while migrating transfer rules to transformations
i am getting
automatic time convension not possible for source field kmonth.
i say continue and continue i got transformations
whjat is this message how can i solve

Please check the settings for the mappings in the Transfer Rules. Also, have you made some settings for "kmonth' ?

We are getting an error message when transfering an asset from one Company code to another Company code using transaction ABT1N.
We are getting the following error message -
Error during acquisition transfer: Depr. area does not exist
Message no. AAPO107
Diagnosis
According to the specifications for transfer variant 1, depreciation area 30 should be transferred gross. However, the recieving asset 1000 INTERN-00001-0 does not manage this depreciation area.
Procedure
Check the transfer variant and the receiving asset.

Can you please compare both of your CODs (Spain & UK), and find, which depreciation areas were comman for both CODs.
Go to spro->img->fin acc->asset acc->transactions->inter company asset transfers->automatic inter company asset transfers->Define cross system depreciation areas->Define cross system depreciation areas---
Here create entries, for comman dep areas, which you have found in the above step.
Now set your COD (Spain) with OAPL in other session.
Again go to spro->img->fin acc->asset acc->transactions->inter company asset transfers->automatic inter company asset transfers->Define cross system depreciation areas->Assign Local to Cross-System Depreciation Areas----
Here assign the cross system areas to the respective local dep areas.--SAVE
BACK
Now set your COD (UK) with OAPL in other session.
Here assign the cross system areas to the respective local dep areas.--SAVE
Again go to spro->img->fin acc->asset acc->transactions->inter company asset transfers->automatic inter company asset transfers->Define transfer variants->choose Define transfer variant---
here create a new transfer varient according to your requirement.
After creating it, select the same variant and double click on maintain allowed entries
Here press on new entries
enter relationship type as 02 (if all of your cocds were assigned to same global company)
Cross system area- = (a single comman area, which you found above)
transfer method = 1 (gross method)
ret tran type = 300
acq trn type = 310----with this an entry will be created here, if you have more comman areas, then you have to create multiple entries here.
SAVE after creating records for each comman dep areas and use the same transfer variant, while doing ABT1N.
I hope all of your company codes were assigned to one global company only. (in OX16)
It took long time for me to write the above as step by step.

Error message while creating splitting rules.

Hi Gurus,
I am getting the below error mrssage while tryng to create a splitting rule(Z**0000012 copied from 0000000012)
Item category 20000 not obligatory in process 0000/Z002
     Message no. GLT1203
Diagnosis
     You have selected item category 20000. This item category is not
     obligatory in accounting transaction 0000, variant Z002. This could
     prevent the splitting rule for an actual document being processed
     correctly.
System Response
     Item category cannot 20000 be entered.
Procedure
     Either choose an item category marked as obligatory, or define 20000 as
     obligatory.
for Business transaction 0000 & tansaction varient Z002 item category 20000 nothing is selected(i.e forbidd,rquired,only once)
Please help me solve this & go forward with th coonfig

Error message while creating transfer order

Hi Experts,
My objective is to create a transfer order from a transfer requirement programatically.
I am trying to create a transfer order using FM L_TO_CREATE_TR programatically. Prior to this FM, I am calling FM L_TR_CREATE to create a transfer requirement. I am passing this transfer requirement to FM L_TO_CREATE_TR to create a transfer order.
But on execution of L_TO_CREATE_TR , I am getting an error message: THIS SCREEN IS ONLY ALLOWED FOR MANUAL TRANSFER ORDERS as a status message in the program.
Please tell how to solve this.

Error message while upgrading to System Center 2012 R2 Orchestrator

I recently tried upgrading System Center 2012 Service Pack 1 Orchestrator to System Center 2012 R2 Orchestrator on a Windows Server 2012 instance, running in VMware Workstation. According to the Microsoft TechNet documentation, you basically remove all of
the Service Pack 1 Orchestrator components, and then install the new R2 Orchestrator components.

Runbook Service
Orchestrator console and web service
So, that's what I did. When it got to the point of running the Orchestration Console and Web Service installation, it failed.
The relevant portion of WebComponents.msi log file indicates the following:

So far, I have tried removing IIS and reinstalling it completely from scratch. That has made zero impact on the problem thus far. I posted this same issue over at

For anyone else, you may need to reset any failed jobs statusid back to 3 after you run the script from

issue)
and after that run your jobs in correct order.
I had to reset the statusid for DWMaintenence and common.load.

Error while installing transfer rules for 0PM_C03 from Business content

When i try to install the transfer rules for the Infocube 0PM_C03 from the Business Content, i get the following error:
"Mapping between 2LIS_17_I3HDR 2LIS_17_ORDER is inconsistent".
Here 2LIS_17_ORDER is the Infosource, and 2LIS_17_I3HDR is the datasource.
Also, kindly let me know how can the Infosource and the datasource have different names, like in the case for this Cube.

Not all data can be exported to Excel easily. Especially if the query result is huge or there are special characters in the query results. You may try the most updated version.

Problem while transporting transfer rules in BW 3.5

I have a problem while transporting transfer rules in BW 3.5.
I have just checked the box for conversion to Transfer structure / Transfer rules of an infoobject and tried to transport it to quality. I got this below error message:
The selections T ZBW_ZBILLRATP_TEXT_BA specify more than one DataSource
Diagnosis
You need to select an individual DataSource based on the selection conditions
InfoSource =
Source System =
Object Version = T
Transfer Structure = ZBW_ZBILLRATP_TEXT_BA
although the select event is not unique.
Procedure
Check the objects to which the selection applies.
Reference to transfer structure ZBW_ZBILLRATP_TEXT_BA not available. No activation possible.
Message no. RSAR436
Diagnosis
Transfer structure ZBW_ZBILLRATP_TEXT_BA should be transported into this system.
However, no DataSource mapping refers to this transfer structure.
System response
The transfer structure was not activated or deleted.
Procedure
Ensure that DataSource mapping, with a reference to the transfer structure ZBW_ZBILLRATP_TEXT_BA is on the same transport request. Use the transport connection to create a consistent request.
Can any one provide me details of how to overcome this issue. I tried transporting all related objects.

Hi Lakshmi,
Befor Transporting the Transfer rules, make sure that you are transporting the Active Versions of your Datasource & DataTarget between which your transfer rules exist.
Also make sure that the Transfer rules are active before it is transported.

Error message "No internal transfer number found"

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to setup the self-billing- (ERS)-functionality for scheduling agreements. The problem I'm currently facing is that I created a test-iDoc which while being processed causes an error.
The test-iDoc is sent out with the basic type GSVERF03 (I just tried the same using type GSVERF01). On my customer's side the reception is configured to use the message type SBWAP.
I also did the customizing-settings from within the ERS-monitor for the partner function (TCodes OVD5 & OVD7.... with reference number "E" & Delivery Note Number to Determine Sales Document), but in the end I still receive the error-message:"No internal transfer number found" even though it's available in the iDoc.
Does anybody have any ideas on this?!?
