Error using MigratableServiceCoordinatorRuntimeMBean for service migration

I am writing a tool which will do migration and recovery of JMS and JTA services. I am using MigratableServiceCoordinatorRuntimeMBean for this purpose. Following is the code:

First than all there can be many reasons to choose or not to choose for XI, you could even write a complete book about pro's con's...
I also agree with the previous note when is said that XI can be an excellent choice.
Nevertheless, one should pay attention to the requirements of your integration landscape; for instance do you need high availability/High performance/throughput? In addition to this you should also investigate whether you'll be dealing with massive data replication or simple data exchange? In other words; Are we talking about hundred's, thousand's or million's of transactions to be performed by XI?
To be honest in the last case I would put all my bets to something else than XI. XI is not intended (at least right now) to perform massive data replication like an ETL would normally do.

Proxy Object generation error using Wizard for Web Service Consumption

HI all,
I am using the Web Service Proxy Object Generation Wizard (via SE80) and have successfully been able to create a Proxy Object for a Web Service which resides on our INTRAnet.
...But now I am trying to consume a Web Service out on the INTERnet and I get an error I cannot quite understand when generating the Proxy Object using the URL of the WSDL of the SOAP Web Service.
The initial error in SE80 simply states "No vendor specified", but when I double-click on the error to get the long text I get the following error:
Incorrect value: Namespace prefix q1 of QName q1:RequestArray is undeclared
Exception of class CX_SLIB
Has anyone seen this or have experience with this?
I am a senior ABAP-er but have very little experence on the web development side of things so this looks very foreign to me.
Any input would be GREATLY appreciated!

RESOLVED! ---
I figured it out with further trial and error...
Turns out I was using the SOAP version of the WSDL (I had a choice b/ween SOAP, REST, and XML).
When I simply supply the XML version of the WSDL to the Proxy in the Web Services Wizard, the error vanished and the Proxy Objects generated just fine !!
..Closing this problem.

Error in Workflow for Service Confirmation

Hello,
We are using SAP SRM 7.0 for our project with Extended classical scenario. We need to build a workflow for Service confirmation approval. We are supposed to use the Process controlled workflows.
I am using the standard workflow template WS40000014 (Process controlled). In SWETYPV, i have activated the event linkage for BO '/SAPSRM/CL_WF_PDO_SC' and event 'READY_FOR_WORKFLOW' for the template WS40000014. Rest everything is untouched.
Now when I am trying toe trigger the workflow by creating a confirmation in the SRM Portal, the confirmation is created successfully but when I see the workflow log, I can see the step 'Create Decision Set' in the task TS40007938 in the status 'ERROR'. Upon drilling, the error text says :
"Work item 000000005074: Object /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_MGR_SBWF method CREATE_DECISION_SETS cannot
Message no. WL821
"Error raised in business class ''"
Is there anything missing in the config which I need to check? Please help!

Hi there,
This kind of error usually means:
[1] The triggering user does not have the correct authorization to
    execute the agent assignment of the first step
- Please trigger the workflow with a user with SAP_ALL in order
      to test if this is the case.
[2] The business object instance is not being passed to your workflow
    and so the initial step cannot be created or executed. Please
    check the binding to make sure the instance is passed at
    designtime and also runtime (Via technical log -> workflow
    container).

Error in IW42 for service

I have a issue when i am trying to confirm the services for Maintenance order from TC IW42. It is showing an error
Service entry for operation 0010 not possible
Message no. CMFU078
Diagnosis
You have tried to call up the dialog box for service entry for operation 0010.
System Response
The control key for operation 0010 does not allow service entry.
Procedure
Select an operation or sub-operation, for which service entry is allowed.
You select an operation or sub-operation in the table for the time completion confirmation using the Data for the operation pushbutton.
Please help to resolve the erorr.

PM01, PM02 , PM03 or PM05
PM01 - only for internal labour work
PM02 - Internal Service
PM03 - External Service
Out of this... u will be entering service entry sheet only for PM03... this is the standard config done by SAP

File-to-Idoc error (using business sender service)

Hello,
My scenario is Flat file to IDoc. I am using a business service as my sender system. I did put in a logical system name in the business service and I have added the logical system in SALE.
The error I am getting is <SAP:Code area="IDOC_ADAPTER">ATTRIBUTE_IDOC_METADATA</SAP:Code>
<SAP:P1>MSGGUID 526719BA7E874E3906EEF45B43806D5C: Tag CULL_GR_RECORD found instead of tag IDOC BEGIN=</SAP:P1>
This is confusing to me because the CULL_GR_RECORD is the name of my data record of the file that is converted into an idoc within XI.
Can someone please help me with this? I would really appreciate it. I need to solve this tonight.

This is fine as ur sender is file.
I suggest deleting the matadata in IDX2 and then rerun the entire interface.
Make sure ur IDoc is imported properly to the IR. If yes, test ur mapping locally once.

Error using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 for creating PO with services

Error using tuxedo proxy services in a cluster

We have successfully created proxy services using tuxedo transport in single server ALSB configurations.
We are now installing ALSB 2.6 in a cluster, and we cannot make the service work. We have configured WTC in all the servers of the cluster.
When we invoke the service, we get the following error in the log

Yes, BEA released a patch which solves partially the problem, now we can invoke the proxy service from tuxedo. There are some features missing (for example, we have to configure a separate proxy service in each node of the cluster, with different names, and then import every service from tuxedo, so we cannot do fault tolerance).
I don't know if the patch is available, we had to create a support case with BEA.

(9.0.3) as well.

[Oracle BPM 6.0.2 - formerly ALBPM 6.0.2] Error using BAM Updater Service

Hi All -
I'm getting a similar error to the one below (posted byFabricio Soares) when the BAM updates service is working. We are using ALBPM 6.0.2 alongwith Oracle OID / LDAP (integrated using a custom FDI plugin).
Any idea what could cause this problem? I've verified the BAM configuration - and the database tables exist (though are empty...).

I've received a reply from the support guys at BEA:
I just got notified from several other engineers , here at the labs , that there’s an issue on the installer itself . The BUG report has been already filed .
In the meantime the only alternative is to install ALBPM Studio 6.02 from scratch , with the following considerations :
- Uninstall
- Make sure that the directory had been fully erased
- Reboot the machine
- Install ALBPM 6.02

Error using SHIFT statement when migrating program from R/3 4.7 to ECC6.0

Hello Experts,
The SHIFT statement is giving following error in ECC6.0 but the same is warning in R/3 4.7.
"Floating point variable can not be used with SHIFT statement.".
Statement is - SHIFT itab-f1 by 5 places where f1 is a floting point field.
We passed the value in string variable and used in the SHIFT statement. It is removing the error but not giving the result same as in R/3 4.7.
Please let me know how to solve this.

Thanks for the reply.
We don't know why was this code written. We are just moving the object from R/3 4.7 to ECC 6.0 and fixing the errors.
Could you please let me know "What it means to SHIFT a floating point variable by some spaces"? .
This i am asking because SHIFT RIGHT generally means to shif the value to the right by some spaces i.e. inserting space at the starting.
But in case of floating point it change the value itself. If you can tell me then i can find an alternative solution to get the same result.

Error using Bapi_PO_Change for update custom fields

Dear Expert,
I have requirement for update custom field in table ekko. I used BAPI_PO_CHANGE with PO_number as a key. Then i put the value of custom field in segment TABLES - EXTENSIONIN.
But I get error : "ERROR TRANSFERING EXTENSIONIN DATA FOR ENHANCEMENT CI_EKKODB".
When I checked, I found the difference between data type the value for BAPI_PO_CHANGE (Usinf structure BAPIPAREX) and data type for custom field in table EKKO.
Data Type in BAPI_PO_CHANGE is CHAR (you can see in structure BAPIPAREX). And data type for the custom field is DECIMAL.
I found the note '1124803', but the correction note was not applicable for us because our released system is 500.
Is there any suggestion or solution for resolve our problem?

I tried with BAPI_PO_CHANGE in level header, and SAP was support the BAPI. And also i tried to appending the same fields in MEPOHEADR & MEPOHEADERX structures, but the problem is the type of my custom fields are DECIMAL, then the type MEPOHEADR & MEPOHEADERX structures are CHARACTER. So i got the error : "ERROR TRANSFERING EXTENSIONIN DATA FOR ENHANCEMENT CI_EKKODB".
Because the types are difference.
Have you any suggestion to solve this problem?

It does not need to be unlocked. Simply replace the Verizon SIM card with one you pick up while traveling.
