Hi ,
I am using Solaris 8 with SunStudio8 C++ 5.5 compiler
I have defined following lines in my header file msgg.h
typedef class DIMessageStringBase<char> DIMessageString;
typedef class DIMessageStringBase<UChar> DIMessageStringU;
On compilation I am getting folowing error in above header file
"msg.h":Error: Illegal syntax for elaborated type specifier
-riaj

Just remove keyword 'class'.

Further to the posting,I find that the error arises in the following lines of the header files-

I recently migrated from Workshop C++ 4.2 (Solaris 2.6) to C++5.0
When I recompiled all my programs, I get these errors in the header files :

I've installed the following patches (107311-19, 107390-19, 107357-11) and compiled with the -library=rwtools7,iostream options.
It still doesn't work and I can't figure out why...

Make sure when you compile, you give the option -library=rwtools7 -library=iostream and that the roguewave library has been installed on your workstation.

Error during search for movement type (953)

Hi All,
When I'm trying to issue goods to an internal order, I get the below error
Error during search for movement type (953)
The explanation is as follows
The movement type of the warehouse system and certain parameters are assigned to each movement type of the inventory management system
In this case no movement type of the warehouse management system was assigned to the inventory management movement type used by the paramaters enclosed in parantheses in the eror message.
Is there some config missing in this case?? Please let me know how to overcome this error

when you create new movement types in MM, then you certainly have to create WM movement types too, if you want use the new movement types to post at a warehouse managed storage location.
This customizing needs to be done in IMG > LE > WM > Activities > transfers > define movement types
and
IMG > LE > WM > interfaces > inventory management > define movement types

OMB05602: An unknown Deployment error has occured for Object Type Deploymen

I was deploying a process_flow package here in named "PF_LOAD", then the following error occured.
OMB05602: An unknown Deployment error has occured for Object Type DeploymentContextImpl.generate WBGeneratedObject[] is null or length 0 for PF_LOAD.
Does anyone know what this error means or what possibly caused it?

I am getting the error when i am accessing the T-CODE RSA1.
Error :- You have no authorization for basic types (activity 01)
I checked the ids of my colleagues all are getting the same messages...

1. Check in SU53 tcode
2. You are having RSECADMIN/PFCG tcode access?? If yes you can give authorisation for the same.
3. You dont have S_RS_ADMWB - authorisation
4. for your user id give this above authorisation
5. If you are unable to do the same, ask your basis team to give you the authorisation

analyze the missing authorization with transaction SU53 immediately when the error appeared.
Ask your system/authorization administrator to grant you the missing authorization.

Whenever i do a G.R with out P.O (mvt type 501) i encounter the following error
"field selection for mvmt type 501 / acct 895000 differs for vendor goods movement (014)"

Check the G/L account 895000 in t-code FS00, whether the G/L account's Field status group seems t0 be inconsistency in it.
Goto FS00, put your G/L & company code, goto tab Credit/Bank/Interest- DOuble click on filed ststus group.
Check filed selection there.
Make it mandatory /suppress/optional for both as per the requriment..

"control data for storage type is missing"

Hi Guys
I am trying to create a goods receipt for an inbound delivery.
I created the inbound delivery VL31N - sucessfully
But when trying to create a putaway LT0F - error
control data for storage type is missing. msg no. L3006
Do i maiantain this control data for storage type in the Material master?
is there anything Im doing wrong?
Can someone help please.

Check in SPRO > Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Master Data > Define storage type, here for your warehouse and storage type check stock placement and stcok removal control is configured.

Dear Experts ,
While trying to use the Transfer Order and trying to determine the storage type this error appears :
Data for storage type search is not defined (A   )
Message no. L3007
Diagnosis
Information on the storage type search has not been defined.
How ever , I have already configured the search and here is the Storage Type search's data in OMLY
1. Warehouse number : W10
2. Operation : A "Stock Removal"
3. Indicator :   E
4. Stock Category : Blank
5. Special Stock Category : Blank
6. Storage Location Ref :10
7. Storage Type : 10E

Hello,
The storage type in which you want to place the material or pick the material from has not been defined in the storage type search sequence.
You need to define the search sequence in customization so that storage type is determined automatically when the transfer order is created;
SPRO>>Logistics Execution>>Warehouse Management>>Strategies>>Activate Storage Type Search
In this go to determine search sequence and then
for warehouse number W10, operation as stock removal 'A' and in this maintained the relevant the storage type (10E) so that it is determined automatically.

I got error Fld selection for mvmt type 511/ acct 520302 differes from Profit center (042), since we have scrapped so many times with same GL, why this issue comes.
if i do in OBC4>>>>Field status group>>>G018>>scrapping>>Additional acct assginment>>Profit center changer from suppress to opt entry. Is this error goes.
But previous we have done scrapping, no issues, but currently happening

go to FS02 put the account 520302.then go to create/bank/interest tab .
here double click on field status group. go into the additional accounting data here make profitcenter as optional if it is supress.
OR
goto SPRO >MM> Inventory mgm >movt types > select the 511 movement type.go to its field selection .
here goto addinal accounting data and make profit cesnter as otional if it is supress

Dear All,
I create a Subcontracting PO and issue goods to vender against that PO.
Suppose i issue two materials with Qty 50 Each to vender.
again Vender gave me back 10 Qty each becoze there is only 40 Qty is ussed for that material in subcontracting Scnerio.
i take back that material to my inventory with movement type 542 against Sub PO.
but again when i go to MIGO, then there is two problems
1) System still show me BOM of 50 each but vender gave me back 10 each Qty.
and i change that manually 40 Qty for Each.
2) while Posting MIGO, system gave me this error

please help me and give me direction if i have done any thing wrong.

Check the field status group in the create/bank/interest TAB of G/L Account 6190030
in T.code: FS00.
Also Use T.code: SE38 , Enter Program RM07CUFA
Enter the Movement type 543 & enter G/L account 6190030
Enter the company code
Click on execute
& update & save.
Now try ur transaction.
