Error while creating container Element in WF
Hi,
I have created a container element with field vbeln, and specified an initial value. Created mail step and activated it. I have given the mail subject and content as "value given : &vbeln&". When I try to test this I couldn't find the container element in " Input Data" tab of the Test Data and getting the message as "Contnr elem. VBELN is for read purposes only. No values are assigned to it."
Could anyone suggest me to correct this, because I am new to WF.
Thanks,
AA
Hi AA,
You would probably need to create more than one containers.
In workflows, we have following types of containers:
1. Workflow container
2. Task Container
3. Event Container
Now, since you need the element VBELN, try the following:
1. Create a WF container for VBELN. Make it as both input and output parameter.
2. Create a container for the Mail Step, again with VBELN field as an input parameter.
3. There would be a button for binding in the mailstep. Bind the Field VBELN from Work flow container to the Mail Step container.
Once binding is done, save it and Activate the Workflow.
Hope this helps.
Do get back in case of any issues.

Error while creating WBS element.. regarding source structure
I am creating a project and then a WBS element. Its a investment project. While creating WBS element XXX, it gives me error that "WBS element XXX: SOurce assignments for source structure A1 missing in Investment Profile ZZZZZ."
What shall I check? what could be the reason?
Thanks,
Ahi,
In this IMG activity, you define the source structures used when settling and costing joint products.
A source structure contains several source assignments, each of which contains the individual cost elements or cost element intervals to be settled using the same distribution rules

Error while Creating cost element under category 90
Dear Experts,
I have some Balance Sheet related G/L account, which I have created as cost element through transaction KA01, system gives an info message saying its an BS related account, if I ignore that message and proceed further it creates a Cost element with category (system automatically picks the category and the field gets into gray mode) 90.
We have created one more BS G/L account today and trying to create the cost element for the new G/L account, system is producing an error message:
G/L account 3200220 is a balance sheet account
Message no. KS036
Field status group R005 Material accounts is maintained
Can some one guide me to rectify this error?
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
PraveenHi,
The use of cost element category 90 is only provided
in the following two cases (note Note 75980):
1. asset acquisitions and down payments which are
assigned directly to a fixed asset or asset under construction can
be assigned to an account on internal orders or WBS elements
statistically.
2. cost elements of category 90 can also be created
for material stock accounts to display material make-to-order stocks
on sales orders or customer projects.
If you G/L account does NOT correspond to the standard cases 1) or 2),
you can (on your own responsibility)
both deactivate the account assignment
check in the CO interface (message KI098) and when you create cost
elements (message KS036). Both checks are deactivated by maintaining
Transaction OBA5. Deactivate message KI098. Message KS036 cannot be
deactivated directly with Transaction OBA5 - rather, it is deactivated
indirectly when you deactivate message KI098.
The message must be DE-ACTIVATED. Please do not set it to any other
type. Please proceed as follows:
Please call OBA5 in the production system - if not set to changeable
please do this in Your development system.
In OBA5 choose KI and in the detail screen add 098.
Then set the type of warning to "-".
Best regards,

Getting error while creating the variable of Schema Element type
Hi everybody,
For creating a variable of schema element type I am doing the following steps...
Select 'Variables' after right clicking on bpel process. IN this window, go to 'Create VAriable' then select 'Element' type. Now in Type Choose, I expanded the my imported schema files. And selected a element type, then click ok to create this variable... I am getting the message...
IN ORDER TO SAVE IMPORTED WSDL/SCHEMA FILES, YOU MUST HAVE A PARTNER LINK LOCATED UNDER THE CURRENT PROJECT DIRECTORY.
What is mean by that.
I have imported the schema files in project. AFter that I have imported them into the WSDL also. Now why I am getting error while creating the variable. However I can create variable directly in .BPEL file then everything is fine. And it is working also. But what is mean with the above error? Why I am not able to create variable through GUI?
Thanks.Hi,
I have this same problem this morning, and I was going crazy, until I found this webpage on the internet:
[http://technology.amis.nl/blog/1803/problem-importing-xml-schema-in-bpel-process|http://technology.amis.nl/blog/1803/problem-importing-xml-schema-in-bpel-process]
The idea is that the jdeveloper is not very good working with directories with spaces on the directory name. If you move all your work to a directory without spaces, it will work smoothly. At least, it had worked for me.

Error while creating a Development plan template
Hi Gurus,
I am facing errors while creating Development Plan Template.
This is how it goes :
When i click on Define Forms for Talent Assessment --> a wizard pops up & i select Development Plan :
In first step, I am giving Title,Integration with SAP Learning Solution (check) & a rating scale.
Now after clicking next, I am adding 2 development areas :
1) Training
2) Mentoring,
now as soon as I'm clicking on End Configuration, It displays 2 errors & 1 warning message :
error1 : Element Appraisal Template 'XXXXX' contains errors.Cannot change status.
error2 : Value type 000000XXX of value class Q does not exists
Warning 1 : You have maintained a description that is not displayed.
In PHAP_CATALOG, when I'm trying to manually release the Criterion Group (VB) or Appraisal template (VA), it does not allow me to do it.
Kindly let me know how to proceed further.
Regards
bhartiHi,
Even though it gives the error, the new RTF template is uploaded and it is reflected when I query the template again.
But when I run the Concurent program and see the output, the output still shows me the old template.

We have added custom fields in the service application. these custom fields with Z-structure & data elements are included in BSP structure CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES in development system. But the same Z structure & custom fields are exist in the production system but not included in BSP Structue CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES.
This may be the reason resulting this ABAP dump error in PCUI while creating Service order.
How these Z structures can be included in the BSP Structure CRMT_BSP_SRV_OIC_SRCHRES in production system?
Helpful answers would be rewrded max points as it is high priority issue.

Basavaraj PatilHi Thirumala,
Thnaks for the reply.
I have enhanced service application using transaction EEWB to add new custom fields. these fields are there in Z structure created by the system in production system. All the transports are moved to target system. Problem is that Z structure( contains custom fields) created while doing EEWB is not included in BSP structure.
I f transports are missed to move to target system, Is there any other alternative to solve this problem?

Hi all,
I have got an error while creating a PO with an Internal Order. I am trying to post this PO against an Internal Order. The error message says that:
User status BUDG is active (ORD 10034). When I click the perform assistant, it says that according to this status, transaction 'Material purchase order' is not allowed.
Can somebody plss help me in this regards, I will assign points.
Thank you,
SonyWhat you enter in the Cost element master data is only for defaulting the cost center or order when you use that GL account.
When you see a message transction requires an account assignment, you can enter the relevant cost center for which the cost is incurred.
For your information, If an order has been marked as statistical, you can find it in KO02 change order > Control data. there may be check box saying statistical. If it is not available, then, you can't make it statistical until, you make that field available for change for the order type. Usually orders of a particular type can be made as statistical, by providing a model order to the order type. In the model order you specify that it will be statistical. -
Error while creating a task for creating an generic task /app/dac/CustomSQ
Hi ,
I have created a sql file in DAC server /app/dac/CustomSQLs/ ,just to fire an update sql in database
In DAC task tab i have created a task with the following:
Command for incremental load :/app/dac/CustomSQLs/DBNameBeforeLoad.sql
Primary source :flatfileconnection
target source:DBCONNECTION_OLAP
Execution type:SQL FILE
Task phase:GENERAL
I created subject area and assembled ,then created a Execution plan.
When i try to execute this EP ,it shows the following error in DAC log:
ANOMALY INFO::: Error while creating a task for creating an generic task /app/dac/CustomSQLs/DBNameBeforeLoad.sql
MESSAGE:::/app/dac/CustomSQLs/DBNameBeforeLoad.sql - invalide template name!
EXCEPTION CLASS::: com.siebel.analytics.etl.etltask.TaskInitializationException
com.siebel.analytics.etl.etltask.SQLFileTask.doInit(SQLFileTask.java:69)
com.siebel.analytics.etl.etltask.GenericTaskImpl.init(GenericTaskImpl.java:194)
Does my above configuration is correct ..?verify the following settings:
1. mapping of ECC plant and storage location and logical system number with the appropriate availability group code since this links the stock types in EWM to ECC org elements (SPRO -> EWM -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Goods movement)
2. ensure the availability group configuration is correct (SPRO -> EWM -> GR Process -> Configure availability group for putaway) - check all applicable nodes in this configuration since the availability group code is assigned in the pertinent storage types

Enhancement to summarize FI entries when posting invoice
Is there a way we can summarize line item totals (have one debit for 100 service lines) when posting invoices via enhancement based on a characteristic, such as cost center? I can maintain summarization via OBCY, but this is not an option.
