Mam problem z instalacją wersji próbnej Adobe Elements 13. Przy ukończeniu instalacji pojawia się problem. W załączonym komunikacie można przeczytać:

Niestety nie wiem, jak sobie z tym poradzić. Restartowałem komputer, wyłączałem program antywirusowy i nadawałem uprawnienia. Czy ktoś zna odpowiedź na pytanie, jak sobie poradzić z tym problemem?

Keeping getting error DF016 when installing Master Collection

Hi,
I am trying to install the cs5 Master Collection on my Windows 7 PC, and I get through to clicking install and before it gets anywhere it throws up an error that reads "ERROR: DF016: Failed to create required folders". On the Adobe knowledge base it says something about the file permissions, and I have tried to follow the instructions to allow full access to the program files folder. However I'm not 100% sure I did it right, and it still isn't working. But I don't understand why it would have an issue with the file permissions, all the other programs by other manufacturers have always intalled into there with no issues. Any ideas?

Are you installing the software in your C:/ or to a different drive? , If it is on the different drive then install the application in the c:/
Check after installing from the Hidden Admin account , to know how to unable/disable the hidden admin account follow the link :

If incase this doesn't work then create the folder as C:/adobe and then install the applications here...

Photoshop CS6 for Mac will not install. I get a list of errors. How can I resolve this?

Hi all, I am running Mac OS 10.6.8 (Snow Leapard) on a Mac Pro Dual Core Intel Xeon with 2.66 GHz and 3 GB RAM.
I have tried to install Photoshop CS6 from the purchased disc and again from a downloaded trial version from Adobe. Both having the exact same install errors issue. I still have CS4 loaded since I wish to run with this suite for a while before I fully switch to CS6

My new Photoshop CS6 downloaded fine on line to my MacBook Pro, When I tried to activate, it went through a 10 minute insallation and everything seemed to be going fine but then it came up with a message saying that it couldn't instal. I cliked on the more info tab and got the following:

You can ignore this error and launch the products you were installing.
The CS5.5 installer correctly skips installing its older Flash Player components. However, it incorrectly reports an error at the end of the installation process.
Try to launch Flash Professional. If it launches successfully, then no installation error actually occurred. The error message is false and there is no impact to functionality.
Important: If you have any additional problems with the installation or launching products, another error could have occurred. For help identifying with these other errors, see Troubleshoot CS5 and CS5.5 installation with install logs (cpsid_84451).

Having trouble installing photoshop cc!

I'm having trouble installing photoshop cc through the creative cloud app. My PC is windows 8, I'm sure that's not a problem, right? It takes a long time to move up every percent and then after 10% it says that it failed to install nothing else. Another time it just said error. I need help please! I need this program ASAP! Installation fail Photoshop CS6

I have been trying to install Photoshop CS6 on my MacBookPro3,1, for weeks now-
Installed entire CS6 Suite -Design Web Premium- everything installed except Photoshop.
just uninstalled previous Creative Suites (CS4) have updated to LION--- still installing just Photoshop from disk erroring out? I hav sepent hours on phone with support, prior to updating to LION, unsucccesfull. This is ridiculous.

Camera Raw update in CS5 fails (other updates in PS, too) OSX Lion 10.8.2

I cannot update Camera Raw in PS CS5. I tried both, via the menue in PS and the patch installer (I've already deactivated the firewall) - both fails with the update. I'm running on Lion 10.8.2.

Problems installing Illustrator CS6 on OSX 10.8

Every time I try to install Illustrator CS6 on my Early 2009 17" MacBook Pro, the installation gets to around 85% or so and then jumps straight to 99% and then fails. I've noticed that the disk image is diappearing form my desktop and then failing. Photoshop, InDesign, etc. are all installing without problems. This is the error message I'm getting:

Issues Installing

Hello,
I had CS6 on my computer, installed from a disk. I had to wipe my computer out through Apple due to unrelated issues. I no longer had my installation disk since I moved to a new state and the disk is at my other home. I downloaded the CS6 program from the Adobe website. Everything downloaded except Photoshop. I received an error message after the download as well. I tried to install Photoshop separately after doing a clean uninstall of the Photoshop files. When reinstalling, the error message below was received. Any help? Thank you!

We are unable to re-install Illustrator 5.1 (from CS 5.5) after having uninstalled it.

We keep on getting error messages followed by the message that Illustrator could not be installed. Anybody knows what could cause this problem? We use a Macbook pro with OS X 10.9.3 installed

No harm in trying, just a precaution.
If you have other Adobe software's also installed then you may have to double-check that you remove just the Illustrator CS5.1 and nothing else while running the cleaner tool.
Also, a high time probability could be that it may not list Illustrator CS5.1 at all hence then simply quit the cleaner tool and manually delete the folder,

In Design failed to install 2x

Adobe InDesign CS6 (MAC) failed to install; tried twice. Error summary is not understandable to me.
OS: Mac 10.7.5
