Error while realeasing billing doc for posting

Hi
When I am releasing the billing document for accounting I am getting the following error
" Condition type MWST tax code A0 is missing"
In the analysis of the error it says that the system could not find an entry in A003 and A053 for condition type MWST and tax code A0
I have checked all the config/master etc can't see any flaw
The tax code A0 is maintained with the proper condition type /Account key .
The funny part is that this is a training client which was copied from the dev client. The process is working fine in dev with the same config/master.
Please point out if I am missing something.

I hope, you have maintained following, but just check one more time:
T. Code: OVK3/ OBK4 - make sure that condition type: MWST (output tax) is maintained and it is assigned correctly to Tax Classification to Customer and Material, respectively.
Furthermore,
T.Code: FTXP - Maintain Tax Code for Tax procedure TAXD, against your country which your are assigning in MWST (VK11) like A0, A1 ...etc (as Output tax).
Now,
T. Code: VK11/ 12 - Assigne this tax code in condition maintenance for MWST

I am creating billing doc for my Debit memo req. which is created using RRB(DP90, DP95).
Error message - Item 000010 does not exist.
When I debugged and looked into code it seems following lines are causing problem.

Error while releasing Billing doc to Accounting

Hi all
I am gettin the following error while releasing a Billing doc to FI-
Reconciliation account 240001 or short key 00 is not permitted
The Billing doc pertains to Export sales and the billing Doc type is Export Invoice. However the Customer Recon A/c is defined as 240000 which is for Domestic Sales. A/c 240001 stands for Export Sales. I am wondering why it is asking for the Export Sales Recon a/c. Does this has something to do with Alternative Recon A/c? Should I set an Alternative Recon A/c and check this? If yes, then should it be defined in SD or FI?
If any1 has come across this prob, plzz help me.

It is all Fi related, and should be defined by the Fi Consultant.
But by changing the sort key I think your error can be solved. But I don't exactly know your config settings to recommend any solution.

Run time error while creating billing doc.

While saving a billing document I am facing runtime error every time. Can any one help me what are the possible reasons and possible solution to overcome this. Since it is on high priority, expecting response at the earliest.

You must get in-touch with your BASIS-Admin, for earliest resolution of the error, as he is the only one, who may find the reason and fix the same, at earliest.
Or,
If, you could provide System error-log, at the time of Run-time Error, then, some work arounf could be suggested.
Otherwise, It would be like Hit-n-Trail.

COPA Value Field +/- Error while releasing Billing Document for Return orde

We have done Sale Order - PGI - Delivery and Billing for Quantity 10 and the customer returned 10 Qty due to some problem.
When i am doing the return process billing, I am getting the below error...
9000000892 000000 Check value field assignment for condition SGL1*
When condition "OR01" (application "V") was transferred to the value field "ERLOS" in operating concern "OR01" in
Profitability Analysis, the following became apparent:
o   The condition can take both positive and negative
    values
o   The flag "Transfer values with +/- signs" has not be
    set in Customizing for value field assignment.
Inconsistencies in the data could occur as a consequence.
Can any body help me on this issue
Is there any consequences if i activate +/- sign in KE4I for the above value field Please suggest me

Hi Kischow
You shud tick the +/- indicator only if
1. any One condition type repeats in the pricing procedure and can have +ve and -ve values
2. Two cond types in pricing procedures are assigned to same Value Field and the cond types can have +ve and -ve values
In COPA, all values are transferred as absolute values without + or - sign, with some exceptions ofcourse....
So, if you dont check + / - indicator in the cases mentioned above, say, +100 and -80 will be transferred as 100and 80 and the result will be 180 instead of 20

No_TVTA:Error while creating billing doc.

Hi,
We are trying to create sales orders (Credit Momo requests) in a report with FM: SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE,
sales orders are getting created. But when tried to bill these sales order thru VF01, we are getting error log as: Exception NO_TVTA is raised in function module VIEW_KUAGV.
With the same data when sales orders are created manually thru VA01, Billing is sucessfully done.
Any help for this issue? Any SPRO settings to be maintained?

Just looked at the code of the function VIEW_KUAGV. It writes log for the object SDBFPD.
Check the application log for object SDBFPD using transacion SLG1.

Exit to prevent Billing doc to post to accounting for Condition type

Hi all,
I have a requirement as below :
A Sales order Y is created refererring to another Sales Order say X. Sales order X has one condition type which in the process has been removed. When Sales order Y created all the data from X is copied including the condition type( Now one of the condition type is not present in the system which is also copied to the Order Y). Now, when I genreate Billing document and then post to accounting doc, even though the particular condition type that is copied from 'X' is not present in the system, it is getting posted.
Can you please help me if there is any exit to prvent the Billing doc to post to accounting based on the condition type.

Use the user exit "RV60AFZC", form-routine : USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP. Set the value of structure field VBRK-RFBSK to 'A' to block the creation of accounting document.

More faulty documents found than the tolerated 0000000000 (JOB - RMCVNEUF)
I have seen lot of threads based on this but all r showing diffrenent currency to INR but for the above mentioned documents currency is in INR only so why it is showing the error I am not able to determine.
If anybody faced this problem kindly reply to this.

Might be your using a wrong document number.
I mean if your using the 11 you should use only Sales document number and for 13 you should only use billing document number.
If you use vice versa that error will throw.

Assign condition HD00 type in COPA
HD00 condition type is frieght condition type
Is it good thing if we assign this condition type to COPA value field in KE4I? or we should not assign Frieght condition to COPA?

HI Kishore,
To which GL account are you posting this freight condition value? Is that GL created as a revenue element (of category '11'/'12')?
If yes (has to be 'yes', since you are getting the error message), then you don't have a choice but assigning a CO-PA value field in KE4I. The idea here is, if you have created the GL as revenue element, then you intend to take it to Controlling module for further analysis. Thus, making your FI/CO reconciliation easy.
If you do want to carry this value to CO-PA for analytical reporting then don't create that particular GL (assuming you are posting freight to a separate GL) as a revenue element. That said, it does make sense to carry this value to CO-PA and in your present case, you don't have a choice as the message which you got is an error message, which you can't circumvent.

HP ePrint from excel add-in: Error while getting driver name for printer

Trying to use add-in for ePrint from excel/word I get, "error while getting driver name for printer \\...HP DesignJet 800PS 42 by HP," with an option to select "OK" and that same message repeats with each printer in our network, and then it doesn't allow me to print using the add-in. However, I can print normally to HP Go Web, open up Print and Share, then print it from there. This happens with excel and word. I have Office Suite 2007.

Sorry you are having issues with this printer and the ePrint add-on. There are a couple of questions I would like you to answer please.
1. What operating system are you using? (XP,VISTA,7,MAC OS X)
2. What and how much data are you trying to print?
3. Have you tried to copy and paste the data into a different application or tried using the snip it tool?
4. Are you receiving any .dll errors (mscms.dll)

JSPM: Error while detecting start profile for instance with ID _c.

Hi Experts,
we have an error when we start JSPM with message "cannot initialize application data. Error while detecting start profile for instance with ID _c." . Until now nothing has been updated yet. The system can be started up and shut down without any problem. The profiles are found in /usr/sap/PMA/SYS/profile
Our BI system is currently Netweaver 7.0 with SPS14. We plan to update it to SPS20. But when we start JSPM, we have abover error.
could somebody give a help? Thank you very much.

Please repeat the issue and catch the log files once again.

Error while doing billing

Hi every one'
i got an error while doing billing
Error :sub transactions in schema Z step 0001 inconsistent,
this error is comming while using transaction eamabi,
the schema is worked properly since i updated a line item for additional TAX,
and we created new sub transactins for additional vat,AND for the sub transactions i have added a new GL account,
and i have added those Sub transactions in the respective field of the rate,
I have maintained properly all the fica setting for the sub trasactions...like ek01 and ek02 and table te305 & tfktvo as well. Dont understand where the setting have been missed..Please let me kow if you come acrosee this kind of situation.
later i have deleted all the line items in tha same schema,and i have given only quanti01 variant
and does not have any vat related line item maintained at schema even though the same error proposed.

I think you need to ask FICA person to fix the subs, This is not billing or rate error. There must be some config missing in sub's and main. If you give another try with any other subs it should work. This will help you to double check too.
