Error in executing pl/sql 's xml code

Question

I have the following code for giving me clob as an output.
The procedure is been created successfully without any error. Evev though when i am trying to execute it, it does not give any error, but when i am trying to print this variable it gives me following error:

I don't see any reference to the variable "a" here. How are you invoking the readclob procedure?
I would also suggest posting to Products -> XML DB forum.
