Error mssg on new apps
When I download a new app and try to start it, I get an error message that reads: "Error starting ______: Error loading module '______' VerifyError." (The _____ is the name of the app.) This has happened before. How do I solve this?
I've never had any problems using DVD+R disks to create the Toshiba Recovery Disks (or recovery disks from any other laptop manufacturer for that matter) so I'm more inclined to believe it's the QUALITY of the disks you used. I normally use DVD+R for Data disks and DVD-R for movies and other media disks. Memorex, like a large percentage of the CD/DVD disk brands do NOT manufacture their own disks. They buy them from whomever gives them the best deal at any given time. Sometimes they acceptable, but most of the time they are little more than junk. They are NEVER High Quality.
If you need to pick up disks right away your best choices for getting GOOD DISKS locally are Verbatums or Sonys with one caveat. The Verbatums from the United Arab Emerit's are NOT nearly as good as Verbatums manufactured in other areas. The labels are clearly marked so you do know where they were made plus the top of the cake box the UAE disks come in has a rounded edge while the top of the ones you want have a sharp lip around the edge with a recessed top. Once you look at both of them you'll understand exactly how to identify them from a distance, although I still check the labels to be sure. Looking at the top just makes it easier to to narrow down the search. Verbatum disks can normally be found at Office Max and Best Buy. Normally Office Max has them on sale about once a month with a 100pack of DVDs for about $20. The Sony's are available from even more places.

Error while creating new app service plan for a webapp
Greetings !
I have a new webapp created and I want to move it a separate web app service plan to apply custom domain (Not available on free tier). From the new Portal I try to create new Web App Service plan and get this error.
"Failed to create App Service plan.
Failed to create App Service plan <App Service Plan Name>. There was an error processing your request. Please try again in a few moments."
Even while creation of the web app if I select create new App Service Plan it automatically goes into Free Plan.
Please help.

The issue of not being able to create a new App Service Plan is now fixed. I tried to reproduce this and was able to create the App Service Plan Successfully.
You should now be able to create the App Service Plan from the New portal. Also, the App Service Plan concept is only availaible in the new portal and not the existing portal.

HTMLDB Newbie: ORA-01658 error when creating new app or table from sprdsht
Hey there. I'm new to HTML DB and trying to create a new app (or even a new table) from a simple spreadsheet. I've tried both comma and tab delimited, but get the same error message every time. This is in my workspace on htmldb.oracle.com.

Thanks, but I don't think that's the problem. My workspace is 100Mb, and it's almost empty. I can install & run sample apps just fine, but not create a new app from a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is small, to: nine columns and about 50 rows.

Check your security software
Related errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1000, 1611, 9006. Sometimes security software can prevent your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.
Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't preventing a connection to the Apple servers.

My ipod touch (model A1213) is not syncing properly. I have updated the software to the latest (2.2.1) and have even resored it. Itunes says it is working and updated but will not sync and apps. Error message says that app will not sync because a newer version needed.
2.2.1 is not the latest available for any ipod touch.

I had this problem for about six weeks. I was following this forum but was too unsure of what might happen to try the fixes that were suggested.
About two weeks ago I decided to delete the downloads.28.sqlitedb file (usingDiskAid(a free program), on a PC running Windows 7). The original downloads.28.sqlitedb was 936 KB. The new one that the system created is 80 Kb., and has stayed at about that size. After about four days I also deleted all the other contents of the Download folder. Ten days later and still no more problems. Downloads are much quicker, nothing greys-out (as was happening frequently before).
Everything has worked well since with no more error messages.
I am using an iPod 4G, iOS 5.1 (originally iOS 5.0). I do not have a manifest file, and as far as I know, have not had one. DiskAid can search the whole "hard drive" on the iPod.
Deleting downloads.28.sqlitedb and the contents of Downloads worked for me. -
Hi - in the app store, I've logged in with no problem, but when I go into my existing purchases and have INSTALL next to everything I've bought, and try to click on them it says;
"There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (100)".
I've tried restarting, clearing all caches, buying and downloading new apps (which works), and also buying and downloading more music from iTunes too (so I update all T&C's etc too, and update all payment info). Keeping getting an error with-in the App Store. Error 100 saying that my payment can't be received at the time. I updated to Mountain Lion to download the new Logic Pro X. Now left with now recording software and it's not letting me buy the new one.

Error when trying to install new apps as well as syncing apps on my Ipod
I have updated to the new OS on my Ipod Touch but now it won't allow me to sync the apps. I get a greyed out screen and cannot select or deselect any apps.
I also cannot update any new apps onto the Ipod anymore.
I have tried selecting all the apps I want to install on the Ipod and drag them onto the connected device - it goes through the motions but at the end it comes up with an unknown error stating that the apps could not be installed.
Any ideas and advice would be appreciated.Are you sure have iTunes 11.1 on your Computer?
The 7.0.2 you're reffering to is iOS 7.0.2, which is your iPods operating system. -
I'm unable to update my apps or download new apps to my Iphone. When I try I get a message "An unknown error has occurred". It was happening before and after the last OS upgrade. I've done a hard reboot with no effect. Any suggestions???

Every time I download a new app or update an old one it doesn't work. It gives an error message saying it is unable to download the application. I have 2 choices. Retry or done. Retry doesn't work so I press done. What can I do to fix this? Someone please help!
Try using Google's DNS instead of the one your IPS is providing.
- To change on the iPod go to Settings>wifi and change the DNS to 8.8.8.8
- For the computer see:
Public DNS — Google Developers
- Did anything happen to your router right before this started? Maybe the router is blocking the port used. -
My ipad2 won't accept my apple password for new app install. I've tried several time and get a pop up "unknown error". Help?
Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.
