Error while outbound processing

Hi
In WE19, when i enter control record details( sender and receiver port, partner etc ) and then when i
click outbound processing button i am getting a warning saying that "IDOC saved successfully but it
should not or cannot be sent". i am tring to send the IDOC out from ecc6 to xi . can anyone tell me
what would the problem?

is this ALE configuration specific to any message or idoc types used because if i use message type
FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA iam not getting the warning message. in this case the required
message is displayed( idoc created sucessfully and sent to sap or external system).

Error while importing process flow mdls in OWB 11.2.0.3

I am facing below error while importing process flow mdls in OWB 11.2.0.3:
ERROR
Informational: MDL1328: PROJECT MTH not imported since the object in MDL file
is the same as the object in the workspace.
Error at line 11: MDL1261: Error importing PROCESS_FLOW_MODULE MTH.MTH_PF.
Detailed Error Message:
MDL1409: Cannot import PROCESS_FLOW_MODULE with physical name <MTH_PF>
because a PROCESS_FLOW_MODULE <MTH_PF> with the same physical name already
exists.
Can someone please let me know on how this can be resolved.

AES filing error - Idoc Outbound Processing: EDI number cannot be compiled

Hi Gurus,
We are configuring the AES filing.
we've done the EDI configI and initally we got the error that EDI partner is not maintained. As per the suggestions from this Forum we've added the cusoms office details in geography tab.
Now when we are trying to process the same, we are getting the error "Idoc Outbound Processing: EDI number cannot be compiled"
All suggestions are welcome.........

Hi Shiva,
Here goes the solution: you need to maintain the Number of the Number Ranges starting with "10" and this applies only to GTS system as this is HARD-CODED in the Program, apart from 10 any number of the number range will result in an "EDI Number Range compilation" error.

Error in outbound processing:ALE/IDOC

Dear all,
I am getting an error in outbound processing as follows(I have extended the BD12 IDOC for customer master).
The issue is that there is no hierarchie of segments in IDOC transaction we05.(Thogh the hierarchie can be observed in WE30)
EDI: Syntax error in IDoc (segment cannot be identified)
Message no. E0078
Diagnosis
The segment Z1KNA1M_ADRC does not occur at the current level of the basic type DEBMAS06 (extension ).
This error can have several reasons:
u2022     The segment Z1KNA1M_ADRC is assigned to a group whose header segment does not occur.
u2022     The segment Z1KNA1M_ADRC does not exist in the syntax description of the basic type DEBMAS06 (extension ).
u2022     The sequence of segments in the group in which the segment appears is incorrect.
Previous errors ('mandatory' segment or group missing) may be due to this error.
Procedure
Please check the IDoc or the syntax description of the basic type DEBMAS06 (extension ).
I will be thankful if anybody can help resolve the issue.

hi,
after adding those segments you need to release it.
check it menu you can see the release option, you need to release it.
then only it will work

In the menu edit-> set release
click on it and release
Even check If the Hierrarchy of the segment is correct. This also will result in Syntax Errors.

Is that possible there was the field ZDATE in your form interface/ context and now it is not? I guess some source has changed so the field in the form (binding to the not existing field) cannot be processed. Otto

I see the below in your trace
"WSDL is containing document/literal operations which does not conform with WS-I Basic Profile 1.0 R2204"
wsdl:part for a document-literal message must use the "element" attribute.Check your WSDL once , change the input XSD file if needed and reimport.

If you want to use a variable in a process instruction, however, you must first have defined it in a preceding process instruction or in the same process instruction.
Procedure
Define variable QTYPRODUCED in one of the preceding process instructions or in the same process instruction.

please open this prd order in change mode CO02 then press tab button cost calculation near release button in order header screen now do not save this order go to edit >log> cost calculation

I am facing a different error while trying to start a process chain in BW.

Hi Girish mandli,
The process chain are scheduled from Basis side, i have checked with him, he told that, it scheduled with date and time.
It is daily load, should trigger at 2:00 am in morning, but from last 2 days it not scheduling.
Cause: there was unexpected DB shutdown, due to which all the jobs where canceled.
next day all the jobs got scheduled once DB was Up, due to which some jobs failed and manually scheduled failed jobs from BW side.
All the chains are triggering fine, but got only problem with this chain.
Please help to rectified this error.

while activating the Process Chains, i am getting the following error "Job BI_PROCESS_PSAPROCESS could not be scheduled. Termination with returncode 8"
when i double click on the error msg, i got the following help msg: "

Hi,
Just analyze the error message that you get while activating the PC, don't give any server name.If you are trying to run process chain using Flat file, it won't work,
and you should have source system R/3 or you have own datasources in BW system itself at that toime you can use PC to extract data. If your source system is Flat ile, it won't work. other wise you should place your flat file in application server, using AL11 tcode.

I created a component that returns a CheckAttachmentResult object. This object contains an int named resultCode and a String named resultMessage. In the CheckAttachmentResult class, I do have a getter and a setter function for both values.
When I use the component, I can retrieve the CheckAttachmentResult object, see the values that are set (i.e. resultMessage and resultCode) and work on them (for instance build a condition on the resultCode).
However when the current process goes into a subprocess after having used this component, I get the following error:

It turns out that this error is related to the recording of the process. When I stop the recording, this error disappears. Do you have any idea on what goes wrong ? Did I miss something or made something wrong ?

This seems to be recorded in CAR#405941. The whole thing is a bit strange but I will try to go over the potential workarounds as best as I can. I tested a lot of these myself and here is what I found.
1. Make sure the custom control you have made was created in LabVIEW 2012 or you save it to a previous version. If you save it to a previous version you might also need to open the .ctl in LabVIEW 2012 and resave it (I needed to do this). I tried creating my own control in 2012 as well as saving the control to a previous version, both worked but I did not end up with the same result (I don't understand this but I wanted to mention it so that you knew).
2. It seems that you are able to make the shared variable programmatically by modifying the community example to fit your needs. If you do not need to create many variables this may be the best option if it works for you.
I would also try adding the variable from the LabVIEW project you are working on. This was not a direct troubleshooting step but there are multiple ways to do things in LabVIEW and sometimes one of them works while the other does not.

OIM 11g: Error while prepopulating process form

I have a custom resource, with 4 child tables. When trying to provision the resource to a user when I click through to start populating data, I get the following error:

It is telling me that the 'PRIMARY ID' column is not found, and that is correct, as there is no column called 'PRIMARY ID'
I have 6 pre-populate tasks on the Parent form. These are all simple UtilityTasks that do the following:
1: Return Current Date on field name 'Start Date'
2: Return usr_key on field name 'Initiated By'
3: Return usr_key on field name 'Updated By'
4: Return Current Date on field name 'Activity Date'
5: Return Current Date on field name 'Updated Date'
6: Return Organization Name on field name 'Organization Name'
There are no pre-pops other than these 6. None of the 4 child forms have pre-pops associated with them.
Where can I find what process form is calling the pre-pop on 'PRIMARY ID' ?
I have dumped the metadata as well, and searched for an event handler / plugin that may be called, but there is nothing there. I only have postprocess handlers defined.

POC and ODF are empty. There is no data within the tables.

I don't see the other form pre-pops that exist... Specifically the date prepops that I have defined. These just seem to be the pre-pop adapters that are associated with USR objects, not the process forms.

Error while closing process order

Dear friends,
I wants to close my process order. While closing the order i am getting following error:
System status CRCR is active (ORD 70000623)
Message no. BS013
Diagnosis
Object ORD 70000623 has system status CRCR (Control recipe created). According to this status, transaction 'Complete' is not allowed.
Procedure
You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object.
Please guide me to solve this

Diagnosis
The destination Z001 is assigned to the selected process message via the message category. In the message category, the characteristic PPPI_MATERIAL_PRODUCED is assigned to the target field QUANTITY_PRODUCED of this destination. However, this characteristic is not contained in the process message.
It is possible that the message cannot be processed by the destination Z001.
Procedure
1. In the message log, check whether the message has been sent to destination Z001.
2. If the message has not yet been sent to any destination, you can now complete and send it from the message monitor.
If the message has been sent to other destinations, but not to the destination Z001, manually post the message data if necessary.
Please advice me ..how to solve..even i could not understand the error.
