Error in the purchase

Hello everyone,
after the trial period, I decided to buy Lightroom, but I realized that I only bought the upgrade! In fact, after the insertion of the serial that was sent to me, asks me the serial number of the previous version. Is there a way to prevent new purchases at full price the full version at a discount? In Italy the full version costs about 130 euro and update about 70.

You need to contact Adobe for purchasing issues. This forum is really for technical support, and we are not Adobe employees, just Lightroom users, so we cannot help.

  • Error in the purchase order price.

    Hi
Can you show me the standard procedure to correct a price difference between the PO and the invoice for the following cases.
The PO was created in September/2010 with a price of 15.
The GR was conducted in September/2010 with the same price.
The invoice is from November/2010 with a price of 24.
I wanted to cancel the receipt, or the period is closed. On the other hand it handles no price difference account.
    How can I fix this?
    Thank you for your help

    Hi,
Check price control of the material , it must be V, so the system valuates goods receipts with the purchase order price only . And as you have sufficient stock in invoiced quantity, the differences between the order price and the invoice price are debited to the stock account.
If no sufficient stock available  in invoiced quantity or quantity is consumed or issued already before invoicing, then the difference between the order price and the invoice price is only posted  an u201CExpenses/Revenue from price differencesu201D account

  • TS4319 IMovie 9.0.7 update from the App store will not download. Error indicates their "a problem with the purchase".

For several days now I have had a software update for iMovie (9.0.7). When I try to download the update I receive the message "there was an error with the purchase".

    Try this.
After signing into the Mac App Store (MAS) with your iTunes Apple ID, look at the Purchased page. You should see the three bundled iLife apps listed with Accept buttons. After you have accepted them and Apple has verified that they came on a new Mac and assigned them to your Apple ID and iTunes/MAS account, you should be able to update them.

  • TS3297 itunes 10.6.1 now asking for 3 security questions. After input I get "error in the itunes store -1202". I cannot purchase from the store.

Running Vista Ultimate. Itunes 10.6.1 is now asking to answer 3 security questions before accessing the store. After entry I get "error in the itunes store -1202" I cannot purchase music at this point. Any help is appreciated.

This problem is resolved. I deleted the old iTunes (with write permissions turned on for my account) and reinstalled successfully. Removing the deleted iTunes from Trash was troublesome even with root but after playing around with permissions and flags, I was able to remove it.

The ipad wont sync and will return an error "Ipad cannot sync because the computer is no longer authorized to transfer the purchases..." But when I do a file>devices>transfer purchases. It is successful. Updated to ios7 recently. I'm facing the problem since then. I've tried deauthorizing and then authorizing several times.

Thanks Gail but ive tried that as well as logging oht and back into my accounts on my iphone and mac but I still get that message. I actually found a solution by unckecking my synced music playlist and clicking sync to remove it and then reclicked on my playlist to sync and it actually synced notmally and I got all of my new songs so I wanted to test it again so I clicked on sync again and the message once again popped up until I did the un-syncing and re-syncing again. I guess I will keep doing that in the future even though its annoying but its better than resetting my iphone.

  • Tried to update to newest version. I got error because i didn't have this recovery program disc that was supposed to come with the purchase but it didn't and now my ipod touch 8gb won't connect with itunes and is stuck on a connection with itunes screen

I tried to update to newest version via pc. I got error because i didn't have this recovery program disc that was supposed to come with the purchase so it says, but it didn't and now my ipod touch 8gb won't connect with itunes anymore and is stuck on a screen displaying an itunes icon with a usb icon.

oke i'm not done with the whole thing, but i'm doing that right now. Most of the advice I've already read didn't work and at a certain point it said something about shutting down programs then restart. but i notice that there are some pretty important system things in that list and i don't want to mess up my pc :s i'm not a pc genius... and because i'm dutch and my pc-language is in dutch I often have trouble translating and well... i don't always understand the technical stuff in all the articles -_-

  • "There was an error downloading your purchased music. The disk could no..."

I am trying to download a Video from the new iTunes 6 and I do have an iPod Video, but for some reason everytime I check for purchases to download it, I get this error message: "There was an error downloading your purchased music. The disk could not be read from or written to."
For some reason the Apple Team cannot seem to help me with this, does anyone have any idea what is going wrong? I have purchased the video about 1 1/2 ago and no one has helped me from Apple yet. Please let me know....Thanks so much!

I had this same issue today. I was able to download songs but not videos. It turned out that the machine that I was downloading on was my work machine and my music storage location was redirected to my company server. The path was
    \\Rgafiles-2\bcross$\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music
I suspected that this redirection was an issue so I installed iTunes on another maching and was able to successfully download the song locally. I then copied the .m4v file to my original machine.

  • Error in WBS element while doing the purchase requisition

    Dear All,
While doing the purchase requisition in ps
the error is : Item 010 WBS element IN05-PR09-16 . 04 budget exceeded.
    Kindly parovide any solution.
    Best Regards,
    Venkat.

    Hi Venkar,
Check the available budget against WBSE - IN05-PR09-16 . 04 (S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commitment/Rem Plan/Assigned ), and the PR amount. Available Budget should be more than PR amount. Based on the tolerance limits set for the  budget profile, maintain the Current Budget with budget updates and try to create a PR accordingly.
Hope this solves your problem !!

  • When I attempt to upgrade an app in iTunes for windows, I get an error:  "Could not purchase.  An unknown error occurred (11111).  There was an error in the iTunes Store.  Please try again later"

When I attempt to upgrade an app in iTunes for windows, I get an error:  "Could not purchase.  An unknown error occurred (11111).  There was an error in the iTunes Store.  Please try again later"
I am running the latest iTunes 10.7.0.21 for Windows 7.
This error occurs if I try to either update the app or if I delete it and attempt to redownload.
I have an iPhone and an iPad.  I am unable to update the apps or install the apps from within the App Store on iOS.
I do not have an AOL ID, as is a common issue with this type of error.
From what I can tell, my Apple ID account seems fine.  I logged in, changed some information, and ensured my credit card is valid and updated.
I can download new apps just fine.  I am unable to update or install apps I have purchased in the past.

After 30 minutes this morning, no resolution. Then another tech support call this afternoon, 15 minutes in, was escalated to a Tier 2 (Senior) advisor. He said something similar to the above ("this is one of the strangest things I've seen"). He was chatted with iTunes guys and took all my info into the case and was escalating it over to engineering. Said they would be in touch.
    So, no solution...yet.
    Just to clarify:
iTunes on Windows7: trying to update an existing app, or re-download a prior app, gives the (11111) error. Downloading a new (free) app worked fine.
App Store on iPhone5, iOS 6.0.1: click on UPDATE, switches to INSTALLING...for a second, then switches back to UPDATE. No error message (and nothing in Diagnostic data).
App Store on iPad 3, iOS 6.0.1: same as iPhone 5.
    Definitely account related.
I have cleared the store cache, signed out and back in, deleted the credit card data, and re-added, rebooting PC and iPhone...nothing works.
Will post if I hear anything back from Apple.

  • My existing purchases have INSTALL next to them, but when I try click on them it says "There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (100)". I've tried restarting, clearing all caches, buying and downloading new apps (which works). Any idea

    Hi - in the app store, I've logged in with no problem, but when I go into my existing purchases and have INSTALL next to everything I've bought, and try to click on them it says;
"There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (100)".
I've tried restarting, clearing all caches, buying and downloading new apps (which works), and also buying and downloading more music from iTunes too (so I update all T&C's etc too, and update all payment info). But nothing seems to solve this. Any ideas?? Thanks a lot, Greg

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It makes no changes to your data.
Please triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    ls -@Oaen L*/Coo* | pbcopy
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window by pressing the key combination command-V. I've tested these instructions only with the Safari web browser. If you use another browser, you may have to press the return key after pasting.
Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign ($) to appear below what you entered.
The output of the command will be automatically copied to the Clipboard. If the command produced no output, the Clipboard will be empty. Paste into a reply to this message.
The Terminal window doesn't show the output. Please don't copy anything from there.

Click on the hard drive on the desktop, then File > Get Info. What does it say about permissions?  If this is just a data drive you may want to consider "ignore ownership on this volume".
Otherwise I can only say I have not been reading good things about Seagate drives recently.  I have some of their rock-solid ones from about 10 years ago (still running well), but now...?
