Error message user denied access

i am trying to move a video from LIGHTDV to my camera roll and I get the message that the user has denied access

Hi Devaraju K,
From your description I guess your situation is like this:
Disk was not be encrypted when you can not copy files but this file is encrypt by EFS.
You found you can not copy the files to you home computer and meet "user does not have access privileges or " Access denied error message”
If you can copy but can not open this files, this is the expect behavior, please ask your domain admin to export your EFS certificate then import your home computer.
If you are in the above scenario 1 and 2 I guess it must is your disk corrupt(THE
CERTIFICATES WERE MISSING for the files encryption) please try to restore the file from your backup and contact your disk vendor for the disk health diagnosis.
