Error in Payables(ap) : FullLoadConfig.grf in EBS Extension

Hi,
I am trying to execute Payables (ap) : FullLoadConfig.grf in EBS Extension for Oracle Endeca from http://endeca.oracle.com:7006/clover/runGraphs.jsp#
but not able to execute it sucessfully.
(while iReceivables (ar) graph from FIN module properly works)
(Instance is created on VMware-Oracle Ent. Linux R6)

Looks like you missed a configuration step in the Oracle E-Business Suite Extensions for Oracle Endeca Integration and System Administration Guide I've paraphrased below from the guide:
You must set the profile option AP: Endeca Aging Template. This profile option (AP_EID_AGING_TEMPLATE) set at the site level enables you to set your own aging template for Endeca reports. The profile option displays a list of all the aging templates defined in payables which are active. You can select any one template for use. Important: If this profile is not set, then Full Load Graph cannot run for Payables during the Endeca Installation and Configuration process.

It can't find an Endeca specific class when running via the clover command line utility. Thus, the classpath being set in that shell script is not incorporating the .jar files where the endeca-specific classes are packaged. I would start by adding an line to see what your classpath is set to. There are actually already some lines of shell script in clover that you can uncomment to see what .jars are getting loaded:

EBS Extension For Endeca Version 4

HI , I had installed the EBS Extension for Endeca by following the procedure as per the Document : Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Extensions for Oracle Endeca, Release 12.1.3.4 (Doc ID 1562372.1)
The Database installation step completes Successfully and Validated too.
on the Step where i had ran the script envSetup.sh 5 times. on the phase where i had configure the EID and ETL for the EBS extension, But the Validation steps are failing.
I can see the Contents but without any Data in it. Control panel Tab of Studio do have the Data source Tab, but no data sources are appearing and no Create Data Source tab. Also in the My Account tab there are functionality like Password or Manage pages are not appearing. Application Settings says choose data source, but no data sources are appeared.
Thing is my Clover ETL Server is Working fine. Full Load Graphs are running Successfully. But Still there is no luck in the Oracle Endeca Studio. As per the Document the I had followed all the Steps perfectly.
Can Anyone please suggest me what is the Error ?? And What should I do to Resolve it ??

The folks there should be able to advise you how to overcome the prerequisite failures that the installer seems to be complaining about. ("failed" lines).

If you're getting a "This update requires Mac OS X version 10.7" message, than you have the updater and not the full installer. Go to your Purchases section of the Mac App Store and you should see the full version there. But it may be 10.7.5, though in my system is shows as being from 2011 which would appear to be the original version.
As to Mountain Lion, that's supported only on the Early 2008 Mac Pro or newer.

when we are calling webservice client to call WSDL service which is published in Oracle EBS integrated SOA Gateway from BPEL process.
After invoking, we are getting the below error

1. Login to Application as sysadmin.
2. Navigate to Intergrated SOA Gateway > Integration Repository.
3. Click on search on right hand side of the page.
4. In the Internal Name type "FND_USER_PKG" and click Go.
5. Click on the User link.
6. Under the "Web Service - SOA Provider", click in the "View WSDL". Copy the complete URL "http://test:8003/webservices/SOAProvider/plsql/fnd_user_pkg/?wsdl"
7. Open the soapUI.
8. Click File > new soapUI Project.
9. Test the web service.

2. Enable the profile option "EBS Adapter for BPEL, Function Security Enabled".
a. Login as SYSADMIN user and Navigate to System >Profile and Search for "EBS Adapter for BPEL, Function Security Enabled" (Internal name :EBS_ADAPTER_FUNCTION_SEC_ENABLED)
b. Set the Value to 'Y' at SITE level . This means function security feature is enabled and all API calls for PL/SQL APIs, Oracle e-Commerce Gateway, and concurrent programs will be checked for user security before they are invoked.
3. Retest the issue by Generating and Deploying the required package.
4. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.

Getting 404 error when trying to login to Oracle EBS page

Hi,
I had installed Oracle EBS 12.0.4 last year and everything was running fine until last week. Last week, we suddenly started seeing this issue - when trying to login to the Oracle EBS page, we are getting the 404 page not found error.
I have EBS installed on 2 VMs (virtual machines) - one VM has the application server and other VM has the database server. I logged on to the aplpication server to do some debugging and noticed 2 things ->
1.The Oracle Fullfillment service was not running. I started it, it was up for some time but then it stopped on its own. This happens everytime - after successfully starting the service, it shuts down after sometime. There is nothing in the event viewer except this message "The service may have terminated abnormally, please see the log file generated by the service for more details." I checked the log file, but there is nothing significant inside the log file. Maybe I need to increase the log level. Can any one tell me how can I do that?
2. Reviver.exe was crashing intermitently on the application server. I belive reviver tries to establish the connection between the application and database server after its broken.
So I am thinking now that maybe the connection between the app server and the database server is getting broken intermittenlty and this is the root cause of all the problems.
I dont know how to verify whethe my analysis is correct or not? And it it is, how to resolved it? Is there a setting or a configuration file in which you have to specify the database server details (ip address / host name etc). Can you tell me where can I find this setting?
Or culd there be something altogether different that is causing the page not found error?

The problem is partially solved - I am not getting the 404 error now. The issue was not with the netsvc file. Please see the resolution in NOTE:412980.1 (oafm,forms and oacore not starting up after IP adress change).
The OC4J services are imperative for any URL for java code. With just the Apache listener running, examples of URLS that will work are ->

Any URL for Java code will fail at this stage when OC4J services are down. For example this URL will fail: http://myHost.oracle.com:8000/OA_HTML/ServletPing.

Error in Payables Open Interface Import

Hi Experts,
I am loading some Invoices through Payable Interface.
I have populated data in both the interface table i.e. ap_invoices_interface and ap_invoice_lines_interface.
when i run Payables Open Interface Import its giving me the below message and the status column in ap_invoice_interface showing 'REJECTED'

1. Take List of all applied Invoices of the Payment
2. Check the status of those invoices. Each one of them should be in status 'Accounted'
3. If not,Identify the problem with the Invoice and Clear that. The problem may be Invoice adjustment(adj to Paid invoices allowed).
4. Try running Create Accounting again.
5. If the problem persists still, it conveys us that the Transactions were struck in loop and can be resolved only by using UPDATE command.
6. Contact Oracle for Data fix

Error while trying to import workbench in EBS

We are trying to import workbench in our EBS R12.1.1 production instance and frequently we get error "Internal Server Error" .. More Information is available on Server log.

When running custom or Standard BI report that have a huge data , we get a following error in EBS

2)As XML Publisher Administrator navigate to Administration->Configuration.
Under Temporary Directory pick a temporary file location on your concurrent processing node. This should be at least 5GB or 20x larger than largest XML data file you generate
Under FO Processing, set:
Use XML Publisher's XSLT processor set to True
Enable scalable feature of XSLT processor set to False (see #4 below),
Enable XSLT runtime optimization set to True
3)We also have tried to to apply the workaround mentioned in the document 747750.1
In to Concurrent -> Program -> Define, in the 'Executable' group, there is a field named 'Options'.
Enter the value '-ms1024m -mx1024m' as the value for this field.
None of these seem to have worked.
Also refered to the the previous forum entries on these. But did not find anything specific to EBS. Most of them were related to Standalone installations.

Multiple errors in Apex 3.1.1 help (EBS mod_plsql issue?)

Hello everybody,
I am having a couple of problems with the online help in Apex and I cannot figure out how to solve them.
First problem:
Whenever I open the help from the Application Builder I get an error "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /i/doc/bldr_hm.htm on this server", but if then I start browsing the help index, all the pages show without errors. Also if I try to access directly in my browser the page indicated in the error above, the page shows fine. I get the same behaviour also when I select the "2 Day Developer" guide in the select list, that is the first page accessed gives a Forbidden error, but all the pages I access after that are working fine.
Second problem:
Whenever I click on the Find link, Apex outputs the following error:
ORA-31011: XML parsing failed ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LPX-00104: Warning: element "HTML" is not declared in the DTD Error at line 2
Error creating online help index.I browsed the forum for this kind of error, but I found it only mentioned together with Web Services. The error seems to show that an HTML document is fetched instead of an XML one and I think it may be connected to the first problem (who knows, maybe the indexing routine is getting a forbidden error instead of the expected XML file).
In the Mod_PlSql logs I see error messages like

The error happens both with 3.1 and 3.1.1 Apex versions.
It may be very well a mod_plsql configuration issue, but I don't know what may be causing the problem and why it's happening only the first time I access the help page.
Is there someone able to shed some light on this issue?

Hello everybody,
our great Apps DBA Ivo Zekhuis solved the issue, so I would like to report the solution for others that may encounter the same problem.
He just added the following line to the DAD for apex in file $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/modplsql/cfg/wdbsvr.app
cgi_env_list=SERVER_NAME=our.server.name,REQUEST_PROTOCOL=http,SERVER_PORT=8000,HOST=our.server.name:8000and it solved the problem. As a nice side effect, this change also solved another issue that we were having with flash charts not working.
I want to remember that in our case Apex is installed in an E-Business Suite 11i environment, using the main application server as the Apex web server.

I have created a discoverer report in Production DB instance. I can successfully open and run the report using desktop edition. But the same report cannot be open through Oracle Ebusiness Suite.

But the same report cannot be open through Oracle Ebusiness Suite.To open it in the ebusiness suite,you need to register the report as a form page and assign a responsibility in ebusiness suite for the end user to open the report.

Query on EBS Extensions for Oracle Endeca Release 12.1 V5

Dear Team
Can you please clarify the below query on Endeca,
After installing Endeca, I ran Full Graph Load for EAM module as per the document - Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Extensions for Oracle Endeca, Release 12.1 V5 (Doc ID: 1683053.1)
EBS Database mount point was filled up while it is running. Will Endeca data be stored in EBS database itself, if so how can we estimate the free space required for each product.
