Error in Unity Supervise Transfer

Hi all,
Currently, I am trying to enable call queuing on a subscriber account through supervise transfer but cannot make it work in Spanish. At the beginning, I considered this as a misconfiguration issue but turning the language into English made it work. The fact is that Unity tries to transfer the call and prompts this well, "wait while I transfer your call", if the call is busy, we would expect, "extension YYY is on the phone now, if you would like to hold press 1, to live a message press 2,..." (that works perfectly in ENU language). However, in Spanish prompts "The system cannot complete the call in this moment, try again later" after trying to transfer the call.
I am working with CCM6.0 and Unity 4.2 and have searched some similar TAC case but had no luck.
When the failure happens, the same 2 errors appears in Event Viewer,

I have checked the spanish wav files involved and are ok. I can play all of them locally.

Unity supervised transfer hold music

In the cisco document http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_qanda_item09186a0080093c13.shtml it states that Unity places a call on hold and uses the audio file specified in the device pool that contains the voicemail ports. I have a fixed audio source that I would like to play but it only lists items from the music on hold audio source section.
Currently using 8.5 Unity.
Any help would be appreciated.

What's your CUCM version??
That's an old doc, and it has been some time since they removed the audio source option from the device pool config.
Now it's under Common Device Configuration. The other 3 levels for audio source config, remain the same.

Error when doing blind transfer from CAD

We have put a button on our CAD desktop with an action to perform a blind transfer to a specific extension (which happens to be a routepoint).
20% of the transfers fail with this error message:
"The agent- or workflow-initiated action request failed."
Any ideas how we can fix this?
Our CAD is version 6.4.2.12, on UCCX Prem. 5 and CUCM 6.1.

There's a known bug for this but it's not for blind transfers, might be worth TAC'ing this. I also found a similar bug for v6.0.

Symptom:
After Making a supervised transfer, if wrap up data is enabled on the CDA, than agent will get this error message:
"The agent or workflow-initiated action request failed"
Conditions:
This error only happens on Supervised transfer, not blind.
Workaround:
This error only happens when you have enabled this 2 following options on RP and CTI Ports,
Caller Number
Redirected Number
Disable those
Further Problem Description:
The above 2 options are not on by default and many users have them unchecked, but some users modify those parameters and CAD throws that error message
To reproduce this is what can be done:

Hits the transfer button and initiates a call to the NON - ICD extension.

Unity Connection transfer to external number plays music on hold continuously.

We found an issue when transfer external calls out of Unity Connection (9.0 and 9.1) that the Music on Hold continuously plays and never connects the call.
The outgoing calls are going out SIP. The call does get placed and does connect to the external number but it is promptly dropped as the transfer does not complete. The calling party only hears hold music.
Through testing we found that this only happens when the call goes out SIP. We also found that the issue is resolved when changing the Transfer Rules from Release to Switch to Supervise Transfer.
Would we need to change each User's Transfer Rules to Supervise Transfer or is there another way to release the transfer? Is this a bug?

Your issue seems to be as below.
Problem 2. Call is Connected and then Disconnected
The call is connected and then it is disconnected. The call transfer is successful when an internal extension initiates the call whereas the call fails, if the calling side is from PSTN.
Call Flow
PSTN>H323 GW>CUCM>Unity Connection Call Handler (Any Caller Input - Transfer to Alternate Contact Number)>External Number or CTI RP with CFA to External Number.
Core Issue/Call Flow Analysis
Here is an analysis of the call flow and the common problem for a failed call transfer:
The First call leg is a H323 Fast Start, from the Gateway to the CUCM. CUC receives the call and transfers the call back to CUCM. CUCM in turn places the first call on hold and initiates a new call to the PSTN.
The second call leg is a H323 Slow start. Finally, when the call is answered, the CUCM or the Gateway does not send H245 capabilities. This causes a timeout and the call is disconnected.
Solution
By default, Wait for Far End H.245 Terminal Capability Set (TCS) check box is checked. As a result, CUCM expects the far-end H.245 TCS before it sends its H.245 TCS. If this checkbox is unchecked, CUCM must initiate capabilities exchange.
In order to resolve this problem:
Uncheck the Wait for Far End H.245 Terminal Capability Set (TCS) check box.
Or
Make a change on the gateway so that the gateway initiates capabilities exchange.
Enter these commands in order to configure a change required on the gateway.

Error message "No internal transfer number found"

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to setup the self-billing- (ERS)-functionality for scheduling agreements. The problem I'm currently facing is that I created a test-iDoc which while being processed causes an error.
The test-iDoc is sent out with the basic type GSVERF03 (I just tried the same using type GSVERF01). On my customer's side the reception is configured to use the message type SBWAP.
I also did the customizing-settings from within the ERS-monitor for the partner function (TCodes OVD5 & OVD7.... with reference number "E" & Delivery Note Number to Determine Sales Document), but in the end I still receive the error-message:"No internal transfer number found" even though it's available in the iDoc.
Does anybody have any ideas on this?!?

Hi,
We are doing a transfer of stock from one storage with WM to a storage without WM.
But system does not finish the process automatically displaing the following error message:
"Error during creation of transfer orders for material document 49000XXXX"
System cannot find source storage bin

your picking strategy does not find the bin where the material is.
So you need to check what value you have entered for picking in WM view of material master.
then you have to check where your material is (storage type and bin)
then you need to check customizing to where what storage types are included in the picking strategy that is tight to the material master entry.

Hi,
The material is maintained at the Warehouse level, hence warehouse transactions have to be completed, by creating a transfer order and the confirmation of the same will create a transfer posting from SL1 to SL2 in the system. This is trigerred automatically depending on the sytem configuration.

I've started getting an error when trying to transfer purchased videos to iPhone.

I've started getting an error when trying to transfer purchased videos to my iPhone.
I get an error saying that selected videos will not play on the iPhone. They were purchased from iTunes and have been played on the phone previously.
So far I've only noticed it on SD/HD videos, but not all SD/HD videos. Not had an issue yet with the judt SD files.
Anyone else encountered this?

I have a similar issue on one of my clients, unfortunately they are using PSA method already, however, somewhat interestingly when I switch to Idoc it activates fine? The log in SLG1 suggests I analyze the log in source system... when I am analyzing the log in the source system?!?!?!?! Is there another log I am missing? Any ideas anyone? I did check note 493422 however as I have other extractors that are working fine connected to the same source system I am a bit loathe to implement a global solution?

Sip signaling with supervised transfer possible?

I'm doing a supervised transfer (call replacement), between two established calls that my UCMA app have control of. But after the transfer has been initiated and succesfully ended, I'm getting a Terminating > Terminated state change event of the call
I used BeginTransfer on, and no more notifications.
The problem with that is, that the 2 endpoints are now talking together, and I ain't getting any message when they hang up that call, which means I don't know if they are available or not.
Is it possible to get notifications of call states after call replacement?? I can live with tha I ain't in control of the call anymore, but its mandatory that I know state changes after transferred.

If I understand what you're saying, then no. Once you've transferred the calls so that the endpoints are talking to each other, your UCMA application isn't involved in the call anymore, and therefore won't get any notifications. Unfortunately there's no
(easy*) way to monitor state changes of a call you're not part of.
If it's really important to continue to receive notifications, you could create a conference with those two endpoints in it (so they can talk to each other), but your app can stay in the call, monitoring state changes.

*OK OK, it technically IS possible - you could use MSPL and listen for state changes, and then match that up with the conversation IDs of the calls you transferred. It's a lot of effort though.

7. Set the HDD and/or CD to PIO mode, or slower UDMA mode.
8. If and only if you know how to update BIOS correctly and willing to take some risks, try the BETA BIOS KT4 (1.25), KT4V (1.64) too.
Please report back your tests and experimentations of these suggestions.
If you have any workaround to deal with this issue other than set back FSB to 100Mhz, please tell us too.

When i had my system, i tried installing Windows ME as i wanted to do dual-booting together with Win2K. When i tried to install NVIDIA Detonator drivers (Ver 30.82), it proceeded as normally and asked for a reboot, which i did, then it just hang before the start of Windows ME. I did a reboot, and later selected "Normal" as Windows ME detected a failed startup, and later i was able to enter Windows ME, but it reported that the NVIDIA Detonator drivers were invalid and of wrong type to my display card.
Later i tried to move my files from my C:\ to D:\ and it reported saying that my destination file is invalid.
When i changed my OS to Win2k/SP3 (no more dual-boot), and installed the same NVIDIA detonator driver version, it worked. When i started to copy files again, it later BSOD, and said PAGE_FAULT_ERROR (something like this). When installing from CDs, it will report that my .CAB files are corrupt or have insufficient swap file space (i set mine manually at 1.2Gb size). Then there are times during my reboots and entering win2k, i found my keyboard and mouse (all PS/2) not working and windows loads as usual.
Later i changed my PCI latency setting from 32 to 96, i managed to install from CD without much further issues.
Upon reading these posts here, i didn't realize that the MSI KT4 series or the KT400 chipset had so much issues! i have read from countless sites like extremetech and anandtech and none reported about this particular errors i have encountered during my first 2 days with this setup. (this is my first Athlon setup, i'm previously and Intel person-type).
So far, i conclude in my settings is that:
-32-Bit settings in Bios settings for CD/DVD/CD-RW must be disabled, i concur with Shumway's recommendations.
-DMA settings in Windows 2000 for CD/DVD/CD-RW must be set to PIO mode otherwise when copying from CD to HDD will have read errors.
-Installing the PCI latency fix really does wonders for my set. (PCI Latency fix ver 1.9). Now i can copy files from all my drives without worrying so much about CRC errors. Thank you, George E. Breese.
-I really want to know why in WinME i can't install the NVIDIA detonator drivers, while in Win2K i can.

Error while creating a transfer order for delivery note.

Hi Gurus,
I have already created an outbound delivery. I am creating a transfer request as a basis for goods movement in the warehouse and to print the picking list. so i use the path:
Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Shipping and Transportation -> Picking -> Create Transfer Order -> Single Document.
Now here i enter the warehouse number, plant, delivery. when i press enter i get error "No items that are to be picked were found".
I went to the following IMG path -- Enterprise Structure --> Assignment --> Logistics-Execution --> Assign Warehouse number to plant/storage location.
Assign the warehouse to the plan and storage location.
Still i get the same error. Could some one help me out here?

can you check whether Warehouse number exists and transfer order creation is required or not at Delivery document under Picking tab

"Windows - No Disk" error message on file transfer

Hello!
I updated our ZDM7 server from plain old ZDM7 with no updates to ZDM7 SP1
IR1. Now, when initiating File Transfer operation with any workstation, up
comes this error message:
"Windows - No Disk"
"Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"
[Cancel] [Try Again] [Continue]
If I click "Continue" 4 times, file transfer starts up successfully.
Any ideas about how to get rid of this annoying message?

Error while ORDERS05 IDoc transfer from R3 - PI - SNC

I am facing error in PI SXMB_MONI for ORDERS05 IDoc transfer from R3 - PI - SNC.
I have done all the configuration setup in Integration Directory for the Scenario, I am able to successfully send the IDOC for PO from R3 to PI but faced the following Error in PI.

Also In Main message(Part of the message) as shown below, I am able to see Vendor in PARTY Element of xml message for which I have created the PO

No error, just doesn't transfer purchases.

I keep trying to transfer my purchases from my iPad to my computer for backup and the iPad says "Sync in Progress" and iTunes shows the names of the items and acts like it is working through them but nothing actually transfers. Other than the items not being in my library (or on disk) after the transfer/sync the only notable factor is that iTunes speeds through the process way faster than it usually would. I can still transfer from my iTouch and iPhone to the computer with no problem so I don't think my library has an issue. My guess is that I filled up my 64GB and something got stuck trying to sync but clearing off even gigs of space on the iPad doesn't seem to help. I tried hard booting it and that didn't help. I tried transferring on a different computer and that didn't help.
It's practically a brand new iPad as Apple replaced my original in January due to an issue it was having but I have successfully transferred purchases on it. I did have thousands of apps on the device as after the replacement there was no easy way to choose just the apps I wanted again (restoring the backup didn't do it) so I dumped 3000+ apps on there. I've bought quite a few new apps since then though and would like to make sure nothing is lost so I don't want to wipe it unless there is a way to backup all my purchases to my library first.

I ma having the same problem but the other way around...I have made some apps purchasing on my laptop using itunes and when I tried to sync the laptop with my ipad it just won´t. No error messages, nothing that evidence a problem, apps simply don´t transfer. Any clues?
