Error while executing tcode FSE2 "Internal error in program SAPLFIBS no 5"

I am getting below error which while trying to execute tcode FSE2 (Financial statement version). Can't able even go inside the tcode. Please tell how to solve this.
"Internal error in program SAPLFIBS number 5"

Hi Dsr,
Use transaction code OB58->Highlight the Fin. Stmt. version you want to Change and click on the Display icon.->Next, click on the "Fin.Statement items" icon on the application tool bar. You can then expand and carry out your update as appropriate.
If you do not have the prerequisite authorisations, you wouldn't be able to do this.

1) Time Sheet entry done for an employee b/w 3rd-5th Oct 2011, while approving it through T code - CATS_APPR_LITE, its giving the error " INTERNAL ERROR OCCURRED" !!!

Runtime error while executing Tcode FAGLL03

Hello experts
we have 2 clients in PRD
100,200
In 100 if i execute the tcode FAGLL03 it is showing the line items within 100 sec.
where as in 200 if i execute FAGLL03 it is showing runtime error.
if this executed in background it takes 1300 sec and finished successfully.
From basis perspective what would be the issue.

Error while executing the application

Hi Friends,
I am getting error while executing the application.The error is

You need to step through a debugger and find the source of your problem as something is clearly going wrong and causing the transaction to roll back. That is all that message tells us.

Error while executing agent. ORABPEL-05006

Hi:
I have a bpel process waiting until a DbAdapter (with one Wait Activity) reads a record on database, but the problem is :
- The record is in the database
- The DbAdapter read it but the process don´t continue.
- If the process is monitored by the Bpel Console it seems like it is waiting for the expiration of the wait activity, but the expiration time is reached.
When i restart the OC4J_BPEL the process that was waiting , continues.
i was looking the log file of the oc4j and it throws the following exception, could anybody help me??

DIAdem 2011: Error while executing "PicPDFExport" command

I'm using DIAdem v 11.3.0f4563 on Win2003 (32bit).
I'm unable to export reports to PDF (this has worked fine on previous DIAdem versions on the same HW/OS).
The problem occurs every time I select "File -> PDF Export..." from the menu.
First i get to select the file name, then a messagebox appears with the following text:
Error while executing "PicPDFExport" command.
Error type: UNKNOWN
Error address: 0000AEF7
Module name:kernel32.dll
After clicking "OK" the menus and buttons no longer work (but I'm able to switch between the different tabs), so I have to restart DIAdem.
I also have a script for exporting reports to DIAdem, this produces the same error message (but the rest of the application is still working after clicking OK, so no need to restart DIAdem).

Oracle Internal error while executing sys objects

I recently restored an oracle 9i database from datafiles I received from client.
I am consistently getting the following error whenever I try to open a new sqlplus session.

After search I found some references to recreate the sys objects by running standard sqls like CATALOG.SQL, CATPPROC.SQL etc. While running these SQLs as well I am getting oracle "Internal Errors".
I tries re-creating many sys packages and am consistently getting these errors. It looks to me I have problem while accessing procedures in all sys packages. I checked, all the packages are valid and have EXECUTE priviledge to PUBLIC.
See an example of the error below.

ORA-06553: PLS-801: internal error [56319] usually occurs,when there was a switch between bit sizes (source is 32 bit,target 64 bit and vice versa) . In such a case script utlirp.sql has to be run ($ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin).

Hi,
If you want to include text in the smart form you can create a standard text in SO10.
1. Enter Text Name. For example, ZABC
2. Text ID ST
3. Language EN
Click on Create and enter the Required Information and save.
To include the Standard text in SmartForm.
1. Create a text node in the window.
2. Under general attributes select "Include text" as Type.
3. Specify the fields under Text.
Text Name ZABC
Text Object TEXT
Text ID ST
Language EN.
If tthe include text has to be read from any document, you can accordingly give the attributes like
Text Name - Document number
Text Object - header or item object type
Text ID - ID of the text (you can get these details in your document)
Language EN.
