database, just the redis cache.
    My first test never has any problems:
    Run a single api calls as fast as possible using the program wrk (https://github.com/wg/wrk). This test never has a problem, and I have run it an hour continuously with a sustained rate of 200 req/s and very few timeout errors.
    The second test always causes problems:
    I created a list of 5 different api calls to the same service (same endpoint, but different parameters), and I run those randomly interweaved as fast as possible. I use the program locust (http://locust.io) for this, spawing 10.000 clients at a rate of 500
    per second. For the first few seconds everything goes ok, but then connections start failing massively.
    I get mostly:
    Error: SQL failure after 3 attempts. Error: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0]TCP Provider: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected
    host has failed to respond.
     (SqlState: 08001, Code: 10060)
    And I see this in the http response:
    ConnectionError(ProtocolError('Connection aborted.', gaierror(8, 'nodename nor servname provided, or not known')),)
    The strange thing is that since I am running the same five calls repeatedly, only the very first of each call will actually access the sql database, every subsequent call will just return data directly from redis, and not try to access the sql database at
    all.
    In the azure console for the sql database in question, I see 1860 successful connections and 11 failed connections, which does not explain the massive failure rate I am seeing.

    Thanks for sharing your tips on this forum, as it will be useful for other users, that run into this issue.
    Feedback like this will also help us improve error reporting in the next release, as missing class files in the packaged application is a common issue when developers are moving from the embeded oc4j instance packaged with JDewveloper to standalone instances.

  • Azure mobile services error cannot find module 'azure-storage'

    this is driving me nuts for past five days now and still no solution. After asking the questing at StackOverflow and azure-storage npm, I thought of now posting the same question here so that it reaches to more targeted 'microsoft azure' experts.
    in my AzureMobileService, I am using azure-storage npm module in one of my custom API. I have been using this for past couple of months and it was all working great, I was very happy. Until last moday it started throwing the error - 'cannot find module
    'azure-storage'. It was strange, the code that was working till morning , started failing when I came back from work, with no change of a bit in the code. I get this error where I call 'require' for 'azure-module':
    var azure = require('azure-storage');
    var retryOperationFilter = new azure.ExponentialRetryPolicyFilter();
    var tableService= azure.createTableService().withFilter(retryOperationFilter);
    and in package.json, I have
    "dependencies": {"tracer": "0.7.3", "colors" : "1.0.3", "lodash" :"2.4.1", "azure-storage": "0.4.1"},
    Today, I also tried creating a new Mobile service from scratch in my azure account. Then I created the custom API and wrote the code again from scratch. Updated package.json to include azure-storage, updated my client code(HTML/JS) to use this new service
    URL etc. and tested again, everything worked fine till it reached the same line (require('azure-storage') ) and failed again there with
    same error.
    I am at my wits end. please help.

    ok, got it working.
    I did an npm install 'azure-storage'  to my mobile service's service directory and then it started working.
    As I remember reading, if I just include the npm module I want to use in my mobile service's package.json, it gets taken care, installed and I don't to install myself manually.
    And thats what has been happening when my code was working till last week.
    Also, its feels odd because the other node modules I use - like tracer or lodash - work with no manual npm install.
    anyways, its working for now, but now I am thinking about the azure mobile's reliability
