As suggested, I had taken the parameter log_file_name_convert and db_file_name_convert out of my RAC primary database but still I am getting the same error.
Any help will be appriciated..............

After filling all mandatory info when I am saving the same and error popup is coming as given below:

Beside this I have checked up availability of replicated vendors in VENMAP table with GUID.
First error message is coming:
"Central system not reached"
When I am defining Logical system and external business partner ID that is R/3 Supplier code than another error is coming :
"BP role BUOP001 already exists for partner XXX"
This XXX is running sr. no. of BP number range but do not appear in BP data base . And in next attempt next Sr. no. is blocked by system.
Problem is still persisting pls. suggest.

Error during creation of Resource for Telemetry.

Hi, I am trying to enable Telemetry so I can look at performance of resources used by Resource Groups.
When I try set Mount Point for Filesystem resource, I get following error:

Quick search of this error and Oracle Error Messge description tells me that this is just warning, ignore it ..
But clrs is not ignoring it ..

Since you want the SUNW.HAStoragePlus (HASP) resource to manage the file system for failover, you need to remove the global mount option.
If you would have a global file system, then the "mount at boot" option needs to be yes, but then you would not manage the file system mount through HASP, instead you would just manage the device group pimary/secondary by setting the GlobalDevicePaths property - but I doubt this is what you want here.

G/L account 200200 cannot be used (please correct)

Diagnosis
Comparison of the field selection strings from the G/L account 200200 and the account assignment category A reveals that there is an incompatible combination of field selections for the field selection group 'Earmarked Funds'.
The G/L account field selection is stored in table T004F; that for the account assignment is stored in table T162K.
Procedure
Please enter a correct G/L account.

The database table NRIV has the delivery class 'C', i.e. the SAP default settings are only in client 000.

We are doing a transfer of stock from one storage with WM to a storage without WM.
But system does not finish the process automatically displaing the following error message:
"Error during creation of transfer orders for material document 49000XXXX"
System cannot find source storage bin

your picking strategy does not find the bin where the material is.
So you need to check what value you have entered for picking in WM view of material master.
then you have to check where your material is (storage type and bin)
then you need to check customizing to where what storage types are included in the picking strategy that is tight to the material master entry.

Hi,
The material is maintained at the Warehouse level, hence warehouse transactions have to be completed, by creating a transfer order and the confirmation of the same will create a transfer posting from SL1 to SL2 in the system. This is trigerred automatically depending on the sytem configuration.

The steps u need to check are;
1) The Material Type ( If standard then it is PIPE or if defined own Material Type check the settings once preferably in special material type a tick at pipeline mandatory)
2) when u create the info record (ME11) ensure the info category is selected as pipeline.

Hi Gautam!
Please make sure your refresh minutes is turned off in config.xml. You should put very large value like 999999 for RefreshMinutes parameter for
defination of connectionpool in config.xml instead of 0.

This is the error for RAC database. This error is because if i include recovery catalog in the script. if there is no recovery catalog then it is working fine.

NETCA listener configuration error for RAC database

Hi,
WE have a RAC setup on 2 nodes and now we want to change the default listener port for RAC database.
Database ver: 10.2.0.4
We now that srvctl does not work to add listener manually to CRS.
We are now using netca to create new listener on both the RAC nodes but it gives error throwing :
Problem in configuration : Node(S): hostname
Try again...
When we try to start the listener say listener_I it throws following error:
Problem in configuration :node1
Listener start to failed:Listener may already be running
CRS-0215:Could not start resource
This is urgent
any help is appreciated.

Standalone Standby Creation for RAC database

I am in process of configuring standalone standby for my RAC database. The database version is 11.2.0.3. RAC is using SCAN listeners. I have got MOS for configuring standalone standby for RAC 387339.1. But specific steps I need to perform in case of SCAN listeners.

If your primary is RAC database, you can configure standby either Single node or RAC standby. It purely depends on your requirement.
If it is RAC then it should be on Two servers, If its standalone standby then one server.

if i have only one server for data guard in fail-over what happen for my RAC?Failover applicable when no Primary in your configuration, If you have performed failover to standby database, As of now its only Single standalone but its an clusterd database. If you add any node, of course you can extend your instance to the newly added node to the cluster.
what about storage?it depends on you. I prefer SAN.
