Error while releasing transport request - Special character "_" in generic

Hi all,
we're receiving the error Special character "_" in generic key when releasing a best practice transport.
Note 1304725 describes my error, but the solution cannot be implemented. The reason for this is that we do not have an individual entry for eacht yb_PS,..,
but we have only one entry where field BWERT has a wildcard '*' as entry.
Does anyone has some idea how to solve this ?

I'm having nearly the same issue:
A custom-table with a total key lenght of about 365 characters. As soon as I enter a special character (_) in the key field just before the position 120, the message tk287 rejects the entry. Entering the special character in a key field at about key position
60, there's no message rejecting the entry.

Whenever i release the Transport request from SE01 i am getting the following error. Please view the attached image . Could you please explain about that error ? and how can i prevent it in future ?

At starting it shows warning like " Your object contains error continue or cancel " but if i proceed with continue after completion of the releasing process it shows (0) successfully completed but not with an error message. As Krishna Chaitanya said i might have used any dependent object. by reading all of your answer i could understand that this is not sever problem. But i would like to understand this process very clearly . All i want to know is
how to release the request without any inconsistencies?
and which is the best way, ?
is there any requisition before i initiate releasing ?

When i tried to release the transport request, it returning with code = 8 (error) so transport has not done. When I digged into the transport request, error message is
'unimplemented function REPC_OR_DELETE DOCUMENTATION'.

This is more related to the BASIS side,
still have found one solution in one of the thread. Still contact you BASIS administrator for it.
Solution.
Is the error pointing at TP or R3trans?
In this phase, we get error coz of r3trans.
Please try following the note 206168. which tells you to change the r3trans.
If you have changed the r3trans earlier, then try using the same r3trans as provided in the kernel CD.

Error while uploading Transport request from SAP ECC6.0 EHP4 to SAP ECC 5.0

Hi friends,
Error while uploading transport request to the transport directory,
we downloaded the transport request from one sap system which have a set of developments(contains screen programs)
for example downloaded all co files and data files
control file: K900470.SAD and Data file: R900470.SAP from transport directory.
we are trying to upload the transport to another Sap system
we have
Uploaded the controlling file K900470.sad to the location  /usr/sap/transpad/cofiles/
Uploaded the controlling file R900470.sad to the location  /usr/sap/transpad/data/
we tried to add in the import queues using TCODE: STMS and trying to import.
During import we get the below error:
HALT: unknown dynpro format: d021s_length() returned 0 Please contact the SAP support.
End with rc : 16
Please help me on this
We are trying to copy from ECC 6.0 EHP4 to SAP 5.0 and SAP 4.7EE

Did you see that you tried to transport to an older release!! You should have expected such a result.
Before doing such a thing, you should have looked at SAP notes to see SAP recommendations, if any. And you're lucky, there are ones: [Note 1090842 - Composite note: Transport across several releases|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1090842]. You need to know that ECC6 corresponds to SAP Basis 7.0, and ECC5 corresponds to SAP Basis 6.40.

File Permission Issue.

Hi All,
I'm facing an error while releasing a request.
The request contains an ABAP programs along with two INCLUDDE programs as well as a TCode to run the same.
It is running successfully in dev. server. But, while releasing ths request it shows me the following error :
" Object REPT ZBAPI_SD_SERV_SALES_ORDER is inactive " ,
where ZBAPI_SD_SERV_SALES_ORDER is the program name. When I checked out in ABAP editor it shows the program active.
But, I'm unable to understand why its showing me an inactivation error.
Guys, help me out in this.

Check if the INCLUDE program are also ACTIVE. They must be in inactive state. Try activating them and release the request.

Check the versions of the two sap systems you are downloading and uploading the transport requests

Error "TK287" when releasing a request - Special character "_" is invalid.

I have some tables in Solution Manager and having some warnings:
Table: CRM_SVY_DB_ST
Field value:CRM_SVY_GENERATE_BSP_TEMPLATE.XSLT
Field: TRANSFORMATIONID
It doesn´t accept the special character "_"

The key contains the special character _.
System Response
The entry is rejected.
Procedure
Extend the generic entry, or specify all keys individually.

I am releasing one Transport request from dev to qas.
But it is giving error " Transport object from package <zstr> to
target </prjdev> only.
Please tell me, how to resolve the error?

please cross check the request number your are providing of the PRD system.. That shouldnt be a probelm...

Error while importting Transport Request

Hi,
I am getting following errors while Transporting requests from Development to Test System
Error getting fields for PSA /BIC/B0000643
Error occurred during post-handling RS_AFTER_IMPORT ofr DTPA L
The Transport request just contains one Transformation the corresponding DTP.
We are using BI 7 for Bank Analyzer and have just imported SP11. This problem has started coming only after the import of SP11.

Yes the DS were active. I tried to re-transport that too but the TR failed with similar error.
Finally I tried to manually activate the DTP in the Target system and got the same error. I rectified the problem by deleting the DTP from the Target system. But I am not sure why this happened. Please let me know if you have any idea abt the same.

Error while releasing Transport which Contain Bussiness object type

I created the method in ZBUS100106 and released it and generate it ,then in the program I wrote some code,functionality works fine ,Now while moving transport to Quality Syestem it shows up with the error
*ZBUS100106 is inactive* , I released it and generate it one more time but did'nt help
My transport has
    Workflow templates
        90000004
    Program
        ZBUS100106
    Business object types
        ZBUS100106
    Table Contents
        SWOTICE
only problem with the program it shows inactive,I ran Se80 and it shows some Subrutine inactive I activate it by clicking right and select Activate but none of the perform activate .

Got syntax error while releasing transport

Hi all,
we have a requirement that we need to create customer exit variable.
i created method ZBW_ZCM_WEEK12 for the class ZBW_XRSR and collected under the TR.
when i try to release the TR,Its giving an error that

its showing some other method with error ...

Error while releasing the custom table

Modified the User defined include files of a particular table for one of our requirements ( In the function group of the table maintenance generator ) and encountered an error while releasing the request to Quality server, the error disappeared after regenerating the table, this seem to be happening only when the user includes of a table maintenance is introduced/modified, why the release doesnt work when there is any change in the maintenance generator?,

After modifying, you need to re-generate everything so that, the changes come in effect.
Trying to release without re-generating will surely result in error.

Could you resolve issue Message no. TK078, I'm config SD and when i assign division and dis.channel to sales org those action does not show error but when i check request consistensy in se03 i have below error.

    positions the cursor on the incorrect object entry.
Correct the object function or enter keys for the object entry.
