Error - Creating Resource Plan

Good afternoon,
I am trying to 'Add the APPUSER consumer group to the SYSTEM_PLAN resource plan. Change the level 3 CPU resource allocation percentages: 60% for the APPUSER consumer group and 40% for the LOW_GROUP consumer group'.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I would greatly appreciate the input.

OK, for consumer_group1 you use just = instead of =>
And, there are no arguments called
group1_cpu3
group2_cpu3
They are called
group1_cpu
group2_cpu
Why not focus on the question ou already asked in another and the correct answers given there.
Do we have to start all over, again?
