thanks,

Make sure you have defined the joins in the physical layer. Did you check the global consistency? Try to look for warnings and errors related to the problem you are facing. Provide any extra information you find here in order to troubleshoot deeper into this issue.
Thanks,
-Amith.

    Dear Experts
During the Variance calculation for cost object hierarchy using KKP5 i have got the following error.
Joint prod. active (!): Presettlement of co-products, rework required!
    Message No 313.
We are working on co product scenario.
Please suggest a solution for the above error.
    Thanks
    Ajit

    Hi,
Try to run a preliiminary settlement:
    - co8b for individual processing or
    - co8a for collective processing
if you are working with co-product, running preliminary settlement before wip and variance calculation is a must
    Hope this helps

  • JV variant report error - Unable to determine joint venture details

    Hi Guys,
We are testing some of our FX variants and are running into a few JV errors that are preventing us from completing the BDC test session. The transaction which we used is customized one ZFICFX and variants involved are REAL FX. While running the report I'm getting error mentioned in the subject.

    Hi Jin Ming,
Something is wrong with your hierarchy.
In my case items hierarchy works fine.
    May propose two cases:
    1. Which version of your hierarchy, defaulted 100 or not? If not - wait for trouble.
    2. Hierarchy are global for all consolidation areas. If you hierarcical structures in different cons areas assigned to different special versions, the I'd not exclude some controversies between globality and special version pecularities.
    Hope this helps.

  • Fan Error Lenovo T500 T510 T400 T410 T60 T61 - rejuvinating the fan

I finally got that dreaded "Fan Error" at boot time on my T500.  After some research on this board, this is what I have concluded:
1-  hit Escape, and the machine will boot.  It can do a lot of stuff without a fan turning.  Gaming caused it to overheat.  Either the processor would slow down (by being intermittant) or you get the black screen of death.
2-  It is relatively easy to follow the Hardware Maintenence Manual and remove the fan and heatsink assembly.  Once the assembly is removed, pry open the fan, and remove the blades and clean and lubricate the shaft.  My fan restarted, and the Fan Error went away.  No need to replace the fan.
3-  Unfortunately the machine overheats now (black screen of death), even though the fan does operate.  I traced this to a too liberal application of the thermal joint compound.  Made the compound a very thin film, and that seems to have helped.  Also when replacing heat sink assembly and before bolting it, wiggle it while pressing on it so the thermal joint compound spreads itself at the surfaces of contact.  This seems to have helped.
Anything else that you may want to add to this thread?

Thanks a lot! It makes sense.
Yes, I have been using the ESC bypass for some time, untill I really could not stand by anymore--the over heating.
I am thinking about manipulating the fan 'manually', if it could pass the booting, very good; if not, it's not completely unacceptable to run a small program@startup along with the work.
Not ready to say bye yet,  will keep trying.
    Thanks again!
So if you hit ESC, does your fan work normally, or do you overheat?  I had the impression that your fan would work normally if you hit ESC.
My fan was always a problem on the T500 (not on my new W540).  It was extremely noisy and was constantly on even at no load times.  So I opened the laptop and cut one of the 3 wires on the fan (I am sure it is a power wire), and installed a manual switch.  So when the thing overheated, I could manually turn the fan on.  This worked for about a week and then something gave up, and the fan stopped working altogether.  (don't fix something that is not broken!)  I had to take the front cover off, and place a PC fan in the top left corner to cool the radiator.  This was not as effective as the original fan, but let me do my job.  Then the loose switch on this ersatz fan one day accidentallyshorted the fluoroscent backlight PC board of my display and I lost my display backlight!  I had to pry open my display and using two 60W bulbs project light to the back of the LCD so I could read the display!  This is when I decided to punt and ordered the W540.  The fan is quiet and works when it has to work.

  • VERY STRANGE Interactive Report Filter Error

I have a very interesting problem happening with an interactive report in my APEX application. The report runs just fine and has been in use for about 6 months. Just recently, the users have begun to run into problems when using the filter capability within the report. There is a specific column heading (RH Analyst) that they typically click on and select a specific analyst name (the list contains 10 entries). Most selections from the filter list work fine. However, when one specific name is chosen, they get the dreaded ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small+*  error.
I have been working to narrow the problem down and have found the following:
    1. The filter error is related to the content of one specific column (not the one I am filtering on)
    2. The column that is causing the error is a CLOB datatype
    3. The data in the CLOB column was inserted into the database from a form utilizing an "HTML Editor Standard" type of item
    4. The data in the CLOB column was copied and pasted from an email that was being viewed using Outlook 2007
    5. If I try to recreate the problem with exactly the same information, but copied and pasted from Outlook 2003, I don't experience the problem.
    6. The only people experiencing this problem are people who have upgraded their system from Microsoft Office 2003 to Microsoft Office 2007
    7. When I try to load the form with the data that was stored in the database, I get a 404 page not found error. This is the same error that I get if more than 32k of data was saved into the CLOB.
The data pasted into the HTML editor from Outlook 2007 (_this is the data that causes problems_) and saved to the CLOB looks like this when I extract it in SQL Developer

    Roel,
Hey there! Hope you enjoyed your time off ;) Thanks for having a look...
Yes, of course I "could" update the functions, but this is NOT something I want to do. I'm one of those people that subscribes to Coding by Contract and the assertion routines at the beginning and end of my subprograms are an important part of that.
This may be a lack of understanding on my part with regards to the order in which Oracle does it's thing - or a bug in Apex... I'm able to duplicate the problem on apex.oracle.com: dmcghan/test/test.
Log into the demo app with admin/dmcghan. The home page has an interactive report, filter the name and you should get the error. When you look at the query you'll see a filter in the where clause that goes against the apex_collections table. This is populated from the post-authentication procedure. Let me know if you have questions.

    hi,
In this IMG activity, you define the source structures used when settling and costing joint products.
A source structure contains several source assignments, each of which contains the individual cost elements or cost element intervals to be settled using the same distribution rules

  • 'Wi-Fi: Hardware not installed' error message, as if no modem

I am using a MacBook Air 13" late 2013 with Yosemite. I am not at home but have a valid working wifi network available in a University. Suddenly my internal modem is not recognised. What to do?
'Wi-Fi: Hardware not installed'  is the error message as if it is not found.

In some cases, this issue is caused by a hardware fault. A loose connection, a short circuit, or a microscopic break in a solder joint may open and close depending on temperature, making the failure intermittent.
Test after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already taken. Back up all data before making any changes.
    1. If you can connect to the Internet via Ethernet, Bluetooth, or a USB network device, make sure all available OS X updates are installed. If Wi-Fi is your only means of network access, skip this step.
2.. There are a few reports that the problem was solved by unchecking the box marked
              Wake for Wi-Fi network access
in the Power Adapter tab of the Energy Saver preference pane. I can't confirm.
    3. Reset the NVRAM.
    4. Reset the System Management Controller.
    5. Start up in Recovery mode. In the menu bar of the OS X Utilities screen, there's a Wi-Fi menu. Try to connect. If it works, select Install OS X. If your Mac was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you’ll need the Apple ID and password you used to upgrade, so make a note of those before you begin.
    6. Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.

  • Re:Error while doing the Invoice

    Dear Team,
We are encountering a problem while creating a manual billing using the transaction code EASIBI .  System  shows billing is completed success fully when we click the log it shows that the u201CBilling order deleted for contract number with schedule billing dateu201D. When we click on the details for message its gives a message u201DThe message is displayed in FM ISU_BILLING_UPDATE after FM ISU_S_TRIGGER_DELETE has run success fully is getting in our screen .
After the above process when we try to print a bill system will shows an error like the u201CBilling order has been deleted for that concern contract.u201D
Kindly advise how to proceed further. Thanks for the consideration.
    Regards,
    Suma.

    Hi,
In your case, it seems you are having multiple contracts within one contract account and all are in joint invoicing.
In case, if all are in joint invoicing, you need to have billing documents processed (or billable billing orders) for all the contracts in joint invoicing group while creating invoice document.
Alternative, you can remove the contract from joint invoicing by making them as optional. Please have a look at the contract - joint invoicing option and make it as 2. So, if the billing order for contract is available that would get invoiced or it wud execute with the remaining contracts.
Invoicing occurs at contract account level, so, need to have all the mandatory billing orders or billing documents for all contracts in joint invoicing. Either remove the contracts from joint invoicing or make available the billing orders (bllable) for all contracts.
Also, for query related to error - billing order not found.
Whne you are executing billing/invoicing - system looks for available billing order (billable) - It executes billing first and at that point billing order gets deleted.
If you are executing invoice with billing documents already created using EASIBI - you will get the error in error log for billing order not found because the system by default starts the billing process at first and at that time it does not find any billing order as already we have the billing document created. So, after that the invoicing process is triggered, and the invoicing gets executed correctly.
So, the error related to no billing order found is of no use in this case, its just because of the process.
If you have the billing order, you can directly go to the invoicing option on EASIBI, it will create the billing document first and then invoicing in a single step. So, the option of radio buttons on EASIBI is just for the processing level you want to go with.
    Hope this helps!!

  • ITunes could not copy "Song Name" to the iPhone because an unknown error occurred (-50)

Recently when I tried syching one of my playlists into my iPhone 4 (Running on 5.1) using iTunes 11.2.0.26 for Windows (Windows XP SP3), I have been having a problem with some songs I acquired recently.  It will sync all the other songs, but when it reaches the song in question, the following error message pops up:
"iTunes could not copy "Name of Song" to the iPhone because an unknown error occurred (-50)"
After which, it stops synching songs altogether.
I tried TWO different USB connectors (BOTH from Apple), and the error still occurs.  When I remove the song in question, ALL songs sync normally.
I used the 'Get Info' option to see if there was something in the way the song was coded.  This info is from one of the songs that gets synched normally:

    Encoded with:   LAME3.96
By the way, BOTH song (The ones synching normally, and this unsynching song), where purchased and downloaded from Amazon.com.
